26/04/2025: Amazing pizza the best I have had in Puglia and one of the best I had in Italy, very friendly owners and service I highly recommend you to try the Gourmet versions as they bring freshness to the taste of pizza! Also they can always modify the positions so it's vegetarian 🥰 One other thing worth mentioning is to order Panzerotti although not fritti they are the best!

12/05/2025: Fantástico restaurante. Gianni, el propietario te saluda al entrar. Además, es el único servidor y sumiller. Él es tan conocedor y eficiente. Uno debe empezar con uno de los carpaccios. Probamos el atún y las langostinas. Ambos eran tan frescos y sabrosos. . Para el segundoi, tres de nosotros disfrutamos del besugo servido con un puré de hinojo. Todos los cursos secondi utilizan el método sous vide. Por lo tanto, el pescado se derritió en su boca y combinado con la salsa es etéreo. Uno de nuestros invitados disfrutó de la mejilla de ternera que es tierna también. La comida se acompaña de tres panes caseros. Mi favorita era la nuez. Gianni recomendó un vino de Apulia que tenía un precio muy justo adornado nuestra comida. Este es un restaurante imprescindible cuando se come en Monopoli.

10/04/2025: I went to Vincotto on a Saturday evening with my friends and it was a truly pleasant discovery. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and has proven to be the ideal place for those who want to taste particular, quality sausages. I highly recommend the truffle mortadella: a real delight! The stuffed focaccia bread is also delicious, fragrant and rich. We also tried grandma's meatballs. A plus also goes to the waiter, who was very knowledgeable and kind, who carefully explained to us all the off-menu dishes of the day, making the experience even more interesting. We only spent 22 euros each and, considering the quality of the products and the service, the quality-price ratio is really excellent. I will definitely be back!

Non solo per il suo meraviglioso parco e i suoi giardini, o per l’armonia e l’eleganza degli spazi, ma soprattutto per le atmosfere create dallo staff sempre disponibile, cortese e pronto ad ogni necessità. Per il vostro evento fatevi affiancare dal direttore Paolo e il metre Gianni e sarete certi di avere dei grandi professionisti al vostro fianco. Il nostro matrimonio è stato perfetto in tutto, non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Lo chef ha deliziato i palati dei nostri ospiti che ci hanno riempito di complimenti. 03/06/2025: Pizza is amazing! It seems that the customers are mainly locals, friends, neighbors. Atmosphere: everyone knows each other! You will not regret eating pizza in this place, for little money.

11/05/2025: What a very special treat in Bari!! Everything was spectacular. A must for anyone looking for fine cuisine a la Puglia in Bari!

10/05/2025: The food was really good, but the service partly affected the atmosphere of the dinner. We took the menu with a wine package. The most disturbing thing was that each glass of wine came about 5 minutes after the food arrived. Also to mention: Knife and fork placed on the table the wrong way round, the waiter spilled the drink after which it was cleaned up but no one apologized or reacted by bringing a new one instead, without asking for it first. Our evening was not spoiled by the level of service, because the food and company were excellent.
