30/07/2024: We celebrated my son's graduation thanks to chef Jacopo, a top evening, impeccable service, elaborate dishes and sublime food. Excellent location also outside elegant place. Also highly recommended for celiacs. It will forever be our favorite restaurant for any event.

02/09/2024: Fantastic. An experience to absolutely live. It is impossible to establish where the fishmonger ends and the restaurant begins. Fish almost Vibo, many seafood delicacies. Delicious first courses, impeccable service, courtesy, friendliness, high quality. Low prices. Excellent cellar. Go there now. Don't forget to book.

18/03/2024: Siamo stati accolti calorosamente al nostro arrivo dalla responsabile Anita, la quale ci ha guidati per tutta la durata della nostra permanenza senza mai tralasciare alcun dettaglio. Location stupenda , sale ristorante ricavate da una vecchia stalla rimessa a nuovo e adattata all’uso. L’ambiente raccoglie una serie di oggetti antichi, vecchi attrezzi da lavoro che rendono gli interni molto affascinanti. L’esterno invece offre ampi spazi al sole e alberi secolari. Il servizio è stato sempre impeccabile , personale gentile e sempre attento. I piatti proposti, be’ che dire, non penso di poter descrivere a parole la loro bontà. Qualità delle materie prime , varietà di piatti , quantità, tutto davvero di alto livello senza mai trascurare la tradizione pugliese eccellentemente rappresentata dallo chef con le sue creazioni. Il servizio è stato veloce, ogni nostra richiesta è stata soddisfatta ( e siamo stati anche piuttosto esigenti, devo ammetterlo). Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Tutto davvero impeccabile e per questo consiglio vivamente di andarci. Un grazie speciale ad Anita che ha dimostrato una grande professionalità sotto ogni aspetto. Da viaggiatori posso dire che è una delle pochissime persone mai incontrate ad essere riuscita ad abbracciare tutte le qualità che un bravo host dovrebbe avere per poter portare avanti una struttura del genere. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Torneremo sicuramente!

07/08/2024: During our stay in Puglia I did my search for recognized restaurants in the Polignaro a Mare and Bari area. I found this Michelin recommendation from the La Bul restaurant in Bari and we were definitely delighted with the treatment of chef Antonio Scalera and his sommelier. We chose the dark and amorios tasting menus with the wine list that goes with each dish. The combination of flavors in each of the dishes was delicious. The wines , original from Puglia region, for the menu were very good . The restaurant also has an a la carte menu. We have tasted restaurants with Michelin stars in the US and Europe and this restaurant has nothing to envy them!!! It is excellent!! And the prices are very reasonable compared to prices in the US. Definitely the best food I have eaten in this area. If you are going to be in the Polignaro a Mare or Bari area, I highly recommend this culinary gem!!!
