01/07/2026: If you want to try lampredotto away from the touristy areas, this is the place. An authentic kiosk, frequented by many locals, where Florentine tradition still reigns supreme. Carefully prepared sandwiches, tender and flavorful lampredotto, well-balanced sauces, and fair prices. A genuine, no-frills experience, absolutely worth the detour from the city center.
