I have been going to this restaurant since I was a child and it is one of the few that has maintained a constant and very high quality over time. Always well-prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, impeccable service and great attention to the customer. It is a guarantee every time. I highly recommend it to those looking for an authentic and high-level experience in Lecce.

17/08/2025: We had dinner on the night of Ferragosto. We were very satisfied. The staff was very kind and offered excellent recommendations. The menu changes daily, even between lunch and dinner, and although it's written in dialect, the waiters explain it calmly and word for word. We ordered the zucchini flowers, and asked for them without the anchovies because my fiancée is vegetarian. They had no problem accommodating our request as they are prepared fresh. The fava bean purée and the artisanal sagne 'ncannulate with horse meat sauce were also excellent. The desserts were sublime; we had a mandarin sorbet and a dark chocolate and orange spumone, both absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the house red wine. The staff and the owner were kind and courteous. The prices are fair. They were also extremely kind when we stopped by the next morning to pick up the city guide we'd forgotten. They showed up at the restaurant early in the morning specifically to return it to us.

01/08/2025: Excellent traditional Salento cuisine, friendly staff, and a spotlessly clean place. Perhaps one of the few places in Lecce with sparkling bathrooms. Highly recommended! Oh, and you can also listen to great music (REM, Dire Straits, etc.)!

25/08/2025: We stayed at this magical masseria three days ago for my birthday. The location is stunning, beautiful, surrounded by greenery, and meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail! The food was superb, simple but cooked to perfection. The owner, Irene, was incredibly kind and helpful, and even sweet enough to bring me a cake with a candle because she knew it was my birthday. We'll be back soon, perhaps during the day, so we can see the animals better. Thank you for everything!

25/08/2025: A very charming and beautifully decorated location; attentive, professional, and unobtrusive staff; a fixed menu with a few twists compared to other competitors; kudos to Mrs. Irene, the heart of the Masseria. The price is in line with the offerings. Worth the trip.

08/07/2025: Very nice bar, pastry shop, and ice cream parlor. There are some outdoor tables. You can find typical Lecce desserts, including the delicious Spumone! Free parking is available along the street. Very friendly staff.

15/08/2025: We chose this place because it offers numerous gluten-free dishes and many specialty flours. The overall rating is good, but unfortunately we really suffered from the heat inside the restaurant because, despite the air conditioning, which probably wasn't enough, the open door didn't help to keep the air fresh. Overall, the evening wasn't pleasant at all, and we couldn't wait to go outside and leave. The pizza is very thin, the dough is good if you like it that way. It's a shame about the tomato sauce, which seemed undercooked and a bit sour. Problem with the bill: they don't give separate bills. I wonder why in the rest of the world it works that way, but not here. What a disservice.

29/08/2025: Best home made hamburger meat to grill ever! Please try! You will not regret it! Such a nice couple owning this place. Helpful and passionate about their food. We spend 15 days near by and order mostly everyday from them to take away. Lasagna / parmigiana / chicken / salad / … and more. My wife and I with our 4 kids delighted every single meal. We order from them for 30 pax on a special event! It was a real success, every guests asked about their address to order! Wish to go back soon to enjoy more! Cheers!

The dishes are all different from one another, and each one manages to add its own unique touch to the culinary experience without destroying the taste of the previous one... The wine list reflects the house philosophy, that is, generosity and the art of selecting exceptional products for the delight of the diners. My French palate can only recommend this beautiful place where everything is thought out and managed by a brilliant chef who was able to meet us at the end of this absolutely divine meal to ask our opinion: EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS, GO FOR IT, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

19/06/2025: That was more than a pleasant surprise. The restaurant is clearly on the higher end of the price range – but it's worth every cent! The ambiance on the roof terrace with a view of the Santa Croce Basilica – wonderful. Service: top-notch! Very friendly and pleasant, attentive – and professional. And of course, the food: a wonderful menu – everything we chose was superbly prepared and presented. Each course was accompanied by a matching olive oil. The wine list also leaves nothing to be desired. The prices here – typical Italian – are very fair. All in all, a highlight of our Salento vacation. We would love to come back. Many thanks to the fantastic service team!
