We were there on the evening of May 1st. After a long time, I ate some delicious meat. I want to compliment all the staff for their kindness, service, and cuisine. Unfortunately, I can't give more than 5 stars, but you deserve 1,000,000. SEE YOU SOON, WE'LL BE BACK. BEST REGARDS FROM CARRARA.

We visited this restaurant for a Sunday family lunch. I'd like to emphasize right away that the quality of the meat was good and the service was impeccable: the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and very attentive to the customer.
However, I'd like to comment on the transparency of the final price. We were attracted by the €18 lunch offer (mixed grill and side dishes), but the final bill was decidedly disproportionate to our expectations. For two adults and a child, we spent €90, a high amount due mainly to the cost of extras:
Wine: There's no house wine available by the glass. You're therefore forced to choose from the bottle menu, where the cheapest option starts at €25.
The €2.50 cover charge, €3 for water, and €2.50 for coffee are prices that, when added together, add up to a significant impact on the total.
In short: the ingredients and hospitality are top-notch, but I find it excessive that the cost of drinks and service exceeds the advertised meal price.

We visited Bisteccamore and had a truly wonderful time.
The quality of the meat is its real highlight: excellent steak, tender, and cooked to perfection. You can taste the attention paid to the choice of ingredients. The side dishes and desserts were also top-notch, with a truly excellent tiramisu.
The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, perfect for both a quiet dinner and a special occasion. The service is friendly and helpful.
The prices are in line with the quality offered.
Definitely a place to return to!

With friends, we took advantage of the Tuesday evening special with a platter and double sliced steak. Everything was excellent; the appetizer could have been a little more generous, but that's to be expected; the meat was excellent. Although there were few, and one was missing, the desserts were good. The wine list needs revising due to some undisclosed omissions. Overall, great!

Today, for the first time, a wonderful experience. We booked for the Easter menu. Excellent quality products, super friendly staff, attentive to requests and service; the highlight was the ghiotta potatoes! Everyone loved them, truly delicious! But honestly, choosing a favorite from everything we ate was very difficult. I repeat, everything was excellent!
The only flaw, if we really wanted to find one, is that the menu offered a choice between 0 km Scottona and Iberian Beef for the steak, but we weren't asked which we would prefer. Considering the display, it would have been nice to have shared the lack of a choice or a reason for serving the scottona regardless. But that's okay, we plan on returning in the future. A truly excellent place, as well as beautiful!

We went for dinner on a Tuesday, when they offer a platter + sliced steak with side dishes. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The menu is excellent, and the meat was cooked just right (as requested). The trio of panna cottas for dessert is highly recommended.

We spent a weekend in those areas, so a "Fiorentina" is a must!!!
Bisteccamore is the epitome of Florentine steaks and rib-eye steaks, with a warm welcome and service that's second to none!
Enchanting, almost fairytale-like location!
Price commensurate with the quality of Bisteccamore 👍
