16/10/2025: An excellent address! Delicious dishes with quality ingredients, from starters to desserts! A wide selection of wines. The team is friendly and professional, whether you're visiting as a couple or a group of 15! A special mention goes to their specialty: caramel and almond panna cotta!

10/10/2025: Stopped by for a late lunch. Had the pizza mahgarita which was delicious. Sat outside and enjoyed the afternoon light and the people passing by. Service was a bit relaxed which seems typical in Italy, but we weren’t in a hurry anyway! Lovely pause between window shopping and visiting museums.

27/09/2025: The pizzas are good. We went in here to take a break during a downpour. The prices on the menu are attractive, but yes, there is a €2.50 service charge per person, which is something to take into account. The additional ingredients are also quite expensive: €2 to add tomato sauce to a pizza. A little strange, but the experience is still enjoyable.

04/11/2025: Excellent… friendly… very good, away from the center it's quiet and relaxed. We really enjoyed the breaded octopus, the amazing tiramisu (finally!), and the Vermentino is excellent… in short, highly recommended.

The refined and gourmet combinations always exceed expectations, remarkable. We ordered 55 for a group and everyone was not only satisfied, but enthusiastic. Francesco's courtesy, availability, kindness and attention, then, complete the picture of a place, L’Esclusiva di Francesco, where you return again and again, without ever getting tired of it. 05/08/2025: I arrived at closing time (9:30 PM), and even though he'd already put everything away, the guy served me anyway. The schiacciata was very good (I had a Fiesole, €6.50), crispy and made with quality ingredients. Excellent value for money. I'll be back!

11/10/2025: Starting from a great view, going through the great service and awesome food (meatballs and pasta, finishing with tiramisu), it's the ultimate experience. If u visit Florence make sure to stop here

31/10/2025: What a hidden gem of a shop! The Americano was amazing, and the owner even recommended the Affogato, which was fantastic. We also ordered freshly squeezed orange juice, which was incredibly fresh. The owner even helped us connect to the Wi-Fi – super friendly and nice! 😎👍🏻
