Sensational! An unexpected surprise.

Entertainment my friends! A spectacle of place, a spectacle of flavours. Organic bread and pasta made on site at 0 metres, with a stone mill that does not exceed 30 degrees so as not to lose the wheat germ oil and all its properties. Pure Senatore Cappelli wheat. Very sweet donkeys and kittens, excellent broad beans with wild vegetables and wheat with mussels, superb healthy cakes... oh I forgot the potato croquettes with mint and the mature cheeses with cured meats, chilli jam and olive pâté ! Then pieces with sauce and delicious pork loin and potatoes... but the tart with apricot jam my friends... but the tart... Go if you can. Perfect hygiene!

Tipica masseria salentina molto curata nei dettagli, ristrutturata molto bene senza modificarne l'autenticità. Il menù propone piatti tipici di una volta un pó rivisitati, tutto con prodotti a km 0. Prezzo del menù 40 euro tutto compreso onestissimo. Proprietari cordiali e disponibili. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole gustare una tipica masseria salentina

I had the pleasure of dining at Masseria Nonno Tore, and I must say that it was an unforgettable gastronomic and cultural experience. One of the characteristics that struck me most was the attention to detail and the desire to preserve culinary traditions. During the meal, the staff regularly stopped by to ask if we wanted to repeat any dishes, a gesture that took us back to the times when hospitality and generosity were the protagonists. The quality of the ingredients made our meal an authentic dining experience. From organic produce to fresh pasta made from wheat milled on site, every bite was a celebration of wholesome flavours. The waitress even picked tangerines from the surrounding trees, underlining the focus on freshness and authenticity. However, although the food was exceptional, I have to express a slight disappointment regarding the wine offered during dinner. In my opinion, it did not live up to expectations and did not satisfactorily complete the otherwise perfect dining experience. In summary, the combination of good food and the relaxed atmosphere of the farm made my visit truly special. I highly recommend Masseria Nonno Tore to anyone who wants to live an authentic experience, where tradition and quality come together in a unique combination.
