The steak is delicious, high quality, and cooked to perfection.
The rest of the dishes are also very good.

22/02/2026: Excellent experience. Compliments to Chef Filippo! The fish is incredibly fresh. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Giangi is incredibly friendly; put yourself in his hands. Definitely a place to try.
11/02/2026: Maybe it's because I had lunch instead of dinner.
I'd heard good things about the place, and I expected something more.
What we ate was good but nothing exceptional.
The girl who served us was nice, and I think she was the owner too.
We didn't wait any longer than necessary, but the table setting, with its synthetic placemats, compared to the prices of the fish dishes, made it feel more like a pizzeria than a restaurant.
My hot vegetable dish was tasteless because it wasn't seasoned, and the squid served on a bed of lettuce and carrots
went cold after a short while.
The warm apple tart, however, was good.
I plan on returning for dinner anyway.

12/01/2026: Although their specialty is pizza, which they make very well, the other menu items didn't disappoint, such as the onion soup and the breaded chicken. The service was good and fast. The overall price seemed reasonable to me. It's very difficult to find parking at any time.
03/01/2026: HIGHLY recommended place. We stopped here with the kids on our way back from the south. The pizza was DELICIOUS! The pasta with tomato sauce I requested for my son was equally good, the simplicity was meticulous and tasty!
The staff was young and friendly, and the quality/price ratio was amazing! We'll definitely be back!

25/02/2026: We chose this restaurant for lunch and were very satisfied. The staff was friendly, smiling, and courteous from the start. We chose two first courses and a slice of meat accompanied by roast potatoes: excellent food and generous portions. Fair prices, a wide selection of wines, and a really nice (if somewhat small) place. The wait was adequate. I highly recommend it.
24/02/2026: We went for a post-graduation lunch, and were pleasantly surprised by both the truly delicious food and the staff (everyone, Valeria certainly stood out). P.S. The Pici with Cinta Senese pork ragù were the best I've ever tasted in my life, congratulations!

24/03/2026: We did the full tasting menu and it was spectacular! Every offering was fantastic. We visited Dario in the butcher shop and he was beyond friendly taking pictures with the family. This spot is a gem and a must visit when in Panzano.
23/03/2026: Amazing location, great day, very friendly and attentive staff, perfectly cooked meat (for me).
The wine paired perfectly with the bruschetta with lard outdoors.
Everything was delicious.
I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Maestro Cecchini before leaving and exchanging opinions on horse meat (I'm Sicilian).

We didn't dine there. Anyway, the pizzas were okay.

An excellent alternative just a few minutes' drive from Florence for good food and a break from chaotic, overpriced restaurants.
