16/05/2026: We had lunch at this trattoria on May 5, 2026. It's a trattoria attached to the grocery store (cured meats, cheeses, and other local products), as is traditional in Tuscany, but with a certain refinement in the decor while still maintaining the look of an old-fashioned trattoria. We enjoyed the potato tortelli with ragù—the most flavorful I've ever had—the sliced beef so tender it melted in your mouth, and the crispy, light fried zucchini flowers. The service was prompt, courteous, and professional; we'll definitely be back again.

05/06/2026: Very nice trattoria, you can eat there for very reasonable prices. We were with 6 people, everything is freshly made with simplicity.
Small groups sit together at a table.
Very nice atmosphere.
Prices that make you think that's impossible.
We will definitely come back sometime.
Restaurant opens at 19:15, go early; we were there at 18:30 and there was already a line, and it just kept getting bigger.
Don't expect high service; it's just like eating at Donna's own home.

04/05/2026: “My partner and I went to this restaurant and were absolutely thrilled. The spaghetti with razor clams!!! was simply amazing, a rare delicacy. The fried fish was also excellent, crispy and light. The atmosphere is very quiet and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and enjoying dinner. The staff was attentive, polite, and always available without being intrusive. The dishes were truly amazing: I recommend it 100%.”

04/06/2026: A good selection of pasta, all of good quality and well-prepared, at a reasonable price. The risotto was also very good, as was the panna cotta. The pizzas being served at other tables also looked good, although we didn't get a chance to try them. The service was adequate. It's worth taking a 10-minute trip from the center of Florence to enjoy a meal in a quieter place with more reasonable prices like this.

01/05/2026: Booked based solely on reviews. My wife had already attacked me because I booked at a touristy place where they scratch the pasta and leave the bill empty. But no. One of the best Florentine steaks I've ever had, served with elegance. A delicious fish entree. Excellent service. All for a lower price than we expected. I recommend it... a wife who apologizes is priceless.
17/04/2026: For a vine bar the Chianti was below average and a more expensive and different wine tasted like vinegar. The tomato sauce tasted like it came out of a jar. The steak was overcooked and tough. The hummus was runny and bland. The salad was excellent and the view outside is awesome.

23/05/2026: Stopped in Mid May for an experience with my group of 10. Dario was present and making it a great time!
My main complaint is how raw all the meat was when it came out. This meat is about as rare as it comes. No seasoning.
6 out of 7 dishes were served raw/cold.
A cool experience, but hard to cut and eat so much steak cooked to that level. The “Steak Florentino” that came out as the finale was forgettable.
It’s worth stopping by the butcher shop and buying some souvenirs but the dinner experience can be skipped.
22/05/2026: We went to Antica Macelleria Cecchini in 2022 and honestly it was more like a huge family party than just dinner. Started out amazing with staff handing out glasses of Chianti right on the street. Once inside it was absolute chaos in the best possible way. Long tables, sitting shoulder to shoulder with strangers who become friends by the end of the night. It was loud, busy and there was an endless amount of incredible meat coming out. Had such a blast. If you like your meat, you have to go here. One of the highlights of our Tuscany trip.

29/09/2025: I believe this hotel deserves a five. The views of the city are remarkable. The service is impeccable and the rooms are clean with all the amenities one would expect. Nicholas was without a doubt, the best hotel host I have ever experienced in all my years. He and his staff constantly went out of their way to provide one on one personal service. From putting on dance music at night to greeting us in the morning with fresh food and champagne. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel above the city of Florence.
25/08/2025: A gem in a beautiful city. Close to the heart of Florence with the beauty and calmness of the countryside. Service was excellent, staff were friendly, every need anticipated. The food, the room, the courtyard, the pool, all well designed and convenient. Beautiful location. Highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future. Recommended by a friend.

21/03/2026: A 3-day stay in Florence and a big ice cream lover. La Sorbettiera finally satisfied my craving for good Italian gelato. The Venezuelan chocolate is a killer, smooth and creamy; the strawberry sorbet is bursting with freshness without being too sweet (you can see the crates of strawberries in the kitchen); the pistachio could be improved, and the Buentalenti (Florentine cream) delicately complements the chocolate and strawberry. A very good, slightly out-of-the-way spot that I highly recommend.

15/05/2026: I went to Divina Pizza in Florence a few months ago with my girlfriend and completely forgot to leave a review, even though they truly deserve it. We had a wonderful evening: truly delicious pizza, quality ingredients, and everything cooked to perfection. The food is truly divine.
Besides the food, what struck us most was the atmosphere: extremely kind staff and fantastic owners, a wonderful family who make you feel at home right away. It's one of those places you want to return to, both for the quality and the way you're treated. The price is right for the quality and the excellent service.
Highly recommended to anyone passing through Florence!
05/05/2026: A must-try for pizza lovers. The only truly digestible pizza I've ever found. I recommend the slice instead of the plated version: fabulous and made with top-quality ingredients.
