02/04/2024: i’ve been living in italy for a year now and this was honestly one of the best pizzas Ive had! we made a special order with tomato sauce, rucola, pomodorini, prosciutto crudo and burrata and it was honestly just amazing!!!

08/02/2024: A great place, we had already spotted it for a while and today we tried it. Quality food, delicious and fresh. Calm and peaceful environment. Credit also goes to Sara, as well as to the chef, who was professional and very kind. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

26/03/2024: We stayed here for a weekend with my husband and my in-laws, an excellent discovery, The rooms very clean and tidy. The farmhouse has two swimming pools, a play area for children, they also have their own oil mill. We both had lunch and dinner at the property, I recommend the meat which is excellent.

01/04/2024: "Hit and run" structure Differently in the past 5 nights, never a change of sheets, no restoration of shower gel and/or shampoo, lack of toilet paper from the second day... All this suggests that not even cleaning is done as it should be. After 5 days I ran out of my personal supplies brought from home... and I had to report everything. Great disorganization and misleading information, non-existent management... and staff left in disarray. A round of applause to the kind Mrs. Francesca and the waiter Christian who worked within their limits to resolve (at least in part) the major communication problems. As for the reception manager, I can't understand how she can have that role!!..I won't go into further details.. If anyone (general management??) would like to find out more, I'm available for any discussion!! Structure with enormous potential given the location and the building itself..

31/03/2024: From their booking site five types of rooms: basic, classic, family, superior and deluxe.. by staying in a superior room you also include one hour shared access to their beautiful SPA.. and up to this point everything is perfectly clear ...then comes the surprise!!!Without any info from the site!! By staying 1 day you are entitled to 1 entry to the spa By staying 2 days you are entitled to 1 entry to the spa By staying 3 days you are entitled to n. 1 entry to the spa I stayed 6 days in a superior room...I am entitled to 1 shared entry for one hour at the spa. (ditto if the overnight stay had been 10 days) The person and/or "manager" who thought up this deceptive strategy deserves immediate dismissal!! I reserve the right to comment on my unpleasant stay in this "4 star" establishment at another time.

04/03/2024: I always go there in the summer many times. I can assure you that the ice cream is DEVASTATING! I recommend that if you are on holiday in Impruneta, come to this ice cream shop. For me, the best in the entire municipality of Impruneta.

31/03/2024: My boyfriend and I agreed, that the restaurant „Locanda Collazzi“ is the prettiest and best restaurant we have ever been together. The atmosphere, the food, the location and the people working there is something really special. The price is more than fair for this delicious and high quality food. You can choose between menu and „a la carte“. This location would be also perfect for parties and weddings. We will definitely come back to this place. Next time in spring or summer because the garden is spectacular. Thank you for amazing evening (our last night in Tuscany) in your beautiful place.

26/03/2024: We spent two weeks in Italy and the ice cream here literally blew us away. I even found a pistachio in the pistachio ice cream. Simply delicious. Coffee was also very tasty.

22/03/2024: Definitely an impressive place, it's a shame that it's very far from the center and a walk to reach it becomes quite 'challenging'. Having found the 'soloPerNoi' venue on a Wednesday evening in March... is priceless! However, it is better to book with The Fork, the discount never hurts!

26/12/2023: I was curious to try this restaurant, whose owner has been churning out the best Schiacciata in Florence for years. The restaurant is inside a resort surrounded by greenery, renovated with good taste and attention to detail. It is located a few minutes' drive from Piazza dell'Impruneta and can therefore also be reached in a reasonable time from the Florence-Prato metropolitan area. I confess that I was afraid of finding a lot of form and little substance and even of coming away a little hungry, but that wasn't the case, because the dinner was "excellent and plentiful". The rich appetizers were in fact followed by pappardelle with wild boar (the pasta, rigorously fresh, is produced on site, as is the bread) and then the classic Impruneto peposo, in a generous portion and cooked to perfection with a side dish of beans, offered at a restaurant price. I then gave in to the temptation of the traditional Florentine zuccotto and it was worth it. For the wine, I asked the waiter to recommend a glass, but prestigious labels are available, both in the bottle and by the glass, a very appropriate choice in these difficult times. The dining room staff is welcoming and professional, ready to answer any questions about the dishes and to advise, without being intrusive. You have the feeling that here they are all professionals and not improvised restaurateurs. Above all, it seems to me that they are not trying to "pluck the chicken" (and then another one will arrive), but rather to create a loyal clientele. The owner Angelo, then, deserves a separate discussion: he constantly seeks perfection, with an undoubted competence and an almost old-fashioned elegance. After this dinner on December 17th I returned for the fixed menu Christmas lunch in a room with a fireplace, once again remaining fully satisfied. On this occasion I was accompanied by a family member suffering from disabling psychiatric pathologies, who was welcomed with a delicacy and elegance unfortunately not found elsewhere. Although he is absolutely harmless, his presence often aroused palpable and unjustified hostility from the staff and the manager, as if he were tarnishing the good name of the place. I suggest to them that they go up to the Sassi Neri to learn the respect due to every customer.
