02/06/2025: Sulla via di passaggio tra Volterra e il mare in un paese che ormai sa di glorie passate mi ha sempre incuriosito questa terrazza piena di gente... Fermato. Il locale è ampio con uno splendido loggiato esterno. Cucina varia e pizza. Personalmente mi sono catapultato sulla pasta con le sarde che, dove proposte, sono un'ottima cartina di tornasole per la cucina. Erano fantastiche! Spesso sono in zona, credo che mi fermerò nuovamente molto volentieri. Assai consigliato, anche per i prezzi. Merita la deviazione se andate a Volterra

21/05/2025: On the way to Volterra we visited a pizzeria. We sat in the garden. We were served by a very nice and smiling lady. She took excellent care of us and our dog. The pizza was delicious!! The lady gave us a taste of homemade bread with olive oil. Also delicious. We didn't have Dolce, but we did have excellent coffee. The pizzeria also includes a hotel. Warm regards❤️

21/05/2025: A very small, authentic restaurant where the owner personally cooks, serves, and chats with his guests. Delicious food and a truly friendly host! Absolutely fair value. We paid €50 for three glasses of wine, two main courses, dessert, and limoncello for two. Unfortunately, we were only in Pisa for one day, otherwise we would definitely have come back.

20/04/2025: Absolutely fantastic! Amazing food, very reasonable price for the quantity and quality, friendly staff and incredibly accommodating to my gluten and lactose intolerance! I was offered homemade gluten free bread and countless alternatives. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!!!

18/05/2025: Grande desiderio di vede un luogo storico immerso hella natura, magica Querceto. Abbiamo cenato in un posto veramente poetico ed accogliente. La cucina ottima, buonissima, le portate realizzate con grande amore ed un tocco di armonia. Buona la scelta dei vini ma il top sono i dolci preparati con grande maestria. Un posto da fare sicuramente ritorno anche per l'accoglienza dei proprietari.

19/04/2025: Locanda accogliente e familiare, i suoi proprietari gentili, affettuosi e cortesi. Pochi tavoli e ambiente intimo. Situata nel castello Ginori di Querceto, nella pace e nella bellezza questa locanda ne rappresenta in pieno lo spirito Cucina tosco-siciliana, consiglio gnocchetti al pesto di pistacchio e pesce spada con zeste di limone. Ottimi i dolci fatti dalla proprietaria, disponibili anche a colazione.

13/05/2025: I highly recommend the steak! It's the best steak I've ever had! ! It's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very juicy, fresh, and full of hemoglobin. The Tuscan soup is also delicious. The portion is also very large, and the price-performance ratio is very high. There is no service charge, but the store manager is very nice and will care whether the food suits your taste. I like this store very much! Recommended!!!

13/05/2025: Great restaurant! My friends and I received a very warm welcome from the very friendly restaurant staff! The dishes were delicious, especially the beef and pasta fritta starters we tried. The wine was also very good, and we received good recommendations. I will definitely return if I'm ever in Pisa again.

11/05/2025: A 100% recommend!! I got this place recommended from locals and then asked the server to bring me anything local or whatever he would recommend! Especially for me who hates reading menu's!! Amazing food, lovely staff, and the atmosphere is cool as well. Currently under construction but I will not let this influence the general atmosphere 🫶🏻🫶🏻

16/05/2025: Good cuisine begins with a selection of raw materials and here the selection is very good. Varied dishes, with many vegetarian options and with little gems that are absolutely worth trying. Mainly visited for lunch breaks during work, you remain light but satisfied. Recommended.
