Scallops with Spicy Mango and Sour Cream Ice Cream: This dish is truly amazing! The flavors blend perfectly, refreshing and sweet. Slow-cooked beef tongue with wild berries, Ndua sausage, and parsley aioli. The beef tongue was incredibly tender, and the sauce was rich and layered; definitely worth ordering. Spicy Scallops with Asparagus Cream and White Garlic. Baby squid and clams with asparagus cream and white garlic; overall okay, but slightly less memorable than the previous two dishes. LAY LAY My first impression was: It looks so ugly? Will it taste good? But one bite and I was completely proven wrong! Paired with peas and bergamot sauce, it's incredibly refreshing and balanced. Beef tenderloin was very tender, and the doneness was perfect. The foie gras was a little too rich for me. Foie gras dessert was something I'd been wanting to try before I even came! 19/04/2026: We dined here on a Saturday night prior to going to see a theater play. We did not have a reservation, but we were welcomed without hesitation by the staff. The food was exquisite and the service professional and courteous. I would recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Pontremoli. Icing on the cake is the fact that the owner makes his own amaro and grappa to end your meal with a bang.

It's rare to find such friendliness and helpfulness. The location is convenient because it's very close to the highway, making it an easy stopover.

The location is elegant and welcoming, perfect for both a family dinner and a quiet evening. The service was also excellent: attentive, friendly, and never intrusive. The quality-price ratio was also very good, perfectly in line with the overall experience. A place I always enjoy returning to and recommend without hesitation.

05/05/2026: The place is enchanting: the garden is well-maintained, and there are tables and loungers available for relaxing, immersing yourself in nature, and admiring the landscape. The rooms are welcoming and spacious, and are equipped with a variety of amenities, such as a minibar, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer. The food was excellent, both for the raw ingredients used and for the chef's cooking, which allowed us to enjoy traditional dishes, always carefully crafted and paired with flavors that truly brought out the best in them. The welcome we received made us feel at home. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful location on a beautiful plateau in the mountains, excellent cuisine, impeccable service, and the owner is a wonderful person. The perfect place to truly unwind. If you love animals, bring carrots; the donkeys at the fence will surely appreciate them. We came with three dogs, and they were happy too. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
