30/05/2025: The longest wait I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Sitting here for 40 minutes, no signs of my order. The worst option for the tourists with limited time. Locals — yeah sure go for it. Maybe I’ll be able to say something about the taste later, but I’m not sure. Adding some info about the food: classic focaccia was too mayonnaisy, but overall nice. Quattro formaggio pizza was fine. But margarita was surprisingly not vegetarian like always, so that was a huge disappointment and ruined the experience completely. Overall, this dining experience isn’t worthy neither your time nor your money.

25/05/2025: Nonostante la nostra più che ventennale frequentazione di questa zona, abbiamo scoperto per caso solo ora questo ristorante. Che dire: location molto bella, immersa nel verde e tranquillissima. Cenare all'aperto già a metà maggio, è davvero una goduria e con vista su un bel tramonto è ancora meglio. Anche la parte di ospitalità, in un bel complesso ristrutturato e con biolago, sembra avere tute le carte in regola per regalare un soggiorno rilassante (che non non abbiamo però testato di persona). Menù interessante e cibo ottimo! Piatti molto curati sia dal punto di vista estetico che dal punto di vista del gusto: davvero deliziosi, saporiti e golosi. La lista dei vini mi è sembrata completa (ma l'ho solo sfogliata velocemente) e interessante la birra artigianale proposta, davvero buona. Personale molto cordiale e sorridente con cui è piacevole intrattenersi a chiacchierare , sia i 2 giovani ragazzi che servivano al tavolo sia lo chef, Sig.ra Maria. Unico piccolo appunto (ma ben compensata dalla loro gentilezza) è una piccola mancanza nel servizio: per esempio si sono dimenticati di portarci il pane :-) A onor del vero però, non so se per questo motivo, non abbiamo nemmeno trovato il costo del coperto nel conto! Nel complesso ottima esperienza che rifaremo sicuramente e che ci sentiamo di consigliare!

29/04/2025: Classica bottega dove si vende e si cucina... tutto in modo eccezionale. Antipasti, primi, secondi ed anche i dolci tutto buonissimo e soprattutto di qualità. Da segnalare la tagliata, il pecorino grigliato, tagliere di salumi, tagliatelle al cinghiale e la zuppa inglese. A fine cena giro nella cantina di tufo di stagionatura del formaggio. Eravamo in 8, due famiglie con piatti adatti anche per i bambini. Per la qualità del cibo il prezzo è molto vantaggioso. Personale qualificato, attento e simpatico. Dovete andarlo a provare.

04/05/2025: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. I visited with my young son and was shocked when the staff refused to take our order at the table. They insisted I go inside to the counter, effectively asking me to leave my child unattended outside. This was not only unreasonable but also unsafe. What made the situation even worse was that other customers were being served at their tables without any issue. I felt discriminated against and deeply unwelcome. No parent should be put in a position where they have to choose between getting service and ensuring their child’s safety. I sincerely hope the management reconsiders their approach to customer service and shows more understanding and flexibility, especially when it comes to families.

02/06/2025: Horrible experiencia gastronómica para la hora del almuerzo. No tanto por comida, sino por servicio. Éramos la única mesa en el restaurante y el camarero tardó mucho en tomar nuestro pedido debido a que el gerente o propietario le manda para otras tareas antes de que pudiera venir a nosotros (podría haberlo hecho después de tomar el pedido al 100%). La comida estaba bien, pero nada espectacular para el precio. Definitivamente puede comer mejor y más barato incluso en restaurantes del centro de la ciudad. Si usted está pensando en conducir solo para comer aquí, no recomendaría. Cuando el camarero nos dio el cheque, había un cargo adicional inesperado. Cuando me preguntaron, el camarero me dijo que fuera a discutir esto con el gerente. Inmediatamente comenzó a gritarnos diciendo que esta tarifa es para "preparar la mesa" y que es una norma en Italia. La mesa se preparó con menú de papel delante y cubiertos en un sobre de papel, como se preparan durante el desayuno en todas partes del mundo. Entendería esta tarifa si hubiera un mantel y buena - comedor estilo preparación de la mesa hecho, pero esto es solo un turista - trampa tarifa en mis ojos, ya que cenamos muchas veces en otros lugares durante nuestra estancia y ni una vez se cobraron por ello. La actitud de esa mujer fue increíblemente grosera y no estaba manteniendo el tono en absoluto, incluso al lado de nuestro bebé. No quería escalar más, pagué la cuenta y me fui. La experiencia general es muy pobre. Definitivamente, este no es el lugar para pasar un buen rato, sino una solución de último recurso si tienes hambre y no te importa cómo te tratan.

23/05/2025: We were drawn into this place because it looked inviting, cosy and had a nice vibe. We weren't expecting to call a halt to our bar crawl across Pisa, as we had a few more places to visit. The range of beers here appears to value quality over quantity, with each one being better than the last. The service was incredible and we were talking to the staff for a while, alas the drinks are quite strong, so maybe go for the "piccolo" rather than the "grande".

03/05/2025: Highlight of our trip in Pisa was running into this place on our search for lunch after some exploring. Our group of 7 was very impressed with the hospitality and quality of the food. I had the zuppa toscana, ravioli crema noci, and tiramisu to finish. Everything was amazing. Grazie mille!
