24/05/2025: We walked by here on a Thursday when it was supposed to be closed, and found it open. We tried our lackluster Italian on the people who run the place and they seemed very happy and welcoming. It was a lovely space and the bottle of Syrah we had was delicious. We listened to the locals talk, the radio sing and the night pass by as we enjoyed our time at this lovely place. We will be coming back here.

22/06/2025: Known through work colleagues, I was satisfied with the service times and especially the quality of the food. Primo allo scoglio, fried food and spinach, a taste of fried cod, all perfect. I found in the owner Andrea, "forty-year" experience, cordiality and availability always ready. When in the area I will always return, but I recommend to those who have never been here to try. Try it and let me know. Thanks Andrea. See you next time.

11/06/2025: The environment is quite noisy, but it makes you happy. I ate a plate of tagliolini with mussels and clams, simple but tasty and also pleasantly spicy; the mixed fried fish was crunchy and not greasy. The portions were generous, but I appreciated them without effort. The staff is of very few words, but courteous. This is no small thing with the amount of work they have. Very reasonable prices

21/06/2025: The atmosphere was incredibly authentic, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, like others, I have to deduct a star because the portions were quite small for the price, but either way, it was definitely worth it. The restaurant is located a bit off the tourist trails, and the food tastes very lovingly prepared, as if it were homemade. Definitely worth a visit! We had a lovely evening.

21/06/2025: Everything was wonderful! Exceptional food, warm and friendly service, and an unbeatable atmosphere. We found it while looking for local food downtown and loved it so much we went back for dinner. We went with kids, and it's in a very pleasant square. The service seemed like family, constantly bringing them things to play with. A great choice. 100% recommended.

22/06/2025: I highly recommend this place! You can eat in a lively and quiet little square, under the watchful eye of a large cedar tree. The interior space is as charming as it is traditional. We ate very well: quality products and generous quantities! The service is excellent: availability, advice, and discretion! I recommend it without hesitation.

22/05/2025: I leave 5 well-deserved stars. Delicious food and abundant portions; friendly and kind staff. Very careful plating. Very fair quality-price ratio. There were 5 of us, 2 appetizers to share, 5 first courses, 3 second courses, 4 desserts and 4 bottles of water, for a total of €40 per person. Excellent quality food!! We will definitely return in the height of summer to also enjoy the outdoor venue as it is very suggestive and colorful.

21/06/2025: Food was terrible The seafood pasta was extremely salty and oily. All you could taste is the saltiness. The seafood in seafood soup was fresh, but some of the seafood was completely inedible (there was no meat inside the shell at all) There was also bread under the seafood but it was all soaked in oil so completely inedible…. I wonder why the place got such a high rating on google map? Is it all fake reviews?

14/06/2025: Ondermaats, vlees medium gevraagd, rauw gekregen. Lamsbrochet piepklein. Overroepen. Bedoening wel vriendelijk maar hetgeen op je bord lag ontgoochelde. Griekse salade zag je nog niet luggen

30/06/2025: One word: amazing! We had a fantastic meal here. From the moment we entered, we felt welcome by the friendly and attentive staff. The waiter took his time with us and also spoke good English, which was very nice because we don't speak Italian. We wanted bruschetta as a starter, but the waiter recommended a platter with all kinds of different snacks, including bruschetta. That turned out to be an excellent choice: everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. The pizzas were delicious, crispy base, delicious sauce and fresh ingredients. There is really nothing to complain about. Finally, we had tiramisu. During our holiday we tasted tiramisu in several restaurants, but this one stood out by far! The price was also perfect. Honest and definitely worth the quality! In short: an absolute must. We will definitely come back here when we are in the area again!

18/06/2025: Discovered by chance, but excellent. I would say that it is worth stopping in Pontedera even just for this family restaurant that offers food beyond expectations. Courtesy and kindness of the service do the rest.
