06/04/2026: Rustic and welcoming atmosphere. Good service. The first courses (sagne with farmer's torte, casarecce, and cavatelli with mussels and potatoes) were excellent and plentiful. The mixed fried fish was light and not greasy. The lamb rolls were a bit bland in flavor. The desserts (warm apple puff pastry and dark chocolate and rum spumoncino) were excellent.

10/05/2026: A dinner of excellent raw fish as an appetizer and a seafood pacchero where the seafood was the star... The fried cod was also excellent and the gratin mussels are absolutely worth trying, mmmmmmh!!

10/03/2026: Incredible prices, delicious food, perfect hospitality, and touching kindness. An impromptu business lunch booked 30 minutes in advance. We had a wonderful time; the traditional cuisine was truly delicious and the prices were VERY competitive. The owner, a delightful and cheerful person, introduced us to the phenomenal pasticciotto cake. If you have the chance, trust me, have lunch here; you won't regret it.

07/01/2026: Discovered through word of mouth from friends, it's a delicious restaurant! We had the set menu for €35, which included cover charge, drinks, and dessert, and I must say it's a fair price considering the generous portions and the number of dishes (four main courses per person, a mix of meat and fish, served in generously sized central plates). The staff was so kind that they immediately provided takeout containers for us to take home the leftovers. I was truly satisfied with the flavor of the dishes and the warm and welcoming dining room with its star-shaped vaulted ceilings. I would gladly return!

04/01/2026: We went here to celebrate a birthday on New Year's Eve. The service was excellent, the staff were kind and helpful, especially the waiter, who was at our service all evening. The food was delicious and, above all, plentiful, and when it came time to get the bill, the cost was truly minimal, considering how much we consumed. The place was also very beautiful and welcoming, we will definitely be back.

13/05/2026: We were on holiday, the hotel and the staff were extraordinary good. They have own parking place front of the hotel. The breakfast is great. The castle and the port are near, and the centrum and beaches aren't far. We would come back if we could.

28/12/2025: I went there for the first time yesterday, wandering in by chance to get a ginseng, and was very impressed by the beautiful decor and attention to detail. It feels like a tattoo parlor. A really nice place; having been there in the early afternoon, I noticed a window display, but it was empty, so I don't know if it fills up with delis in the evening and croissants in the morning. It definitely works well as a cocktail bar in the evening, given the large and varied selection of spirits behind the bar, which is also beautifully decorated and offers good-quality products. Outside, there's a very comfortable and reasonably large covered gazebo. If I ever pass by again, I'll definitely return.

25/04/2026: I came in this morning for the first time, the smell could be smelled from afar, I bought the chicken and what can I say? Juicy and cooked to perfection, plus the staff is super friendly, I recommend it!

14/04/2026: Don't call it a butcher shop... It's heaven! Even the most demanding palates will be satisfied. This place is a butcher shop with a capital "M"! The counter is more than well-stocked and offers a variety of meats and cuts of the highest quality. Having been a resident of Salento for a few years now, it has become our go-to place for friendliness and quality ingredients. Last time we chose to dine there, a rustic, clean, and tidy environment. We were blown away by the deliciousness of the grilled meat, tender and succulent. Even simple side dishes like peperonata and turnips left us speechless with their flavor. Everything was truly impeccably cooked! If you're in the area (or even if you're not...), definitely try it. Bravo Rocco and all the staff, chapeau! You can tell when people put passion and dedication into their daily work. Until next time, see you soon!

03/01/2026: A beautiful evening, good food, nice people, knowledgeable staff! Danilo's welcome was excellent, he got us settled in no time, accommodating our every request! The girls at the table were kind and... patient!

03/01/2026: I have to say that some of the sandwiches have a highly questionable taste. We had one that was on fire, and I'd describe it as inedible due to its taste, but that probably depends on the sandwich. As for the service, it was really friendly; the waitress at my table in particular, Soraya, was truly kind, polite, professional, and very helpful. I'll try it again, perhaps with different sandwiches, but this place is truly overrated.
