The waiters really understand what you want and help you for it. Fish options are amazing. A must stop point in Gallipoli. Will be back. Special thanks to our waiter on his suggestion of purple shrimps. Loved them.

Had a great meal on the rooftop terrace with a view of Gallipoli.

We had lunch at this restaurant for the first time, on the terrace overlooking the sea. We were a group of 15, and we were all satisfied with the service and the quality of the dishes, which were very good and anything but predictable. I managed to take a photo of the first course; the appetizers were quickly sold out. We had both cooked and raw fish, and everything was exceptional. We'll gladly return and highly recommend it.

We were recommended by a local friend...dishes made with excellent ingredients, unique recipes with attention to detail...with a perfect balance of flavors! We had a wonderful time!

I had dinner on Friday the 27th with my parents and we were truly thrilled with the experience. We tasted several dishes, all of the highest quality, starting with the raw fish appetizers, which were incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. Among the various options, we were particularly impressed by a first course suggested by the owner: a typical Gallipoli specialty, tied to the tradition of the feast of Our Lady of Sorrows. A dish rich in history and flavor, prepared impeccably. The staff was very kind, attentive, and always available. The place is truly beautiful, with attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere. Centrally located in the old town of Gallipoli. Informal atmosphere. We ordered raw and hot fish appetizers. Orecchiette with seafood. Everything was excellent. It was a shame that a table of about fifteen people arrived, accompanied by unruly children, disrupting the tranquility. At the same time, the music was turned up, forcing diners to raise their voices to converse.

A heavenly experience that starts with the location and ends with dessert. Every time I eat at Vinaigrette, I'm never disappointed. The only concern is to book well in advance! Especially to secure a table on their splendid terrace overlooking the sea. The appetizer was rich and tasty, distinctive, unparalleled in the area. The portions were generous and truly delicious; the first and second courses, even just reading them on the menu, were irresistible. Excellent wine selection, excellent service! Dogs welcome!

Beautiful place, slightly Scandinavian in style, and the wall of local wines was beautiful. We started with cooked antipasto, all exquisite and delicious, and even though we arrived late, they told us we could choose whether to order anything else from the kitchen after the antipasto. We stopped at those, satisfied, but not overstuffed, just right. A beautiful place and excellent food.

You won't forget this place for the view, the courtesy, and the tastefully prepared seafood dishes. The amazing coffee and pastries offered by the owner made us feel truly pampered. Highly recommended.
