11/03/2025: I came for lunch with a friend with high expectations, as the restaurant is in the Michelin guide, and they were not disappointed at all. The place is very beautiful with a style between modern and ancient, the stone walls and arches give a lot of warmth and the furniture is a mix of ancient, modern and boho. The only flaw about the location is that when I approached the table the floor moved strangely under my feet producing a subtle sound, as if I had walked on an unstable point, it gave me the idea that it wasn't a normal floor at that point, in a place like that I didn't expect it, but it's just a detail. I had a double-creamed risotto with prawns and broccoli and it was divine, a combination of strong, acidic flavors (given by the presence of lemon in my opinion) and delicate flavors from the broccoli. One bite led to another, my compliments to the chef!. Excellent and never intrusive service, very quiet and peaceful atmosphere as expected in a place like this. Excellent experience.

04/03/2025: What an incredible surprise!…nestled in the small streets of Pontedera, La Polveriera is a place of choice: the dishes are surprising in their composition, the origins of the ingredients are surprising! The staff is of an excellent standard and knows how to highlight the dishes. The atmosphere is neat, the decoration is tasteful. I highly recommend this address.

01/03/2025: I tried this restaurant in my short stay in Pisa. Quality dishes in a traditional and well-kept restaurant. I ate excellent spaghetti and an excellent pork fillet with potatoes. I also liked the service. Absolutely recommended.

24/02/2025: This restaurant is magnificent. The servers were funny and friendly. We could see that they really cared about all of the customers. Food was delicious and we have never eaten better in Italy. We really recomend this restaurant and if you are ever hungry in Pisa you should go and check this restaurant out.

11/02/2025: First time and definitely not last at this place. Not many seats, booking recommended. Very warm and familiar environment, silent and pleasantly intimate. Excellent, plentiful and tasty dishes. Highly recommended.

16/01/2025: Francesca e Chiara sono sempre una certezza. Variano il menù in base alla stagione e questa è una grande cosa. Il locale ha un ottima atmosfera,calda e accogliente. Consiglio la prenotazione. Se andate adesso consigli la battuta al coltello con burrata e carciofi e la faraona al vinsanto.

04/03/2025: I ate a spectacular seafood carbonara, followed by an equally fantastic fried food. Rustic place, polite and professional staff. Definitely worth returning.

26/02/2025: Locale molto carino e accogliente, prodotto di qualità e un servizio eccellente. Il signor Massimo è stato proprio di casa, super gentile e attento ai dettagli. Non siamo riusciti a terminare il nostro tagliere di salumi e formaggi poiché era molto abbondante, quindi lo hanno preparato in un sacchetto per portarlo via con noi. Consigliatissimo

01/03/2025: We were here for lunch for my graduation lunch, a wonderful experience, delicious food and very careful presentation, correct doses and appropriate price for what we ate. We were under the pergola which gave a bright and colorful touch to the rest of the room. Absolutely recommended.

30/03/2025: Passeggiando per pisa con la mia famiglia abbiamo casualmente questo ristorante. Triclinium è un ristorante accogliente e riservato dove si mangiano degli ottimi piatti romani.

26/03/2025: Tiny place with a small menu that changes often, which guarantees that everything on your plate is fresh. Had the best dishes here in my 5 days long trip to Tuscany. Authentic food and great wine, too. This is the place I'll recommend to anyone coming to Pisa, and I'll come back to, if I'm ever here again. Greetings from Hungary! ✌️

19/01/2025: It’s a petite and delicate pizzeria with real good Toscana cuisine, the owner is very friendly and considerate and the service is top tier, highly recommended to someone who visiting Pisa the first time

16/01/2025: The pizzas are delicious, they have a different type of homemade dough with a special flavor, a very good quantity of ingredients and quality. Very friendly attention and little wait.

25/02/2025: Local pub with young people frequenting it, also excellent for something to eat. Absolutely recommended, especially for a beer with friends, perhaps enjoyed on the street as is customary in the area. The only flaw is the urban area which is not very usable, still too many cars and no bicycle parking and the small square/park in disrepair.

11/03/2025: Local and really very good food, expertly prepared with meat from the region. Freshly prepared, honest and a true atmosphere - lived and made by free spirits. A wonderful place if you are interested in essence!

08/03/2025: In an environment from other times, on a road where you probably only pass if you know the place... we will find a place where not to stop, it would be the eighth cardinal sin. Whether for a quick snack from the barrels outside the "shop", or for a dinner with all the trappings of the case, Papaqua will be able to compensate for the search to find it, with dishes linked to the territory and seasonality. Natural and local wines complete a picture that deserves to be experienced. Special mention to the waiter, who will make you understand why Tuscans are unique.
