15/06/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance upon arrival in Pistoia. The owner presented us with the set menu and invited us in. We wanted a snack and devoured an excellent Florentine steak... and then we toured the city. N.B.: vegetarians are welcome!

12/07/2026: Found it last night by chance because if you don't know it, it's a little off the main roads in the Renaggio area near Montecatini Terme. Excellent cuisine and food, like the owner who welcomes customers in an exceptional way. The staff live up to the family-run yet elegant place. I highly recommend it. Thanks for the lovely dinner!

03/11/2025: An excellent restaurant in the heart of Pistoia, almost on Piazza della Sala, with a very original and tasteful decor.
This is our menu: tortelli filled with Prato mortadella with a parmesan cream, chopped pistachios, and drops of basil reduction, artisanally marinated beef carpaccio with crunchy seasonal vegetables, and dessert.

13/07/2026: A very nice place in the center. We had tagliolini with truffle, and they were delicious, truly excellent. The mixed fried fish was delicious, well-cooked, and not at all heavy (perhaps a little on the small side), as were the raw vegetables. Overall, everything was positive and, above all, good. The service was courteous, fast, and very helpful.

20/07/2026: The atmosphere is truly homey, rustic, no-frills, and focused on the essence. We ate wonderfully; if I may, and sorry, Mom, the best baked potatoes I've ever tasted. I recommend the pici with cacio e pepe as a first course, but be careful, if you have a small stomach, that will suffice and you won't be able to enjoy a great tagliata!
30/06/2026: The best food we had during our Tuscany holiday. The service was also very friendly and attentive. Everything here felt very authentically Italian.

The food was delicious, and the staff was attentive to our needs.
I highly recommend it and plan to return soon!
01/06/2026: We discovered this typical Tuscan trattoria, and it was a wonderful surprise. The place is very charming, welcoming, and has an authentic atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start. We started with "Gina's Tagliere" for two: generous and truly excellent, the perfect introduction to traditional flavors. Next up were flavorful pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, and simply delicious pici with wild boar ragù. For a drink, I asked for a Coke, and they offered me a homemade Tuscan cola: a truly pleasant discovery, very tasty and unique.
What can I say? Excellent food, a genuine atmosphere, and more than fair prices. Highly recommended.

Every dish is divine, the meat cooked to perfection, the hamburgers huge and grilled to perfection—oh, everything is just perfect.
The service is incredibly fast and so great.
It feels like coming home now.

A shout out to our waiter as he like other reviews suggested was fantastic.
04/05/2026: What a find! The Planet is easily one of the best deals in Montecatini Terme. We stopped by for dinner the other day and were so impressed by the quality. Now black for a glass of wine and to write this review. The food was wonderful, but the service was the real highlight—such genuinely nice, welcoming people. If you’re looking for great value and a friendly atmosphere, don't pass this place up!

This isn't just a sandwich shop; you'll find wonderful, unique and delicious appetizers, complete dishes, unique desserts, and incredibly delicious pinsas. I wanted to try everything. Everything is gluten-free and lactose-free, and there are tons of vegan and vegetarian options. Heaven! 😍 Thanks to Rosa, her daughter, and all the staff. See you soon!
14/12/2025: We stopped at the "Grazie Rosa" sandwich shop after a tough match: we couldn't have chosen a better way to eat! Incredible sandwiches and a wide selection of gluten-free beers (with an exclusive Christmas version); the lager was also very good. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming: when we return to Prato, we'll definitely know where to go for lunch! ♥️♥️♥️
