30/07/2025: The bistecca fiorentina was absolutely amazing, our waiter Didy knew exactly how much to give us and cooked it perfectly, all the staff were lovely and kind and the drinks/cocktails were excellent too we will come back again for sure and definitely recommend it to other people !!

30/07/2025: Didy is so passionate about his work and you can feel it through the attentive service he provides. Very caring and kind staff. Best Florence steak and carbonara we’ve had had and definitely worth the visit!

24/08/2025: Although I gave this place a top rating only because the food was excellent and the staff was friendly, I found the prices too high for what I ate. Unfortunately, prices in Florence are high, but you also need to be a bit competitive.

19/07/2025: We had a truly delicious dinner. Both the fish dishes and the pizza were very good. The desserts were out of this world. The service was courteous and fast. The place is average, nothing special.

14/07/2025: Let me start by saying I don’t normally write reviews. There are places I reminisce on eating at and think this is a taste I have never had before. There is about 3 other in this category but boy oh boy does this make the list.

13/07/2025: Excellent schiacciata and fair prices. I just suggest heating them less, as the prosciutto and especially the burrata tend to spoil with too much heat.

23/08/2025: La Bottega delle Casellina welcomed us as if we were visiting a relative. Unique in its kind. The girls were all very kind and smiling. The excellent food is served in traditional Tuscan coccini (pots) or small pans that allow it to be eaten hot. Very fresh vegetables. We ordered - tagliatelle with wild boar - pappardelle with wild boar - pici alla nana - tomato and leek meatballs (melt in your mouth) - various side dishes, both seasoned, sautéed, and fried All very good, including the bread. The price was good for the quality.

10/08/2025: The ice cream still needs improvement, even though it's made great strides over the years. The yogurt is still too cold. But the kindness and friendliness of the place are not found anywhere else. The people are fabulous.

15/08/2025: A very nice restaurant with a large selection of meats and desserts, open all day. Dinner for 5 with wine, appetizers, and desserts costs 177 euros. The only downside is the high cost of 7.5 euros per person.

20/08/2025: Beautiful place, staff was very nice. When comparing the food to other food I've had in Italy, my opinion is it was good....not great...but good. Loved the grilled vegetables. Little things made it not great but nothing worth actually writing about. I would go back and also recommend it if in the area. Excellent dough.

19/08/2025: I visited Burro y Achuga in Florence and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service was unbeatable: the waitresses are super friendly, attentive, and make you feel at home. Mr. Alberto also served us with extreme kindness, always attentive to every detail. The food is spectacular, both in flavor and presentation. You can clearly see the quality of the ingredients and the care put into each dish. The portions are also generous, and the prices are very good for the quality and quantity. In short, a highly recommended place to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine with warm and friendly service. I would definitely return!

11/08/2025: After doing some research this place came up on a few lists and was pretty highly recommended. We were not disappointed to say the least. We had such a great meal here. Seafood was fresh and food quality was superb! After having spent a few nights in Florence we had had enough of the regular fare one might find in the more central touristy areas. I mean there is just so much Bistecca alla Florentine and Pappardelle Ragu one can have. So we were ready for a change. We highly recommend the pastas and the fried squid starter. The creamed cod on the other hand while pretty good was not as good when compared to the other dishes. Service was great and our waitress spoke perfect English and was very helpful in helping us choose our dishes. We will definitely be back to have another meal here should we find ourselves in Florence again. As my partner is pregnant, we would definitely want to try some of the raw selection and dishes that feature raw food the next time around.

02/09/2025: Among the best pizzas in Florence. You can choose from a variety of toppings, as well as a thick or thin pizza. Prices are reasonable and in line with the quality, and portions are generous. The desserts are also quite good. Excellent service, especially one waitress, who was always friendly and smiling despite her busy schedule.

19/07/2025: As in other nearby places, the service with so many tourists is quite terrible. First, they brought the drinks after a while and they were no longer cold, then they made a mistake with one of the pizzas, we waited a while for the bill and on top of that, they charged us 6 euros for this service and I had to go to the register to pay. As I said, bad service.

09/07/2025: I tried the best wood-fired Neapolitan pizza. The restaurant is located in Florence's beautiful historic center, very close to the train station and Piazza Duomo.

11/09/2025: The most delicious ice cream I've had in Italy. The passion fruit yogurt is incredible. Perfectly creamy.

08/09/2025: The worst lemon slush of my life. Nocciola's ice cream was also very bad. A tourist trap.

02/08/2025: It's a very high quality local restaurants, which offers traditional dishes with just a little twitch to make them special. Perfect choice for a perfect lunch or dinner in one of Florence's less touristic quarter.

22/06/2025: Wonderful experience!! Wonderful visit to the winery with a detailed description of the viticultural differences of the Chianti valley and the wines of the group in general. Then we tasted 4 excellent wines, including a truly unique white and reserve, and a cutting board with bread and oil from the area. We also bought a wine from the tasting! An experience that we promise to repeat and recommend to everyone! A suggestion: please, open the restaurant too!! We'll book now!!

10/06/2025: Julia provided an unforgettable experience. We happened upon Vitique whilst driving through to Firenze, and she accommodated us without skipping a beat. Knowledgable, funny and incredibly passionate, this tour and tasting was incredible. We will certainly be stopping by if we are ever in Tuscany again! Thank you!
