07/06/2026: A place worth recommending on Pietrasanta's culinary map. We haven't eaten fish this good in a long time. We waited about 20 minutes for our dish. Sea bass baked in salt and vegetables. Simple, but delicious. Served with a local white wine. The portion is sufficient for two hungry people. I definitely recommend it!

12/05/2026: I returned to the restaurant after the pizza and enjoyed some truly delicious dishes: generous and beautifully presented appetizers, excellent meat and fish, and exceptional desserts. The quality/price ratio was fair. The wait staff was excellent and very friendly. It will become a favorite.

02/05/2026: I don't usually write reviews, but yesterday, eating at this restaurant for the first time, I felt compelled. The attentive, courteous staff immediately made you feel at home, the refined atmosphere, and the food was superb. You could taste the excellent quality of the ingredients, the dishes were meticulously prepared down to the last detail. The fried fish was amazing, the dry vegetable tempura light, and the vegetables delicious. The grilled octopus with a pistachio pesto that was simply delicious. The beef slices melted in your mouth and were cooked perfectly as we requested. And to finish, an apple tart with mascarpone cream, both executed excellently, making for an unforgettable end. There were three of us, and we barely spoke while eating as we savored the food. Excellent in every way!!!

06/04/2026: We visited this fantastic place for Easter Monday. I have to say, everything was perfect...the lamb stuffed with artichokes and the slow-cooked pork tenderloin were sublime! And the homemade olive oil...you can't get enough of it! The entire staff was courteous, attentive, and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

08/04/2026: The gelato is quite good, though not the best or cheapest I've had in Italy. It has benches and tables to sit at, which isn't common in the gelaterias I've been to. It's in a slightly less busy area, but still a short distance from the center of Florence. There are other gelaterias in Florence that I've liked more.

The manager's presentation further enhances the atmosphere. The menu offers traditional Tuscan dishes, always prepared by the family with great care, from appetizers to dessert. The daily menu and the set menu offer a wide selection. Everything is delicious. Reservations are recommended.

30/04/2026: I wonder what the people who rated this place have eaten. Have they ever tried award-winning pizzerias? Have they ever tried frozen pizzas from the supermarket? How is it possible that this place's pizza is called by so many the best in Pisa? It's a mystery. I've tried every Gamberorosso-awarded pizza (and more) in Tuscany. I can give my opinion. This place's pizza has zero softness, no crust. It feels like unleavened bread with ingredients on top. The crust is actually crunchy, almost like crackers. The ingredients are low-quality; you can't taste or smell the flavors. I wouldn't go back for anything. The frozen marinara or margherita pizza from ITALPIZZA is far superior and costs less than €3. If I go to a place and spend €20, I have to get something better, otherwise I'll stay home and make it myself. Update on the owner's response. My "career" is a firsthand experience, having tested award-winning pizzas in Tuscany for years, such as APOGEO in Pietrasanta, Lo Spela in Greve in Chianti, SUD in Florence, Battil'oro in Seravezza, etc. Pizzerias among the 50 best in Italy. The crust of their pizzas wasn't as firm as a tarallo from Puglia, but soft and airy. Your pizza is among the worst I've ever eaten. I repeat, the frozen pizza from ITALPIZZA is far better and costs less than 3 euros.

06/06/2026: I've been there several times, most recently last Wednesday. What can I say? Both the interior and the garden are intimate and welcoming, the staff friendly, and the dishes are meticulously prepared. You immediately notice the high quality of the ingredients, which isn't a given in a restaurant with a moderate price range for the cuisine it offers.
