21/07/2024: I went last night for the first time! Excellent welcome, very, very friendly! Divinely well eaten, from the fish Carbonara (with a tasty peculiarity that I'll leave you to discover at the moment) to the truly special sliced ​​tuna, to the crispy, light fried .... without forgetting the very tasty appetizers! 24/08/2024: Fantastic experience, Henri with a more than capital H was a true host, his kindness and experience made us spend a wonderful evening with refined dishes and attentive service, he recommended both the courses and the wines (champagne) and they could have accompanied our dishes better. Then the final gem was a creap prepared at the moment personally by him. His kindness and the goodness of the dishes will certainly make me return to his home (as I call it) because he has a visceral passion for his Work

03/07/2024: Sono stata in questo locale con la mia famiglia. La cordialità e la gentilezza sono il loro punto forte. Mi è piaciuta molto la spiegazione dei piatti scelti e la poca attesa del servizio. Sicuramente da ritornare quando il bimbo sarà più grande così potrà apprezzare al meglio ogni pietanza.

28/06/2024: Proprietari fantastici, cucina buonissima e genuina, con prodotti a metro zero di qualità. Antipasto con verdure dell'orto di cui abbiamo dovuto chiedere la ricetta per quanto erano buone. Primo e secondo ottimi! Prezzo onestissimo, avremmo anche pagato il doppio. Ma quello che fa la differenza è l'accoglienza e la gentilezza dei proprietari. Torneremo sicuramente!

27/08/2024: Osteria Miranda's cuisine is delicious, as they like to define it, which aims to enhance Italian and obviously Tuscan ingredients and flavours. Ingredients offered in surprising combinations and consistencies! This in a carefully studied, elegant location, where the modern connects with the past: the link with the old tavern is strong in the many beautiful plaques on the walls. You can find the list of what we took in the comments on this reel! The bill was around €50 each excluding wine. Thanks also to Mattia who followed us with great professionalism and kindness on this splendid evening. What else can I say, theirs is a "cuisine that restores", which not only delights the palate, but offers a sense of profound satisfaction with every bite. Compliments!

27/08/2024: First time in this restaurant, very good food. Correct service but nothing special. They don't have high chairs for children and I found this a bit strange considering how many tourists there are. We also had a problem with the dessert.. It can happen.. The structure resolved it professionally.... All in all a good place.... I recommend it

21/08/2024: Niente da dire sulla cucina che ci è piaciuta molto: tutto ottimo. Invece abbiamo trovato davvero fastidioso il maitre per due aspetti: molto insistente nel farci prendere un antipasto che non volevamo (vi tocca poi aspettare 30 minuti e che fate mi mangiate il pane?) e poi aleggiava sul tavolo costantemente. Ci siamo sentiti osservati per tutta la cena. Anche sul vino che avevo scelto ha avuto da ridire: e ha cercato di farmi scegliere una bottiglia che costava almeno il doppio. Insomma cucina ottima, servizio un po’ meno.

Without a doubt, it was the highlight of our culinary journey. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and genuine smiles. Walter, the waiter and husband of the chef, went above and beyond to make us feel at home, ensuring that every detail of our meal was perfect. His attentiveness and deep knowledge of the menu added an extra layer of excellence to our dining experience, offering insightful recommendations that truly elevated our meal. The food was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was a masterpiece, crafted with the finest ingredients and brimming with authentic Italian flavors. We savored the Pici pasta with white meat sauce and Pecorino cheese fondue, as well as the Grilled Tenderloin in Green Pepper Cream—both cooked to perfection, with rich and flavorful sauces that left a lasting impression. Although we arrived last minute and missed out on dessert, this meal was easily the best we had in Florence. 16/08/2024: Love this place. The owner is Rockstar. It's refreshing to go to a place where you are not going to be ripped off. The food, atmosphere and people watching was so much fun. Without doubt, this was one of my favourite places in Italy. Will be back!

31/07/2024: This small but super welcoming restaurant is a guarantee. We're a bit at home now. Always excellent dishes. If you want to eat traditional Tuscan dishes cooked like at home, I recommend everyone to stop by here!

06/08/2024: Tappa fissa a Montepulciano e proviamo questo grazioso ristorante situato in centro ma al tempo stesso fuori dal caos. Ci accomodiamo nel piccolo terrazzino prospicente al locale vista la temperatura gradevole (ma gli interni sono veramente molto suggestivi, praticamente una vecchia cantina affascinante). Tagliolini al tartufo da favola e fiorentina porzionata davanti a noi direttamente dal titolare. Qualità alta e cottura perfetta. Il tutto innaffiato con ottimo Nobile riserva. Peccato i dolci fatti da loro ma non all'altezza del resto (il 5° pallino manca solo per questo). Comunque esperienza molto positiva. Provatelo.
