15/06/2026: We really loved Il Peperoncino! The atmosphere was very nice, the food was absolutely delicious especially the lasagna, the tuna. Everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully served. Also, the Negroni and Campari were amazing. A special thank you to David, our waiter, who was very kind, attentive and made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you are in Pisa!

12/03/2026: We randomly went here as other restaurants were closed and god was that a blessing. The food was incredible, tasted amazing, big portions and beautiful plating. The ambient is also stellar, they have a bar in house which is on the other side of the place so it doesn't bother the dining experience. The staff makes you feel at home and well taken care of. The experience was so good we came back the next night. If you are in the area this restaurant is a must stop. Special thanks to the young staff member that got us the ragu recipe. We will be coming back to this place 100%

09/06/2026: We visited Casella 18 on the recommendation of our Florence tour guide. We were so glad to have found this gem! We specifically went for the Florentine steak, but enjoyed the whole experience immensely. The family run establishment is warm and welcoming... we felt like family by the time we left! We missed taking photos of the remainder of our meal, but everything was excellent. We asked for course recommendations for our family of five, and ordered chianti reserva, along with the Florentine steak and it was all exceptional. We would happily go back if we ever return to Florence!

09/06/2026: Solid place to eat, easy to get to, well-priced with a frequently updated menu. Not a classic trattoria vibe but a genuinely solid more trendy kinda place. Weird vibe though. Idk what it was but there was a weird vibe.

09/05/2026: We found this place somewhat by chance, and we immediately fell in love with it. We spent a family evening dining on Chianina burgers/pulled pork sandwiches for the little ones, and sliced ​​pork with potatoes for the adults. The flavor of the meat was truly excellent, and we also appreciated the fact that they brought us some cold cuts as a sampler while we waited for our meat. Furthermore, the butcher's presentation of the meats we chose was truly appreciated, especially as it showed customers the quality of the product being processed. We finished it all with citrus sorbet for the kids and a delicious tiramisu made on the spot for the adults, both truly delicious. Everything was excellent, from the quality of the products to the service, which promptly came to check on us and that everything was going smoothly. Our average bill was around €30, a more than fair price for such a delicious meal. See you soon!

30/05/2026: Discovered by chance in the center of Grassina, and what a lovely surprise! Truly excellent platters and authentic, flavorful, and well-prepared Tuscan cuisine. The added bonus? Gino, the unexpected host: a bit of a pirate in style, but incredibly knowledgeable and capable of putting you at ease right away. An absolutely worthwhile experience!
