15/08/2024: Delicious ice cream, particular and refined flavours. The granita was also excellent. If you are in Pisa, treat yourself to a stop in this ice cream shop. The place is very small, there is a bench outside where you can sit, but you won't necessarily find it free.

01/07/2024: Anche se siamo amanti della pizza napoletana, è sempre un piacere andare da Nika per una pizza pisana! Il locale è molto informale e il personale è cortese e sempre con il sorriso. La pizza buonissima! Cotta in forno elettrico, ben condita e digeribile, ed è disponibile anche l'impasto senza glutine. Oltre alle pizze hanno una bella e interessante varietà di schiacciatine ripiene, dalla classica con la cecina (molto buona) a cose più ricercate come il salame di cinghiale. Consigliato per chi vuole passare una serata in tranquillità in un locale alla mano!

19/08/2024: Dinner as a couple for the first time in this restaurant overlooking the sea; unfortunately due to the strong wind it was not possible to have the meal on the balcony. Definitely good dishes, we highly recommend the fish marinated with Tropea onion (second photo) and the sliced ​​tuna (third photo). In the first photo it is a tuna tartare while in the last you can see a semifreddo with crunchy cheese. The bill was around €125, taking into account that we had a fried dish to share (excellent breading; light and not at all greasy), a €25 bottle of wine as well as 2 coffees and bitters. Thanks for the pleasant evening

19/08/2024: What can I say, excellent fresh and well cooked food. Delightful location. Their Isolana-style sea bass with baked vegetables is special, as delicious as the one I cook at home in foil and which I can never appreciate anywhere. Believe me, it's a really nice compliment. I'll be back for sure.

02/09/2024: Immersed in the splendid Tuscan hills, absolute quiet; beautiful landscapes, friendliness and relaxation in the swimming pool. Ps. Several cute little dogs that add value to the place 🤩 I would go back immediately

01/09/2024: Absolutely amazing place, from a variety of food to the quality and the generous rations. Nice variety of wines also. Very fancy venue and a nice outside atmosphere. Service was spectacular, excellent raccomandations, and a good mix of professionalism and friendly staff, props to Jonathan specifically for the jokes through the service. Really made our birthday celebrations a lovely night, would raccomand greatly!

21/08/2024: Very very slow service! 5 of us arrived at 8.15pm with starters and first courses in three hours. Tasteless gnocchi, the starters and risotto are saved. Not very welcoming.

Tasteful furnishings and a relaxed atmosphere: this place is a small pearl near the historic center! Honorable mention to the digestibility of the pizza and the suggested Belgian beer, super! Young but prepared, smiling and caring guys! Well done!

29/07/2024: Picked up pizza from Gusto today. I was helped immediately upon arrival. The waitress who helped me spoke good English. While waiting I could see how the pizzas were made. The pizzas were really tasty. All ingredients were fresh too. The burrata was tasty and I got a lot of Parma ham with my pizza (see photo)(14.50€). The owner explained that if he were to add these ingredients now, they would become warm and the taste would be compromised. That's why I was given those ingredients in containers. My girlfriend had a pizza margherita with buffalo mozzarella, also called bufalina (9€). This was very tasty and you could taste that all the ingredients were fresh. The price-quality ratio is great in my opinion. If you are in Pisa, it is definitely recommended to get a pizza here!

18/08/2024: Restaurant on the hills of Palaia, within walls separated from the city center, as if it were a renovated small castle. It boasts an exceptional Belvedere. It is possible to choose between a table with a panorama in the garden or inside the structure, among frescoes that recall the wonderful external view. The menu is a reinterpretation of Tuscan classics, expertly proposed in sincere flavors and platings. We have had the pleasure of having been guests of the kind owner twice so far. Among the most popular proposals: the Bacciomeo (mixed appetizer of the Tuscan tradition), the pici with white Cinta Senese ragù, spectacular sliced ​​beef and 1.5 kg of pure love embodied in a fantastic Fiorentina. The atmosphere is elegant but informal, there is a happy homely atmosphere. Inelegant but excellent value for money. *I am lucky enough to know many realities, and this represents, for me, among the best restaurant proposals recommended in Tuscany.
