The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable.

16/02/2026: I didn't stay, but I ate at the restaurant. Everything was delicious: excellent steak, Tuscan and traditional dishes, some almost forgotten but beautifully presented here.

10/04/2026: I made a quick stop from Florence here. The personnel was super attentive even though I was very early for dinner. When the food came I ordered seconds. Loved it.
08/04/2026: EASTER 2026 lunch. Terrible service. Lunch was scheduled for around 1 PM, but started at around 1:30-1:40 PM. We sat at the table for over 4 hours. Not even at a wedding. The portions were barely adequate.

07/04/2026: I don't understand how it has a 4.1 overall rating. It means that people's tastes are changing for the worse, along with their behaviors. Tastes are tastes, of course, but for those who like to constantly suck their socks off, I'll go to Rustico. Upon entering, you immediately feel like you've stepped back in time. The atmosphere is not formal but comfortable, and the service is fast and helpful. The tortelli with wild boar sauce are fabulous, and the mixed grill is excellent.
I'll definitely be back. Thank you, Rustico friends!!!
05/04/2026: If you're in the area, I recommend it for the excellent Bolognese pasta. The place is historic and well-run.

31/05/2025: Amazing location, super friendly staff and Marco is a fantastic cook. Worth a small detour from the via degli Dei and take a rest day by the lovely pool if you have time. There's a fishing lake down the hill you can catch trout for lunch at!

13/10/2024: Ristorante top,pasta fatta da loro,con vari condimenti a scelta,tagliata sublime,servizio ottimo e alla mano ,prezzo nella norma,sono dell idea che se spendi qualche euro in più,ma hai mangiato da Dio ,va bene così, torneremo.

17/09/2025: We had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant in Scarperia. We were visiting from the United States, my cousin Giuseppe is a friend of the owner. What a wonderful meal, we had with ravioli and a delicious Bolognese sauce. We sat outside, the service was wonderful and the smiles by the owner and the waitress were delightful. Thank you, Luca. It was nice to meet you.
