I would say the service was impromptu and unprofessional, the waiters could also avoid being seen while smoking. for the price paid, more attention should be paid to these details

26/03/2025: Siamo stati a cena, in questo ristorante, facente parte di un hotel. Ambiente carino ma non curatissimo nei dettagli. Menù carne pesce piuttosto scarno. Servizio approssimativo. La cosa più sgradevole, avere accanto un tavolo di chiassosi amici del gestore che gridavano e usavano il telefonino per ascoltare video a tutto volume. Nessun cameriere che si è degnato di chieder di abbassare i toni, come sarebbe auspicabile in un locale che si fregia del nome michelin. Cantina scarsa Conto assolutamente fuori luogo per la qualità ed i servizi offerti.

20/03/2025: Excellent food, quality raw materials, I even spent a nice New Year's Eve there. Perhaps the only thing I would add is a couple more first courses on the fish-based menu, they were few. But I would still go back because I always ate well.

23/03/2025: Passando mi aveva sempre incuriosito. Antipasto con prodotti davvero ottimi (sono anche pescheria).Crudi mi sono piaciuti tantissimo così come il primo coi ricci.Molto interessante la carta vini con vini locali e qualcosina di fuori.Ho bevuto una ribolla gialla top.

I booked a table five days ago for Sunday lunch, but today, having arrived on time, I was told that due to their mistake the restaurant was full and there was no place for me and my family. Zero proposed solutions, zero real apologies, just an embarrassing “we made a mistake”. Such superficial management of reservations is unacceptable, especially on Sundays, when finding another restaurant at the last minute is practically impossible. If this is respect for customers, I will never set foot there again and I advise anyone against doing so!
