01/06/2025: It would take very few words to define this pastry shop as one of the best in the area. Cakes that are not only beautiful in their decorations, but of an extreme, excellent goodness. Honored to be one of your customers. Highly recommended, but not only for the cakes, for the assortment of pastries, savory and pleasant aperitifs. A very small defect, improve the kindness of the female staff.

14/06/2025: We were looking for a nice restaurant near our accommodation. We had not booked or reserved. We were welcomed friendly and warmly. The hostess and host spoke good English. After ordering the food, it was served quickly and whatever questions or wishes you have, nothing is too much trouble. If you want a nice restaurant with good food and hospitable service and where you can also eat well, then this is a more than fine location. And if you have drunk a wine that you would like to take with you, then that is no problem. They also have a shop where you can buy large and smaller bottles of wine

10/06/2025: Honestly a very bad experience. Windy and cold evening, we asked to be placed inside and we were denied (we were the only customers). We had to eat with the hood on our heads to protect ourselves from the cold. Acceptable food but in minimal quantities at exaggerated prices! If there had been a restaurant 100 meters away we would have definitely changed. Never again!

12/06/2025: We had a homemade tagliatelli with fresh truffle, it was amazing! The Chef served it himself. The T-bone steak was cooked to the perfection. Kind waitress, good house wine and good prices.

10/06/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was not convincing. Non-existent welcome. The pizza was flavorless (even though it was a 4 Saisons pizza) and the dough was very average. Very surprised by the lack of attention shown to customers upon entering the restaurant 🤔 Luckily, the bill was a small amount.

02/06/2025: Wonderful accommodation in the heart of Tuscany. We spent three excellent nights at this hotel, located on a hill overlooking the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. You can even see the towers of San Gimignano in the distance while having breakfast on the terrace. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated, and have a kitchen and living room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will return if we have the chance.

13/05/2025: I give 4 stars to the food because we only tried the bagged chips. But the cocktail was very good (both). The place has an old and elegant style, good music and the service was the best, they give you advice and explain what each cocktail has. I recommend you go for an aperitif or dinner. Fair prices for the quality (€8/€10 for a cocktail, €6 for a glass of wine and €5 for a draft beer).

06/05/2025: We hired the White Dog to provide the open bar for our wedding in Poggibonsi. They were incredibly professional and communicative throughout the process and did an excellent job the day of the wedding with delicious cocktails and drinks that all of our loved ones thoroughly enjoyed. They also had a really beautiful bar setup at the venue. We would highly recommend their services to anyone.

31/05/2025: The best bar in San Gimignano. Very kind staff, delicious croissants! Not just breakfasts, but also for lunch, fabulous ribollita and minestrone. Our daughter and her partner say the pizzas are amazing! Right piece. It's worth the trip!

18/05/2025: Beautiful experience, excellent solution on the hills of Maremma, rooms and bathroom not very large but renovated with care and attention to maintaining the furnishings of the past, clean and well-kept. Good and abundant dinner. A place where you find a lot of tranquility. Compliments to the kind staff and always with a smile. Recommended.

01/05/2025: Locale piccolo ma accogliente. Ottima proposta di carne da mangiare cruda o cucinata al momento che si può vedere al banco macelleria. Possibilità di taglieri e bruschette. Ma la carne la fa da padrone. Personale e titolare Gentilissimi.

25/04/2025: Vald'o, Antonio and Valentina's literary winery project is an unmissable place to stop when visiting San Quirico d'Orcia, relaxing and full of content. Visit it, here you are welcomed with courtesy and opinions are exchanged, positive short circuits are created between people. The cultural meetings they organize are always interesting, their literary editions with refined graphics make you think, and that's no small thing. Highly recommended to attend it.
