13/12/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant on the way home from a trip.
It's impossible not to appreciate the food: ingredients of undisputed quality, dishes cooked to perfection. The ambiance only adds to the pleasure of the food, and the prices are fair. The real asset of this restaurant, however, is Tiziano, the soul of the restaurant. It's hard to find someone so professional, fun, and friendly, the epitome of Tuscan style.
08/12/2025: Pici with Chianina ragù and peposo are two highly recommended dishes.
The waiter, Tiziano, was very courteous and attentive, even to the needs of two celiacs.

06/05/2026: We stopped by Piro Caso on our way back from Rome, and it was fantastic! We had excellent Tuscan lampredotto! The staff was very quick to prepare the food, even though it was crowded when we stopped... And the price was great!

10/05/2026: The dishes are meticulously crafted, both visually and in terms of ingredients, and all served in an extremely understated and elegant setting. Service is attentive and precise, without being intrusive. Typical Tuscan dishes are expertly reimagined. Recommended.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was truly top level. Everything felt elegant, warm, and very welcoming. Dining there with the Tuscan views made the experience even more special.

Hotel Ristorante Apogeo

12/06/2026: A good hotel for both a one-night stay on a business trip and a budget-conscious vacation. The building is dated but well-maintained. The room was clean, with a minibar and air conditioning that worked properly without being noisy. The dinner was good, including the excellent grilled steak. Breakfast was adequate, with many packaged but high-quality items. The staff were very kind and friendly, especially the morning staff. The grounds surrounding the hotel were beautiful and spacious.
05/06/2026: I found myself in these parts of Bettolle at the Apogeo Hotel Apogeo restaurant and it was a fantastic experience. Ciro was also very welcoming and recommended a special Florentine steak, so good that I would repeat it and return again. Bye Ciro, good luck.

I rented the room they recently opened for my son's first birthday, and I have to say that, in addition to the reasonable prices, the food is excellent.
The room is also very beautiful, so if you're looking for a place where you can eat well and affordably, this is the place.

22/04/2026: I ordered the fish menu, a seafood salad like you'd find in supermarket trays, spaghetti allo scoglio with the same sauce and two mussels... €25. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend; the food was truly awful.

The fish menu is top-notch.
The price and quality are fair.

06/04/2026: Honestly, I've been there for lunch before, but today I was very disappointed.
I didn't find any taste or seafood flavor—dishes I make at home, too.
22/02/2026: Stay away, both for the food and the restaurant owner. Lunch on February 22nd, reservation with The Fork, for two people. I had pici with mussels and pecorino cheese; basically, it was pici with cherry tomatoes and pecorino cheese, with a few mussels thrown in, without even the faintest hint of mussels (this dish is usually served plain). My wife had fried fish, which tasted average. The best part was the fried anchovies, which were truly inedible and had a terrible flavor. We pointed this out to the waiter and sent them back. I assure you, they were truly inedible. When paying the bill, I pointed this out to the owner, who even joked about it, and obviously added them to the final bill. A terrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
