The restaurant is meticulously designed, clean, and cozy: the limited seating creates an intimate, almost family-like atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing evening.
The service is attentive and friendly, always discreet and ready to accommodate every request with professionalism and kindness.
A huge shout-out goes to the cuisine: the dishes are truly exceptional. The red prawns, in particular, are extraordinary, incredibly tender, almost melting in your mouth due to their delicate and flavorful texture. The fish is always showcased to its fullest potential, prepared with respect and without excessive sauces or condiments that alter its authentic flavor.
Each dish is carefully crafted, refined, and delicious, without ever losing sight of the quality of the ingredients, which we've always found to be incredibly fresh.
Finally, the desserts: simple but beautifully executed, the perfect conclusion to dinners designed to pamper yourself and savor the moment.

23/07/2026: We love Fritti! It is definitely one of our go-to dinner spots for birthdays or when family is visiting.
The pizzas taste just like in Northern Italy and the Aperol Spritzes are to die for.
The atmosphere is casual but upscale at the same time.
We usually try to find street parking somewhere nearby but there is also a paid parking garage down the street.

02/05/2026: I am leaving a negative review because I had a very unpleasant experience. I sat down with the intention of ordering two Margherita pizzas for my children, but the staff member told me that this is a “restaurant,” not a place for that, and suggested I go to a bar instead.
This was confusing, especially since the place presents itself as a pizzeria. The attitude felt unwelcoming, particularly toward families with children, and made us feel uncomfortable and not wanted.
I would not recommend this place if you are visiting with kids.

22/02/2026: Nice place with easy parking and friendly staff. The pizza is good, although I personally don't like it so thin. The meat-based appetizers are average. The beer is excellent, with a wide selection of craft beers.
Returning after a few years, we enjoyed the menu with great satisfaction. The only downside is the entertainment upon arrival: especially if it's also a pizzeria, I really appreciate a snack of schiacciata, bread, and water while waiting for the main course. Otherwise, the staff and owners are friendly.

At 9:58 PM, 10:00 PM, 13:13 PM, and 10:30 PM, we were told they had "just left"...
REALLY TERRIBLE!
30/08/2025: Pizzas ordered for delivery at 7:45/8:30 PM but arrived at 9:15 PM. When we first called, at 8:40 PM, the answer was "they're coming out of the oven right now." Two minutes later, they called back and said, "They'll be out of the oven in 20 minutes and we'll bring them to you." It might be a bit confusing, but this is already the second time we've ordered and they've arrived more than half an hour late. What bothered me most was the hasty response to our first call; it almost seemed like a joke. The pizza with the stuffed crust had all the contents spilled out and dripped onto the cardboard, another pizza was completely cold, and the others were decent except for the decidedly undercooked and acidic tomato. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this pizzeria enough.

19/11/2025: A delightful pastry shop in the heart of Bientina. Very friendly staff, a wide selection of desserts, some less savory but still always on point, even for deliveries. The atmosphere is very relaxed and refined. Perfect for a breakfast with friends or a business lunch. Worth a visit!
10/09/2025: The zebra crossing is incorrectly marked on Google, opposite Halbmond Street.
The cappuccino and croissant are very good and delicious. There are tables outside and inside, and parking is available right in front if there's space. Otherwise, park in the parking lot, a 3-minute walk away.

27/09/2024: Location molto affollata perché anche pizza da asporto pertanto l’attesa è stata di un’ora circa , ma la pizza era molto buona, birra artigianale . Ritorneremo ma in un’altra fascia oraria .
13/09/2024: Cecina top… la migliore in assoluto, pizza al metro fantastica per chi è amante della pizza più lievitata e fragrante, pizza al piatto più sottile ma ugualmente buonissima. Ingredienti di ottima qualità e soprattutto grande passione nel lavoro svolto e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Grazie
