11/10/2025: Very good restaurant discovered thanks to the reviews and the fact that we had an overnight stay in the area. The quality/price ratio is good. Price of €35 per person with a bottle of wine and 2 grapes.

12/10/2025: I had lunch with my family at this restaurant in Polignano, located just steps from the town square, on the recommendation of a local friend. As soon as I left, I called to thank him for the recommendation. The restaurant is welcoming and clean, the owner, who is also a handyman, is friendly, unpretentious, and never intrusive. Above all, the portions are generous and of the highest quality! The seafood cavatelli, in particular, prepared by the owner's mother, were spectacular! I know for sure that when we return to beautiful Polignano, we'll have no doubts, despite the fierce competition, about where to have lunch! Oh, and I almost forgot...the prices are fair, which further enhance the overall impression, which is overwhelmingly positive! Congratulations!

31/10/2025: The atmosphere was intimate and very welcoming. The table service was prompt, but cold and disinterested. Throughout the dinner, not even at checkout were we asked how it went. The child's cavatelli with tomato sauce was completely overcooked, but he ate it anyway because he was very hungry and didn't want to wait any longer. The pasta was so soft it broke on the palate. I had a first course with creamed peppers, but it was very bland (I generally eat very lightly at home). The octopus appetizer on fava bean puree was good, but the portion was really small, so you have to ask for bread baskets. I didn't like the chestnut dessert, but I should point out that personal taste may have played a big part. I had intended to report this at the cashier if asked how it went, but nothing happened. Too bad, never mind. I chose it to celebrate my birthday and had high expectations overall, but for now, I wouldn't recommend it. UPDATE: NO, the customer isn't always right. I've adjusted my "food" rating (from 1 to 2). In fact, the child's pasta was inedible (zero), the octopus was a 3, and the bland first course was a 2. A "2" rating is probably more likely. In any case, I don't think it's very elegant or polite to criticize using such terms. But reading your responses, even to other less-than-positive reviews, only presumption, sarcasm, annoyance, and arrogance emerge. You need to accept that perhaps something went wrong with some customers, instead of criticizing everything in a harsh tone as if it were unacceptable and out-of-touch reviews. I even thought about returning to change my mind, but it put me off. Good luck.

29/10/2025: Always in search for a good meal in every location I visit. PerBacco did not disappoint one bit. Located a bit off the main strip, this place still maintains a warm and cozy charm about it. The surprising highlight was the complimentary stater of olives fried in tomatoes. For appetisers, the grilled octopus is mandatory. Perfectly cooked, not chewy and the tips of the tentacles were lightly charred and crunchy. For mains, rely on the owner to recommend a seasonal dish as the menu is on rotation. For dessert, I had a seasonal dish of chestnut mousse and whipped ricotta with dark chocolate.

12/10/2025: I've been to this pizzeria many times (both before it changed ownership and under the current management) and I have to say the food is always good. Both medium and high pizzas, a fairly varied menu, and reasonable prices. Service is always prompt. Recommended.

23/10/2025: They serve delicious pizza here, especially the Neapolitan pizza. You can watch the pizza being prepared live. The prices are absolutely fair. A nice little pizzeria.

16/10/2025: In October 2025, we went to take a cooking class with Chef Paulo! A real pleasure. He was attentive, gave wonderful advice, and it was truly enjoyable to learn how to make homemade pasta and tiramisu. 14/10/2025: Absolutely amazing! I had the pasta with truffle, and it was honestly the best I’ve ever eaten — perfectly cooked, rich, and full of flavor. The aroma of fresh truffle was incredible. The restaurant itself has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff who clearly care about what they serve. A must-visit!

12/10/2025: This is probably the best bar I’ve been to in Italy. Vibe is unmatched! The drinks were awesome - Apulian Mojito is my favorite. I recommend this bar 1000%! If you get a table inside, there is this window with a beautiful view - this was our view by sunset! Totally worth it!

10/10/2025: Definitely a negative review, as expected, given what happened. I booked a table for six well in advance for this evening at 9:00 PM. When we arrived, they couldn't find the reservation. I showed them the messages they'd replied to accepting the reservation, and a waiter politely took responsibility for the mistake, promising us we'd be in after a 30-minute wait. We waited until 10:10 PM, and I let them know we'd be leaving. After so much positive publicity, and having brought friends from Bari specifically for this, unfortunately, it turned out that way. I've already tried the food and it's delicious, so I'll be more than honest in my review. It's a shame because I really wanted to give everything 5 stars!

07/11/2025: It's always packed, so you have to make a reservation. Don't miss the burrata and the tartare. Absolutely delicious. I love that they bring you the fish raw so you can choose which one to eat. The pasta is handmade and cooked al dente. And the risottos are creamy and perfectly cooked. The lamb is delicious. A bit pricey.

01/11/2025: A very intimate place where we celebrated a family event. Attention to detail, the combination of flavors and foods chosen, even in terms of color. Praise goes to the suckling pig for its flavor, tenderness, and presentation. The mini sorbet paired with the mini sporcamuss served piping hot were a real surprise. Well done!

25/10/2025: It's been a while since we've been to Caroseno. What can I say? It's even better, if that's even possible. Quality ingredients from appetizers to main courses. Everything is perfectly cooked with flair but without ever abandoning tradition. Excellent chef. Luciano and Mina at the tables exude courtesy and expertise. Excellent, in fact, very excellent.

10/11/2025: 20251110: Had a delicious breakfast. Ordered freshly squeezed orange juice and the juicy Puca Bresaola. Simply delicious.

12/11/2025: 2025.11/ very tasty focaccia bruschetta with alice, stracciatella and rucolla and spaghetti l’assassina (the way should be, a little bit burned 👌) and with additional stracciatella di buffala on top, my option.

09/11/2025: I am amazed that so many people recommend it and we were wrong and visited it today., I can't help but express my indignation. The day before yesterday I was at Pizzeria de Michele, great pizzas. La Baresana is a complete tragedy. The spaghetti was served burnt, the chicken was dry and burnt. How is this possible in such a highly praised establishment? People, don't be fooled by the rating on the Internet. Don't be disappointed like me!

04/11/2025: Excellent panzerotti made to order, sometimes with a long wait as customers patiently wait in the street for their panzerotti to be prepared. They are incredibly fresh, fried with a generous and very rich filling. All this for a very reasonable price: between €4 and €5 depending on the filling. A must-try unless you're allergic to fried food!
