A cornerstone of the Cavallino and surrounding gastronomy scene. I didn't know it, but an uncle who's a regular customer took us there. The place is very beautiful inside, a little crowded with furnishings, but very much in keeping with the food offerings. Lots of tradition, but not the kind sold to tourists as tradition, the true Salento tradition. I obviously had the ncannulati with strong ricotta cheese, a truly powerful aroma, but pleasant on the palate. Don't be put off, I recommend trying it. Everything else was top-notch, from the appetizers to the service. If you're near Lecce, this is a must-try.

Highly recommended. We celebrated my nephew's first confession last night, and besides being a very well-kept place, it's also very welcoming. The dishes are excellent and plentiful, from the typical Salento appetizers to the main courses and pizzas. Excellent service. We'll definitely be back. ☺️👍🏻 Thanks to the staff!

13/06/2026: A very simple but charming restaurant with wooden tables outside overlooking the town square and gardens. Very attentive service from the very young, friendly waiters and waitresses in black suits, who are very attentive and cheerful. A varied menu featuring both fish and meat. Very good fried food and Pittule Salentine. Good prices.
