22/07/2024: Great vibe. Family run casual local spot. Delicious pizza (really it’s pinsa) and good advice on wine. They offer wine by the glass, bottle or sfuso (tap/bulk). You could easily walk by and not know what delicious pizza (with a delicious peperoncino salsa on the side!) you were missing. Top it off with a gelato from up the street in piazza tasso. Happiness.

17/07/2024: Excellent wine bar, away from the tourist hustle and bustle to taste a wine in a place full of authenticity. We were warmly welcomed and very well advised. Beautiful place and nice welcome, I recommend!

08/08/2024: A really lovely early dinner with my daughter. A beautiful dinner setting in a large lush floral garden. The servers where very kind and welcoming and the food was fresh and delicious. Very kid friendly. We were lucky to have the place quiet as it was just before their serving time. Very happy to recommend them and would definitely come back

01/08/2024: Our hotel is 2 blocks away so we took the short stroll on a hot summer night. The drinks were delicious and refreshing. The sign from the sidewalk advertises panini, but if you walk around to the street side you see the hand lettered sign with the frappè menu. About four or five more customers arrived while I was waiting for our drinks. It’s well worth it!

25/06/2024: The place is very nice, I always go there on Thursdays because it is the evening dedicated to us bikers. Very good milkshakes and the lady is really super kind and nice.

30/05/2024: Characteristic stone location with small outdoor space. Fixed menu with starters, 2 first courses, 2 second courses with side dish and dessert. Good red or white wine in a carafe. The service is informal and fast, the host is courteous and welcoming with a typical Tuscan accent. The light-hearted atmosphere made the lunch enjoyable. I recommend it and will return

03/05/2024: I was on May Day with my wife, daughters and son-in-law, we really stayed for 10, excellent food, friendly waiter/owner and absolutely honest prices, good house wine and I hope to be able to return soon perhaps with better weather than Wednesday😁

29/08/2024: We came across this beautiful place by accident. A beautiful place, Lorenzo is responsible for the wonderful atmosphere! A very nice guy, he tries to make his guests happy!

27/08/2024: The restaurant is set in a beautiful location, some of the food was a let down. Entrees were all very delicious but the mains were average at best. The risotto was quite a small size and not overly flavourful, the fish also lacked much flavour and was over cooked. Quite a pricey restaurant so I would expect better food.

29/08/2024: We went twice in a row because the food was so delicious. You can sit inside and outside. The staff is awesome and speaks english The restaurant is run by a family and offers very authentic italian food

20/07/2024: The restaurant had been highly recommended by a couple of people and rightly so! It was an absolutely excellent meal! Very unassuming from the outside, reasonably traditional and unpretentious on the inside, the atmosphere built as diners arrived and the place was quickly very full. Service was great, the hand-written menu was definitely not overly fussy and the food was, quite honestly, amazing. My daughter loved her generous veal steak and I ordered the butter chicken, which was very probably the most delicious chicken dish I’ve ever eaten. Just incredible. Looking around the different tables, it was clearly very popular and I would strongly recommend. Dessert was also excellent and the overall cost was really reasonable. Amazing!

09/07/2024: Paolo was extremely courteous and professional with us. I celebrated my birthday, we were about twenty people and despite everything the service was fast, the quality of the food was excellent and the setting (in the outdoor garden) was splendid. Highly recommended.

24/07/2024: The house wine is well above average, very good. The pizza and pasta are really good. Best place to eat pasta in Florence.

30/07/2024: Fantastic sandwiches, friendly staff, and the view of Santa Croce. Better food than what the people are getting around the corner after waiting in line at Pino’s and more pleasant spot to enjoy it.

19/07/2024: Discovered at random! Very good address for Panini and sandwiches prepared to order!! Run by 2 very pleasant young people, the products are of very good quality (bread, ham, fresh cheeses, dried tomatoes, and superb spread sauces, etc.) at a very affordable price! We had a quick lunch, sitting inside (no coperta!!!) before visiting the Pitti Palace. Perhaps even the best Panini since our arrival in Italy!!!
