14/04/2025: Warm and welcoming environment. We were pleasantly welcomed by the very kind and friendly owner. He recommended the dishes for lunch, we were very satisfied, I hadn't eaten such good tripe and potatoes for years. Everything was good from starter to dessert. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back as soon as possible.

01/04/2025: Massimiliano is a master of the house in all respects. Present and sunny at all times. We ate on a Saturday evening and had about two kg of mixed roast. The meat was fabulous and cooked to perfection. Quick service and friendly, courteous staff. It is located almost in the center of Jersey, parking is not a problem. We will happily return for lunch too. The environment is clean and tells a lot about the city of Maglie. Nice style. It feels like being suspended in a space-time bubble.

06/02/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at Pizzeria Big Mama was extremely negative. I had booked for 10 people, but as soon as we entered, we had to wait 10 minutes without anyone welcoming us or showing us the table. Eventually, we settled ourselves at a table for 10, but the service did not improve. After we arrived, it took 10 minutes to receive the menus, plus it was half an hour before anyone decided to take our order. The waiter, unprofessional, suggested that we order some frittini to "appetize" as the pizzas would take a long time. Meanwhile, we were still without drinks. When the fritti finally arrived, after an hour, we had to remind them of our drinks: water, wine, beers and Coca-Cola. The frittini, to be honest, were disappointing: just potato croquettes and pittule with sauce that didn't taste like pizzaiola at all. After two hours of waiting, from 9pm to 11pm, the pizzas arrived, and the situation became even more tragic. Some pizzas were raw, others burnt, with acidic sauce and tasteless meats. The sausage, in particular, tasted like rubber. The only positive note was the dessert offered, which was quite good, with a mixture combined with chocolate and icing sugar. However, this isn't enough to make up for such a disappointing experience. I cannot recommend Big Mama Pizzeria. It was a frustrating and unsatisfying evening. Not recommended!

10/10/2024: Durante la nostra vacanza a Porto Cesareo abbiamo passato una bella serata in questo ristorante. Ottimo il vino e la cucina. Personale gentile e cortese. Rispetto alla media nella zona il costo era leggermente più elevato.

Also focaccias and pizzas, wood-fired bread and lots of vegetables and cheeses at the counter. Also wine and food. In short, there is everything here, good and a lot of kindness just a few minutes from Santa Cesarea Terme. It closes at 1.30pm and reopens in the afternoon until 8.30pm He saved and spoiled us on our August holidays in Vitigliano

Siamo subito stati accolti con gentilezza e attenzione all'interno di una location molto accogliente e ben curata. Il pranzo é stato eccellente, i prodotti sono freschissimi e di ottima qualità e la scelta nel menu è molto varia e interessante. Il servizio attento, gentile e accurato. Un'esperienza che consiglio a tutti. Bravi!

La caratteristica principale sono una miriade di antipasti, tutti freschi e ben presentati. Primi buoni e grigliata di carne ottima e abbondante!!! Vino della casa discreto. Menù fisso 22 ero a persona!!! Personale preparato che ti mette a tuo agio!!! Consigliato!!!
