01/04/2026: Simple and very good. It's not cheap but not expensive either, the quality is very good, and the service is excellent. I definitely recommend visiting it at least once if you're in the area.

10/03/2026: PERFECT restaurant, every aspect is top-notch, starting with the welcome, continuing with the very characteristic and attention to detail ambience, the IMPECCABLE cuisine at every course, the extremely kind and competent staff, the wide selection of wines, the (wonderful) desserts, and finally the excellent quality/price ratio. I was there tonight and can't wait to go back.

02/03/2026: Nice place, excellent food, attentive service, but since we went with a Smartbox package, they forced us to order the same courses from appetizer to dessert, neglecting our different food preferences. To be reviewed.

10/04/2026: Simply fantastic! If you're unsure what to order, definitely ask for a recommendation. We had number 18 and number 7, and we highly recommend them both! This restaurant is truly excellent. I'd come back just for the service alone; they were incredibly attentive. The prices are also very reasonable.

28/04/2026: If you are in Pisa I would say it is a MUST to go here. An absolutely fantastic restaurant with a cozy outdoor seating area. Came there with my wife and our 15 month old baby and was immediately treated like one of the family. High chair available. The food is delicious. Better than anything we have encountered during our previous 2 weeks in Italy. What are you waiting for, go here!

22/04/2026: The restaurant is in a good location near Knight Square, down a small side street, but there’s a sign on the main road — be careful following directions, Google points to the street one block further. :) A great fusion of Tuscan and South African cuisines, with pleasant, clean flavors. Tasty, fresh food. As for the drinks selection — it was rather limited, despite Tuscany being just around the corner; more emphasis was placed on other European countries. The wine-by-the-glass options ( as I was solo) were similarly on the cheaper side, although using Coravin would be expected in a restaurant like this. Aperitif cocktails were not availabele, and while I was waiting for a glass of my Francchiacorta the manager checked availability three times because they made the didnt really now whats in stock... BUT none of that overshadowed my enjoyment of high-quality food in a beautiful place. I definitely recommend going to try the food. Prices are midium pluss, but def worth it. Must try!

29/03/2026: Just last night, we had the pleasure of celebrating the birthday of a dear friend, Irina Ciobanu, at this excellent location. Everything was perfect, from the location, to the impeccable service, to the originality of the menu, to the owner's willingness to share the history of the venue. We will definitely be back.

15/04/2026: The atmosphere is meant to be left-wing, given the decor and the way the food is served—in short, student-oriented, so cheap... It seems so. Black-eyed peas, zucchini, and a small bowl of rice cost €12, with coffee and dessert €19. I'm not arguing, but I take note. I won't be returning.

03/05/2026: Nothing special about the place. Situated in a nice, narrow street in Volterra. We tried pasta, wine and aperol. Drinks were good but food was nothing special. Overall - too expensive for the quality. We were little disappointed with the experience, expected more from 4.5 restaurant.
