04/03/2026: A heavenly experience that starts with the location and ends with dessert. Every time I eat at Vinaigrette, I'm never disappointed. The only concern is to book well in advance! Especially to secure a table on their splendid terrace overlooking the sea. The appetizer was rich and tasty, distinctive, unparalleled in the area. The portions were generous and truly delicious; the first and second courses, even just reading them on the menu, were irresistible. Excellent wine selection, excellent service! Dogs welcome!

21/12/2025: We had our daughter's baptism at this location, and being from Naples, I wasn't familiar with it. We immediately clicked with the owner regarding the date and the execution of the day. I can say without hesitation that it completely exceeded our expectations; everything was as described, and I tasted a combination of flavors that will never go away. The staff was always attentive, smiling, and youthful, and the atmosphere was enchanting. I certainly won't be returning for any event in Galatina. My sincere compliments. Chapeau!!!

From the very beginning, we were captivated by the beauty of the venue, a warm and intimate space that allowed us to fully share the celebration with our closest family and friends. Furthermore, the atmosphere and Christmas decorations made it even more beautiful and elegant. The dishes served were truly excellent; everything was incredibly fresh and the flavors were particularly refined. The service was equally precise, punctual, and attentive to every need. A special thanks goes to Francesca and Filippo, two fantastic people who immediately understood our needs and were always ready and available to support our decisions and provide clarification where necessary. Based on our experience, we can only recommend this fantastic venue to anyone who wishes to try it. And thank you again for everything.

14/02/2026: I visited this restaurant on Valentine's Day, my first time there with my partner, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. As soon as you enter, you immediately sense the care and attention dedicated to the restaurant: the setting is elegant, well-designed, and every detail appears meticulously considered, contributing to a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The quality of the food was truly excellent. The raw seafood was incredibly fresh and prepared with great care. The first courses were plentiful and very tasty, satisfying in both quality and quantity. Even the homemade bread was truly delicious and much appreciated; it was also carefully brought back whenever the waiter noticed it was running low, a detail that demonstrates the care they give to their customers. The desserts, strictly homemade, were also exquisite and rounded off the dinner perfectly. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience, and we will definitely be back. The only small negative is the proximity of the tables, which at times slightly reduces privacy.

29/11/2025: First experience. Truly VERY POSITIVE! It's a shame they can only give it 5 stars... actually, it deserves 10! Beautiful location, beautifully maintained outdoor spaces, well-structured and welcoming interior, exquisite house appetizer (mozzarella knots, peperonata, seafood salad, mixed fried foods, battered vegetables, parmigiana, and excellent sliced ​​bread). Orecchiette with mushrooms and seafood scialatielli were truly rich in flavor (and seasoning!). Excellent mixed roast. Tarts with a warm chocolate center, truffle, and lemon ice cream: EXCELLENT! 🤤 The staff was truly sooooo kind and knowledgeable. Kudos to the chef, who truly delighted us with his dishes, rich in flavor and taste! 😋 This will be one of the places I will absolutely recommend to all my customers 🙂 Aromas and flavors 💯

05/11/2025: It's closed, but open for a cup of coffee between work shifts. So the service is excellent. It was also a chilly day, closing the season. So I didn't really get a good impression. But I think it looks fantastic when it's busy and summery. The surrounding area is nice. So the review isn't high, but I'm guessing it's normally much better.

03/09/2025: Very kind and helpful staff. We had a hard time finding the entrance, but just call and they'll direct you (from the dirt road, continue straight, turn right, and you're there; then walk to the beach walkway, marked with lights and torches). Excellent seafood, right on the waterfront. A welcoming, elegant atmosphere that makes you feel at home.

19/01/2026: Perfect location: in the middle of the woods There's a pool with a bar, very quiet and clean Service and breakfast were all perfect The only problem was the room; it was too hot inside; neither air conditioning nor a fan helped. As an idea, you could put curtains in front of the rooms to protect them from the sun.

18/01/2026: Unfortunately, the evening of December 31, 2025, didn't live up to expectations. Due to the intense cold, we dined with the Jersey family, but the organization and service proved inadequate, especially considering the importance of the date. I asked to be moved, as I was staying with a family member over 80, and I myself had a fever. Despite my request, no one came to speak to us or provide an explanation, while other people who had requested later were instead relocated. Unfortunately, the quality of the food also contributed to the disappointment: the dishes were not good, and the products used appeared to be of very low quality, far from the standards expected in this area. The overall disappointment was considerable. It's difficult to understand how, in the heart of Salento, a region renowned for its gastronomic excellence and hospitality, the experience could be so poorly curated. The final impression was one of marked indifference toward the customer, which ruined what should have been a special evening. It's an experience I'd be unlikely to repeat or recommend.

The owners Claudio and Danilo are top-notch, and the staff is very professional and helpful. Don't wait... try it and believe it!

04/01/2026: We had a very good lunch: paccheri with lobster, fried fish, mixed fried fish, and linguine with squid ink. I recommend booking and getting a table in the corner, so you have a beautiful view of the sea. 🌊 The staff was very friendly and happy, even though the place was full. In the summer, with the veranda open, I imagine it would be spectacular (we were there in January). Compliments to all the staff. 👍

31/12/2025: We arrived at this restaurant after a fantastic winter hike in the "palude de capitane," attracted by its strategic location directly on the beach. The location is indeed beautiful, and the dining room is completely glassed-in, offering a pleasant and relaxing view. The staff is friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to expectations, perhaps because it's out of season. The shrimp rice was overcooked, and the octopus alla piñata seemed reheated. Wine by the glass wasn't available, but that, too, may be because it's out of season. The price was reasonable. Perhaps we could try again in a more favorable season...
