13/05/2025: I give 4 stars to the food because we only tried the bagged chips. But the cocktail was very good (both). The place has an old and elegant style, good music and the service was the best, they give you advice and explain what each cocktail has. I recommend you go for an aperitif or dinner. Fair prices for the quality (€8/€10 for a cocktail, €6 for a glass of wine and €5 for a draft beer).

06/05/2025: We hired the White Dog to provide the open bar for our wedding in Poggibonsi. They were incredibly professional and communicative throughout the process and did an excellent job the day of the wedding with delicious cocktails and drinks that all of our loved ones thoroughly enjoyed. They also had a really beautiful bar setup at the venue. We would highly recommend their services to anyone.

17/08/2025: We were initially worried about the road, but fortunately we continued on and the destination compensated us. Idyllic place, friendly service, reasonable prices.

15/08/2025: A simple, welcoming restaurant in a beautiful location. A unique menu, drawing inspiration from Tuscany and Sardinia, with some very home-style dishes, all well-prepared. Lots of side dishes and vegetarian options. I enjoyed it.

04/05/2025: We slept at the Buonconvento while cycling along the Eroica... this restaurant also offers a fantastic B&B, all redone, large rooms, a nice bathroom, a bike storage room. Then we had dinner in the restaurant, everything was delicious and the quality and price were excellent!!! and the owner is a fantastic person!!! I recommend it!!

18/08/2025: I'm sorry because I don't usually leave negative reviews, but the quality of true hospitality lies in its warmth and kindness. The terrace has a beautiful view of the hills, but unfortunately, it felt like we were in the way and were a nuisance. Let's start with the fact that there's a sign at the entrance saying that the kitchen is closed from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, so you can order a cocktail and SOME COLD DISHES. My boyfriend and I went in for a plate of cured meats and a glass of wine. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a young woman who would have been anywhere BUT not there. Without even saying hello, she began by saying that the kitchen was already closed. We explained that we only wanted a glass of wine and some cured meats, and she sat us down without giving us any explanation as to what we could actually order. Then a gentleman arrived and I very kindly asked him if, in addition to the cured meats, it was possible to order, for example, a carpaccio. He replied, "The kitchen is closed, so it's enough if you have the carving." At that point, I wanted to get up, but I simply replied that since it said outside that it was possible to have something to eat with it, I just wanted to know what was available. Otherwise, the platter was good, the Tuscan rosé not so great. I would have preferred to be somewhere else, like the girl who welcomed us.

15/08/2025: BEST RESTAURANT IN PIENZA La Terrazza del Chiostro is nothing short of magical. Situated on the edge of Pienza, it offers a panoramic view that takes your breath away. Rolling Tuscan hills stretch endlessly, illuminated by a golden light that seems to be painted by hand. We’ve dined all over Italy, and this view is easily among the most spectacular we’ve seen. The food more than matches the scenery. If you are vegetarian like us, there are plenty of dishes to indulge in, however, the standout for us was the cacio e pepe. It had a perfect balance of creamy, peppery richness elevated by the aroma of black truffle, and every bite was decadent and rich. I almost ordered a second plate! Service was warm and attentive without ever feeling rushed, allowing us to linger and savor both the meal and the moment. Whether you come for lunch or dinner, plan to arrive slightly early so you can soak in the view before or during the sunset. It is truly an unforgettable experience. If you’re in Pienza, do yourself a favor: book a table here, order the cacio e pepe, and prepare for one of the most amazing meals of your life.

25/08/2025: The campsite is beautifully laid out, clean, and offers spacious pitches. Unfortunately, one of the large swimming pools was closed today (August 25). We weren't informed of this upon arrival. Since we came primarily for the pools, I can only give it 3 stars; otherwise, it would be 5.

19/08/2025: It's a top-notch campsite tucked away in Tuscany. It's a true gem, not suitable for those looking for entertainment. Perfectly situated for exploring beautiful towns and villages, it's not very crowded, which we greatly appreciate. It's peaceful, has nice restrooms, and beautiful pools filled with spring water. Wonderful to swim in. The only thing is the price, but it's absolutely worth it. And the town of Sarteano is truly beautiful, with a magnificent castle on top. Highly recommended.

19/01/2025: In great aperitif and mouth-watering snacks, the selection of wines is memorable, I would say homely atmosphere. Have a snack here!

24/05/2025: Restaurant traditionnel à la décoration un peu désuète mais avec beaucoup de charme. La cuisine est elle aussi traditionnelle mais très bien exécutée et permet de decouvrir une autre cuisine de Toscane. Service agréable dans un endroit calme.

27/04/2025: I stayed one night, I had a great time, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was top notch, I was very satisfactory.

15/07/2025: We found a table for lunch on Sunday without a reservation. Prices are in line with the rest of Montalcino; we ordered rabbit and acquacotta with roast potatoes. The main courses were average, with the potatoes being decidedly poorly made. The service was a bit cold, but that's in keeping with the type of place.

09/07/2025: Fairly chic, but no mandatory dress code. Pleasant soft jazz music.

06/09/2025: We stopped for a snack and ended up ordering an Aperol Spritz. They provided great service. We had ordered a focaccia, and they told us they were out of it. A few minutes later, they apparently got more and offered it to us. Being so hungry, we didn't hesitate to accept. A very pleasant place.

22/08/2025: A little hidden gem in a side street, away from the crowds. Very friendly staff and slightly cheaper prices than in the main squares or alleys. In addition to regional dishes, they also offer a gluten-free Margherita pizza. Highly recommended! 😗👌
