This restaurant was recommended by friends. It's not well-known, but once inside, you're greeted with exceptional warmth.
The wait staff makes everyone feel at ease and is immediately available to present the dishes and recommend pairings.
We sampled the cod mousse and the sea bream ceviche, and both appetizers left us extremely satisfied. The main courses, the octopus with burrata and the sea bass with chickpeas, were also particularly delicious.
The dishes are more refined than the average in the area, and the price is completely in line with the quality and sophistication mentioned above.
Definitely a place to return to if I ever pass through Monopoli again.

If there were more stars, I would gladly give it one. It exceeded my expectations. After several attempts to book, we finally succeeded. A very intimate restaurant with very few seats, run by two excellent restaurateurs who are attentive to your every need. The dishes are very unique and prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail, worthy of such Michelin-star recognition.

A sincere, clean, and simple little place.
Lunch in the heart of Monopoli with Chef Massimo and Enzo was a wonderful experience. The cuisine was authentic and meticulously prepared. The dishes were well-proportioned in terms of ingredients and flavors.

This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. It is a very small but cute place. The cuisine was impressive with own author’s style, the dishes are certainly balanced. The waiter was polite and helpful. I should mention the service was a bit slow, but that's because the food was freshly prepared and every dish was perfectly cooked. There were three of us, it costed 180 euros with vine which was reasonable
