15/06/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance upon arrival in Pistoia. The owner presented us with the set menu and invited us in. We wanted a snack and devoured an excellent Florentine steak... and then we toured the city. N.B.: vegetarians are welcome!

09/06/2026: At the invitation of the owners of our rental home, we ended up at this non-touristy restaurant. And it turned out to be the best experience of our holiday! My girlfriend and I were the only ones in the place who didn't speak Italian, but we were well assisted by the staff and our party. On their recommendation, we first ordered the trio of tartare and the carpaccio with local mushrooms; unbelievably delicious. Then a fantastic, perfectly grilled gigantic steak. We ate a lot of steak in the area, but this one was truly one of the highlights. To finish, the house dessert: vanilla ice cream, olive oil, pepper, and liqueur... wow, I have never had such a special yet simple dessert; unbelievably delicious!!! Highly recommended! The very friendly chef also came to the table personally a few times to ask in English if everything was alright. It was more than alright; this is a hidden gem in the forests of Montecatini. We will definitely be back someday.

09/06/2026: We had a delicious meal! Porcini mushrooms as a starter and the Fiorentina as the main course. And then everything was paired with lovely wines: a Vermentino to start and a Chianti with the main course. The dessert was partly prepared at the table. Finally, a delicious amaro!

14/06/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance and went twice. The cuisine is local and typical of Tuscany. The service was impeccable, and the waitress had excellent recommendations. We ate and drank very well (we recommend the homemade spritz).

03/11/2025: An excellent restaurant in the heart of Pistoia, almost on Piazza della Sala, with a very original and tasteful decor. This is our menu: tortelli filled with Prato mortadella with a parmesan cream, chopped pistachios, and drops of basil reduction, artisanally marinated beef carpaccio with crunchy seasonal vegetables, and dessert.

04/05/2026: What a find! The Planet is easily one of the best deals in Montecatini Terme. We stopped by for dinner the other day and were so impressed by the quality. Now black for a glass of wine and to write this review. The food was wonderful, but the service was the real highlight—such genuinely nice, welcoming people. If you’re looking for great value and a friendly atmosphere, don't pass this place up!

His presentation skills were very good and interesting. The land he and Georgia have is just beautiful and the food was amazing. 07/06/2026: We went to Trattoria da Gina during the Tarot Festival because my partner is a regular at this venue. The food was delicious, and the staff was attentive to our needs. I highly recommend it and plan to return soon!

01/06/2026: We discovered this typical Tuscan trattoria, and it was a wonderful surprise. The place is very charming, welcoming, and has an authentic atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start. We started with "Gina's Tagliere" for two: generous and truly excellent, the perfect introduction to traditional flavors. Next up were flavorful pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, and simply delicious pici with wild boar ragù. For a drink, I asked for a Coke, and they offered me a homemade Tuscan cola: a truly pleasant discovery, very tasty and unique. What can I say? Excellent food, a genuine atmosphere, and more than fair prices. Highly recommended.

17/06/2026: A bistro in the heart of Pistoia. Refined and truly inclusive cuisine: almost every dish has a high-quality gluten-free option, including bread, pasta, and pizza. We had a wonderful time outside on a warm evening! We tried a selection of beautifully crafted and plated appetizers: salmon tartare with gazpacho, fresh and delicious; a superb platter with crispy focaccia; and crispy eggplant, ditto. The egg on a waffle was remarkable. The entrecote was excellent, as were the first courses. A special mention must be made: Veronica, the server, was efficient, quick, and incredibly friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

17/06/2026: Although we've always eaten excellently here, the last time was a rather negative experience. An hour's wait; the ragù tasted like ready-made sauce; and some of the pizzas were burned. Nothing like the level of cuisine we're used to. We hope it was an isolated incident.

02/05/2026: High-quality, traditional Tuscan cuisine at prices comparable to other restaurants. You can also dine al fresco, overlooking the Cutigliano valley. Attentive and friendly service. A special consideration for motorcyclists. Go with confidence and take the opportunity to visit Cutigliano and its charming town center.

This isn't just a sandwich shop; you'll find wonderful, unique and delicious appetizers, complete dishes, unique desserts, and incredibly delicious pinsas. I wanted to try everything. 14/12/2025: We stopped at the "Grazie Rosa" sandwich shop after a tough match: we couldn't have chosen a better way to eat! Incredible sandwiches and a wide selection of gluten-free beers (with an exclusive Christmas version); the lager was also very good. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming: when we return to Prato, we'll definitely know where to go for lunch! ♥️♥️♥️
