Superb experience last night at this trattoria. A magnificent discovery with their T-bone steak alla Fiorentina: the meat and the cooking were simply perfect. An address to remember, I highly recommend it!
10/05/2026: We had a delicious Fiorentina here, just the two of us. The Fiorentina was beautiful and sliced thinly. The service was very friendly!

26/05/2026: The food was excellent, and the service was simply outstanding. They really go out of their way to understand and serve their guests well. We'll definitely be back.
We went there again... a pure culinary delight. The appetizer platter and then the filet steak with pistachios and porcini mushrooms... highly recommended.

21/12/2025: I was there for a graduation party. The food was delicious, from appetizers to dessert. The room we were in was very large and warm, and we felt very comfortable. The service was impeccable; everything was well done.

21/04/2025: Non era la prima volta che andavo alla Sorgente, dove comunque sono sempre stata bene. Ma questa volta è stata perfetta. I camerieri molto disponibili, preparati e cordiali. Il titolare simpatico ed alla mano, che non ha mancato di offrirci del buonissimo salame durante l'attesa delle nostre ordinazioni. Il cibo buonissimo, i miei Tordelli lucchesi al ragù di pasta fatta in casa erano speciali; le tagliate strepitose, la carne morbidissima di ottima qualità. Molto buoni anche i dolci, fatti in casa anche quelli dalla figlia pasticcera. Non importa dire che tornerò perché è ovvio!

17/03/2025: Persone furbe che assumono a contratto a chiamata di poche ore quando lavoro minimo 6 ore e di più....busta paga esistente per poche ore senza bonifico.... pagamento a nero..... qualsiasi dubbio contattatemi e sarò lieta di mostrare il tutto
