27/05/2026: I went to this restaurant with some colleagues and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and goodness of the products. We opted for their seafood option which did not disappoint (the tagliolini are phenomenal). The only downside is the desserts which, although quite good, do not live up to the offerings that precede them!

04/04/2026: Everything was terrible. The place hasn't been cleaned since they opened, a 25-minute wait, and tasteless burgers made with poor-quality meat. It's a shame the staff is very friendly, otherwise it was perfect.

They have such an interesting spread of "surf and turf" risotto options. We shared three different ones between two of us and I cannot decide which one was the winner.
We will try to pay another visit to Riso & Brace until the end of our visit to Tuscany.

06/06/2026: Quality food and low prices, an old-fashioned trattoria with a touch of the 1950s, it feels like stepping into a local shop where you feel halfway between a bar, halfway between a rotisserie and a trattoria, in a more familiar setting reminiscent of the good old days. Roast meat on display, excellent first courses...what more can I say?
A must-try.

09/05/2026: We came to this pub to hear a band play. I really liked the place. It's well-decorated and well-lit, reminiscent of industrial architecture. There are also tables upstairs with a view of the interior. We had a burger, which I wasn't entirely satisfied with; both the quality of the bun and the meat could be improved.

15/04/2026: I booked based on the reviews, so we had high hopes, but the experience was disappointing. The pizza was overcooked and the ingredients weren't very fresh. The place wasn't heated properly. The prices were high for the low quality.
The service, however, was very good, and the girls were kind and friendly. What a shame.

07/03/2026: Good evening, negative personal experience. I must say first that I am Neapolitan, therefore accustomed to eating typical Campania products. The worst fried filling I have ever eaten was the unleavened dough, cooked incorrectly, the oil not at the right temperature, the filling was unbalanced, almost non-existent. The Margherita was the same, unleavened dough and the taste did not reflect the true Campania traditions, almost at the level of a frozen Cameo pizza. The cuoppo, for the excessive cost of 6 euros, had four seafood fritters and a mozzarella in carrozza. Disappointment, I had high expectations, I strongly advise against it!
07/03/2026: Excellent place for a business lunch or dinner. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food, excellent wine selection, and a lovely menu. The fish is exceptional. Well done.
