29/09/2025: I believe this hotel deserves a five. The views of the city are remarkable. The service is impeccable and the rooms are clean with all the amenities one would expect. Nicholas was without a doubt, the best hotel host I have ever experienced in all my years. He and his staff constantly went out of their way to provide one on one personal service. From putting on dance music at night to greeting us in the morning with fresh food and champagne. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel above the city of Florence.
25/08/2025: A gem in a beautiful city. Close to the heart of Florence with the beauty and calmness of the countryside. Service was excellent, staff were friendly, every need anticipated. The food, the room, the courtyard, the pool, all well designed and convenient. Beautiful location. Highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future. Recommended by a friend.

14/12/2025: Under new management, the location has been renovated and modernized. Three friends cook and serve high-quality dishes. Refined dishes, meticulous attention to detail and technique. Prices are in line with the service. An excellent experience, a must-try place, and one of the best in the Florentine countryside for quality/price.
12/12/2025: We went last night with friends, and we had a wonderful meal. The staff was young but very professional. We opted out of both the fish and meat. We'll definitely be back, thank you.

16/11/2025: What a lovely place! The food was fantastic, 5 stars without a doubt! The service was friendly and helpful, if a little slow. But the setting... wow! The view of the lake is spectacular. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a party with friends. And if you need a place for your event, absolutely!
20/10/2025: I found myself in this place for an organized wedding, the staff were kind and helpful as bread, enchanting place, movie-like atmosphere, I highly recommend it to anyone, you made me spend one of the best evenings I've ever been out, compliments also to the chefs.

30/11/2025: Wonderful shop! Warm space, attentive to detail. The guys are very friendly without being pretentious. Large variety of wines, very good food, nice music. One of the shops that attracts you at first sight and you are not afraid to go in. I have been coming to Florence for so many years and I regret that I had not discovered it earlier.

13/07/2025: Simply the best meal I’ve had in Florence. My husband and I chose the chef’s menu, and received a Prosecco on the house and few bonus small plates to our surprise. The service was impeccable, the food was just mouth-watering. You cannot go wrong with this gem in Florence. 10/10

Betânia's service is fantastic, attentive, with recommendations on places to visit in Florence, very friendly. I highly recommend it and if I have another opportunity I will definitely return. 02/11/2025: Incredible, here we taste the typical Fiorentina ribollita (vegetable soup) and the paccheri alaaaaa ragù di lampredotto (caillette stew) and the cinghiale del calciattore (braised wild boar), accompanied by a Chianti classico with a beautiful texture. You have to go there to believe it
02/11/2025: Food was very disappointing. The steak was stone cold which we complained about. Then the owner/manger came out to tell us how wrong we were and that is how it should be cooked. He ranted for c.5 minutes despite us not even asking for anything off bill. Simply the worst restaurant manager I’ve ever seen. Very surprised they have a rating like this.

I'm sharing this experience so others are aware, and I hope the restaurant reviews its food safety and quality control procedures to prevent similar situations in the future.

10/11/2025: Small place with a wide selection of pizzas to take away or eat in (minimum 1 pizza per person to sit down and the price increases by €1) but it's worth it. We ordered ours to take away, delicious.

02/10/2025: Hamburger is really good and tasteful. But waiter is too rude with everyone. And also french fries came cold we asked to change and he bring new ones also cold. It wasn’t fresh.
