12/11/2025: The best pizza in town. We loved it so much that we went back there every night. Quality 10000%. I recommend this place.

03/11/2025: We went to eat truffles, but these were of terrible quality. Each course lacked their aroma. The tagliolini tasted of butter, not white truffle. We paid €50 for a tagliolini and €33 for a tartare. We'll never go back. Don't go there for the truffles.

26/10/2025: Expectations were very high, and perhaps that's why they were disappointed. The first course, pioppini mushrooms and oxtail, didn't convince me. I proceeded with the egg yolk with truffle... too bad the truffle wasn't very fragrant and the dish arrived cold. Compliments to the service. Impeccable. I recommend cleaning up the dust buildup on the corrigati in the kitchen... it's not at all hygienic. I won't post the photo out of decency.

16/08/2025: What can I say? We're now regulars, and despite the many visits, they still manage to surprise us. The pairings are always spot-on, the dishes are balanced, and the atmosphere is relaxing and convivial. In short, our favorite place.

18/07/2025: A restaurant that never gets boring, with exceptional dishes, meticulously crafted by Chef Alessandro. A sublime wine list, full of surprises selected by Elena, the Sommelier.

04/11/2025: A delicious Sicilian pastry shop. A wide selection of excellent pastries, definitely one of the best in Pisa. The coffee and cappuccino are also good, and the staff are very friendly. The space inside is small, but there are a couple of tables. Highly recommended.

17/11/2025: Very good. Refined dishes, well-served in a quiet atmosphere. Seating is limited, so reservations are recommended. Prices are expensive but reasonable. Parking is a bit far, but that's the way it is in the center of Palaia.

07/07/2025: An ideal place if you love meat, especially in the now consolidated version of "gourmet sandwiches". The selection of beers and wines is also good, and the staff can advise you on the best pairing. The only negative note is that it cannot be reached by car, but there are parking lots not too far away outside the ZTL. I definitely recommend it.

Il prezzo del cono pralinato al cioccolato e sprinkles con 2 gusti costa 1€ in più rispetto alla stessa misura semplice da € 3,50. Prezzi regolarmente visibili sul banco con tanto di coni esposti. 09/10/2025: We visited this restaurant and can't say enough good things about it! The service was impeccable, thanks to our waiter Gigi, who was truly talented and incredibly kind. He guided us through our selection of dishes, offering expert and friendly advice. Every course was a discovery of flavors: everything was delicious, from appetizers to desserts. In particular, the mushrooms were exceptional, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Even the wine, selected on Gigi's recommendation, enhanced every dish. A culinary experience we'll definitely repeat.
