This year is our 3rd time going! And then three days in a row. We like that Dario is always present, willing to take a picture with everyone. 2020 was the first time we've been and the prices and menu are still the same! Great that it is possible! First of all, the tartare is delicious! All other pieces of meat in between too. Finally, the Florentine steak is also delicious! It is true that sometimes you get a piece of meat that is a bit hard due to the BBQ or a piece with too much fat, but then you can say this and ask for another piece of meat. You will be nice and full at the end of the evening! You know half the table and without you knowing it the bottles of wine are gone!

Needless to say: booking a lunch or dinner here is truly an experience. And if it is true that today it is also a great commercial marketing operation, the food (especially the meat) is superlative, whatever menu you choose. The atmosphere is always joyful, and Cecchini himself takes care to greet all the guests. The staff is attentive and thoughtful. Reservation essential.

Excellent experience for meat lovers, you set on large table with other people, I was solo travelr and I didn't feel alone at all. Highly recommended!

Great experience, and a great meal! You might not like sitting next to strangers but after all that meat and flasks of wine that's the last thing on your mind!! An experience absolutely worth doing, but be careful that you come out rolling 😂

Definitely a good experience, the meat was very good and the atmosphere particular. We also found the value for money to be very honest. We left very full from the smaller menu, I can't imagine the others...

I fully agree with what ODG8 wrote. For the rest, what can we say? Excellent meat, perfect organization (a room dedicated to each menu), excellent price for how much and how you ate. I am a rather reserved person and not very inclined towards conviviality and I was a little perplexed about sitting at the table with perfect strangers but I guarantee you that, either because I was well disposed in any case, or because of the atmosphere that was created, but it was really a nice experience. Probably in that context, making separate tables as is usually done would not have had the same effect. And then the waiters intelligently pass around with the trays, filling each diner's plate one by one, and not placing trays "in the middle", thus removing the embarrassment of the "last piece" that is inevitably created by eating with strangers.

Mi ha colpito l'atmosfera di convivialità che si crea nel ristorante durante la cena, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La ciccia fa da padrona del menù, accompagnato da piatti semplici del cucina contadina: pinzimonio, fagioli e la mitica patara con il burro del Chianti! Prezzo centrato per la qualità.

Pace yourself. Dario Cecchini offers you a lot of food. A lot of meat and tasty meat and other wonderous things but if you want to be able to even be able to taste the Bistecca della Fiorentina then pace yourself. I digress. Came to dinner with Family the dinner reservations need to be done in advance by email and if you're able take an 8pm one. The serving is all the meat you can eat and you start with tartar and finish with Florentine Steak. You come for your reservation at 8, maybe 10 minutes before Dario is meeting you across the street at his Antica Macelleria CECCHINI with bread and Lardo, what is Lardo, it is pig fat with salt and spices made into a spread. Same you can find at the table at the table you can find a bottle of wine some bread, lardo and veggies. And then the meating starts. In front of you there is a paper napkin with a picture of the cow, so when you are served the next course they can tell you which part of the cow it came from, starts with Tartare and ends with Florentine steak and in between there is Ribeye, etc, etc, etc..... So Carne Diem diners!

23/03/2024: Cheerful and welcoming place. Fast service and friendly waiters! Delicious pizza!!!!!! Even the dessert, which I almost couldn't finish😁. Parking is easily found. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!! The thing we liked most was the round table: there were six of us and we could all see each other's faces 😍 My best friends and I will definitely be back.
