30/10/2024: Questo posto mi ha lasciato semplicemente senza parole, qualità dei prodotti eccellente, una grandissima varietà di piatti nel menù a partire dagli antipasti deliziosi per arrivare al primo ovvero paccheri all’ astice che si può definire sublime. Il miglior ristorante dove abbia mai mangiato e non vedo l’ora di ritornarci. I miei complimenti vanno anche allo staff super gentile e preparato e allo chef Alberto che ci ha regalato un tripudio di sapori, altra nota positiva alla particolare attenzione al gluten free!

12/10/2024: Very scenic restaurant, especially the outdoor room and in summer it is truly fantastic. We came to this restaurant attracted by the positive reviews, especially from locals. We ate well, but we expected something more. There are very few mixed raw seafood options and perhaps this is where we expected more: average flavor, not exceptional. The frying on the other hand was really delicious, masterfully fried!

01/01/2025: Fantastic casual pizza spot with amazing views in the heart of Santa Caterina. Make a reservation as it is a very popular spot! Pizza is fantastic, but didn’t love the parmigiana di melanzane. Casual and affordable! Perfect spot for a beach day that drags into dinner.

25/01/2025: La location è molto modesta, ma la gestione familiare e la cucina casereccia rivalutano le apparenze. Non è previsto il servizio al tavolo, ma le persone che operano dietro al bancone sfoderano sorrisi a più non posso, che ben fanno capire l'atmosfera di familiarità che regna in questo locale. La cucina è ottima e non da meno le pizze. Molto modesto anche il conto. Suggerita calorosamente la prenotazione in tempi adeguati per non rischiare di arrivare al Red Moon e non trovare posto.

08/02/2025: Francamente mi aspettavo di più ed anche molto di più.....locale interno carino e ricercato... personale preparato ed a modo. Lista vini presente ma non completa. Piatti troppo scontati e senza sapori predominanti, praticamente abbastanza anonimi, con prederenza alla forma e non alla sostanza. Imbarazzante la frittura mista di mare. Particolarmente gli antipasti assai anonimo. Scelta minima nel menu, ed assenza quasi totale di piatti di terra. Insomma da non tornare. A scordavo prezzi alti, abbastanza alti e non giustificati.

12/04/2025: The experience began with an unsolicited plate of chips brought to the table, a gesture that not everyone might appreciate. The service, although kind, was a bit intrusive: the waiter asked us three times in five minutes if we had decided, giving us the impression of being under pressure. Furthermore, during the meal, a colleague tried to remove the plate of fried food while there were still two calamari, an attention that we would have preferred to avoid. That said, the food was the highlight of the lunch. The fried food was excellent: crispy, fresh and well presented, really excellent quality. The other dishes we tried were also tasty and well cooked, confirming a good level of cuisine. It was a shame, however, for the quality-price ratio, which did not seem entirely balanced, especially in light of the expectations created by the online menu. The atmosphere of the place was pleasant, but the overall experience was penalized by these small oversights. I recommend updating the site with the current menu and leaving a little more space for customers during the service. I might go back for the food, but I'm hoping for a smoother experience next time.

30/03/2025: It was truly a wonderful discovery. Delicious dishes and really well presented. Beautiful location. In line with the name. No useless scenography or super chic atmosphere. You can really breathe the air of a seaport. Wide selection of wines and bubbles. Prices appropriate to the level.

30/03/2025: FANTASTIC experience. The food was fabulous. I went to the Cantiere with my parents and some friends and as soon as we tasted the food we didn't want to go from there🤣 The service is excellent, friendly and nice staff and an excellent and very clean environment. I recommend you go there!

29/03/2025: Pleasant food, kind staff, especially the waitress of Lucanian origins whose name I don't remember: friendly, attentive and professional! The only flaw: the terrace, although covered, was a little too cold.

13/10/2024: Excellent restaurant, with a balanced and simple menu but of a unique delicacy, and excellent quality products used............ the cleanliness is unique, and the kindness of the owners rare to find in these times make it a place where time stops to enjoy a day with the family or your own ceremonies. I can't wait to return

23/02/2025: Giovanni, il cuoco, riesce a trasformare semplici alimenti in opere d’arte. Sautè di cozze strepitoso come pure le “pittule” servite caldissime croccanti con un cuore soffice. Ottimi i maccheroncini di orzo con il granchio e i maltagliati ai frutti di mare. Un “capolavoro” la frittura di calamari e gamberi; asciutta, croccante al punto giusto, digeribilissima. Bravissimissimo Maurizio nel servire in sala; sempre pronto a consigliarti il meglio; quel cameriere che tra uno slalom e l’altro tra i tavoli, è sempre pronto ad ascoltare il cliente e accontentare ogni sua richiesta. Bravissimi tutti. Ci ritornerò e lo consiglio.

17/01/2025: Se volete mangiare bene, cioè roba buona, ben cucinata, ben servita, e vi trovate in Salento andate a La Voce del Mare. Pittule migliori di quelle che si facevano in casa, pesce fresco, soute di cozze indimenticabile, ogni piatto elegante e in dose ... nutriente, non "esperienzale". Di buonissima qualità anche il vino non imbottigliato. Costo ottimo se rapportato alla qualità.

04/01/2025: Cenone di capodanno. Primo pessimo, secondo senza alcun sapore. Antipasto sufficiente. Animazione inesistente. Spumante servito dopo mezzanotte.

09/02/2025: Locale carino, non molto ampio ma accogliente. Ho provato il classico antipasto con frittini, polpette ecc, nella media. Poi una grigliata mista sempre nella media, dunque medio in tutto.
