Creative and tasty pizza in a more residential part of Siena. Great food away from the crowds. Good beer list as well.

We've been to this place and the pinza is truly delicious. The dough is light and the ingredients are top-quality, making the experience truly delicious. I absolutely recommend trying it.

Bronte pinza filled with pistachio cream and cherry tomatoes with a splendid burrata on top to soften the pistachio... And to finish a special tiramisu in a very good casket... Congratulations!!!

The welcome was terrible, with no kindness or attention to our group of five. This was our first time here, just passing by. The pinsa is excellent and tasty, and the waiter, from Eboli, is kind and attentive. Only thanks to him did we stay seated and not leave the place. With a little more kindness, this place could truly become a reference point for pinsa in Siena.

Possibly the best pinsa I've ever eaten. The Siciliana with smoked tuna, mixed salad, and lime emulsion!! Absolutely top-notch!! I'll try it again when I return to Siena.

Very welcoming place, excellent food, especially the pinsa, beautifully seasoned and well-cooked! The staff is very welcoming and polite, and even on a busy Saturday night, they manage to be quick and focused on their work. I highly recommend it!

What can I say: super light dough, excellent toppings, and fast, attentive service. Considering that there are very few good pizzerias in Siena, this pinseria is a great alternative ❤️ it's definitely worth it!

24/03/2026: This organization arranged a mill tor, cooking class and dinner for our family it was truly an amazing experience. Emma was our host and she couldn’t have been more informative and helpful. It was interesting to learn about the community and theatre and how it ties altogether. Chef Rafal was our pasta making teacher, his skills were amazing to watch and was very patient with us, so much fun. Dinner after at Restaurant Bonzino was a truly homemade Tuscan dinner with locally sourced ingredients, it was so good! A wonderful experience with wonderful people.😎

27/07/2026: Excellent Neapolitan pizzeria. The customers are mostly foreigners, but despite this, it's not a tourist trap and the food is very good. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The gluten-free pizza is excellent; the dough is fresh and definitely not one of those pre-packaged bases. Unfortunately, the oven isn't dedicated to gluten-free, so there may be contamination, but the staff warns you in advance and is extremely transparent about it. The central location in Pienza is excellent.
26/07/2026: Excellent pizza, excellent and smiling service, highly recommended!
