26/02/2024: I went to dinner with friends and we ate pizza. There is the possibility to choose whether to take the real or thin pizza and I opted for the real one. It turned out to be a great choice because it was good with quality ingredients; my friends chose the thin one and, according to them, it was a little too thin and not very large but very good. We ended with dessert for three and this was good too. The place is nice and the staff is kind and always smiling (especially the waitress who served us)! Owner attentive to customer needs and kind. Excellent quality/price ratio. Note that in the bathroom there is a stove that allows you not to freeze and not have a temperature difference between the room and the bathroom!!! I will definitely be back!

27/02/2024: Seconda cena in questo bellissimo ristorantino ad Empoli, abbiamo usufruito della promozione under 35, piatti davvero buoni e ben eseguiti, l’antipasto con l’uovo cotto a bassa temperatura e poi fritto era eccezionale, così come il risotto con riso acquerello e cipolle caramellate. A seguire una gustosa quaglia ripiena, Unica nota negativa, da amante dei dolci avevo alte aspettative per quest’ultimo ma in entrambe le occasioni a mio parere il dolce non è stato all’altezza delle portate precedenti, ci hanno portato un semifreddo al lampone, al gusto molto buono ma purtroppo lo strato in mezzo era ghiacciato e risultavo difficile apprezzarlo in pieno. Comunque consigliatissimo, bravi tutti dalla cucina alla sala

07/04/2024: We were on Friday for lunch in this fantastic place which is the Osteria Cavolo Nero, a truly pleasant discovery. All dishes are freshly prepared, in fact the quality of the dishes is high. The only flaw... just to be picky... is the quantity of food on the plates... being from the south my eyes shine when they bring me a large plate of pasta.

31/03/2024: We came across this place by chance during a quick stopover in Empoli. The restaurant not only has a small front garden in the pedestrian zone, but is also very nicely designed inside. The Vino della Casa tasted very good in both red and white. She really liked the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and zucchini that my wife had, and my cod on mashed potatoes was also excellent. Unfortunately we couldn't use the front garden due to the temperatures outside, but from spring to autumn it's certainly an additional, great asset.
