02/12/2025: Sunday lunch with a fixed menu. Reservation made through the Casale website, indicating a mushroom allergy, and subsequently confirmed, upon specific request received from the establishment, through their WA profile. Among the appetizers served was: "Tempura flowers, leaves, and garden fruits with crusco pepper mayonnaise." During the meal, after eating a few pieces of the tempura dish, I discovered, fortunately upon cutting, mushrooms. I asked the waiter to replace the plate and cutlery, as I had already indicated when I made the reservation. I asked for clarification regarding the possibility of cross-contamination, which obviously cannot be ruled out. Having taken the appropriate precautions to safeguard my health, I proceeded with the meal, so as not to ruin the Sunday of my companion and the other guests present. I called the waiter again to replace the plate and cutlery, as they had not yet done so, despite the initial request and the presence of the carefully cut mushroom. Halfway through lunch, a member of the wait staff approached us, as he had at the other tables, and politely asked how lunch was going. I explained what had happened and confirmed my reservation, noting my allergies. He went to the kitchen to clarify the situation. He returned to the dining room and headed to the cashier where, I presume, he checked my reservation with paperwork and his phone, but no further discussion or personal clarification followed. Lunch ended, I asked to pay the bill. The staff in charge of payment told me the total due (€50 per person as per the set menu) and asked me how lunch had gone, despite the unpleasant incident. I shrugged, paid the due amount, and left without further comment. I deliberately didn't add anything else in this review other than the location and the quality of the food... because I believe that customer service is the first rule of hospitality, and without it, everything else is meaningless. I'll just add that it's customary, in the event of a "misunderstanding" related to a poor service not attributable to the customer (and in this case, I'd say a very serious one, which, as is well known, can also lead to legal consequences), to offer the customer a discount without their request. Above all, I believe the owner should personally take responsibility for the situation, personally apologizing for the "inconvenience," considering that the owner himself, with his family, dined at the table next to ours, and from the movements observed, he undoubtedly contacted his employees about the incident. I'm the foremost promoter and supporter of activities led by young people, like yourself, Mr. Luca Pontrelli, but in this case I'm deeply disappointed. It's a shame, because we went there to explore the possibility of celebrating our little girl's first communion there. I'll leave it to the reader to imagine what the final decision was.

16/11/2025: Coming here always means eating fish, both raw and cooked, of excellent quality and flavor. The service is very fast, and as soon as we ordered, the food arrived immediately, including raw and cooked appetizers. As soon as those were finished, the main courses arrived, made with fresh ingredients that release a truly amazing flavor. All at very affordable prices. Highly recommended!

Please update your opening hours so we don't make a wasted trip, thank you 🙏 Update: The opening hours aren't updated in real time, it's true, but they are updated quickly if you request it, probably within 24 hours. It would be even faster to do this than to reply to comments :)

14/11/2025: If you're in Molfetta, this is a must-visit! I highly recommend it. They offer a variety of olive oils and breads to choose from. I really enjoyed the olive oil. The seafood salad was well-balanced, and the burrito pizza was a real treat. And every single piece of grilled seafood was delicious. The space was very clean, and it felt like a gathering place for the neighborhood elders. It felt like a local favorite! We parked on the street in front of the restaurant. If you're lucky, you might find a free spot. It was the most delicious meal of my trip to Bari.

The location is simply stunning: elegant, welcoming, and perfect for creating a magical atmosphere. The spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are meticulously designed down to the smallest detail and left all our guests speechless. Special thanks go to all the staff, who were professional, kind, and always available. They accompanied us with discretion and attention throughout the day, allowing us to experience every moment with serenity. The food was exceptional: from the appetizers to the dessert buffet, every course was an explosion of flavor. All our guests complimented us! A heartfelt thanks also to Paolo (the director) and the fantastic Mimì, who guided us step by step in the preparation of the event with passion, availability, and so much patience. We recommend this hall to anyone seeking a refined, elegant, and unforgettable wedding.

09/11/2025: For me, Villa Ciccorosella is a special place. It was love at first sight, even from the photos, and instantaneous emotion as soon as I visited in person. A 19th-century residence in a vast olive grove: as an Apulian immigrant, I immediately felt at home. Besides the beauty of the location, a special mention goes to the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff, especially Paolo, Mimì, and Marilyn. Last but not least, the delicious food. We couldn't have chosen a better location.

08/11/2025: Less than a month ago... discovered by chance during my seaside stop, in one of the magnificent alleys of the historic center, a restaurant where with courtesy and professionalism I ate above a good restaurant, steamed mussels and stuffed cuttlefish... it had been a long time since I ate at these levels and at a very acceptable price... the only flaw was that the chef did not reveal his secrets to me😅

03/10/2025: Last night, my son, Christian, and I visited this wonderful place, "MASSERIA SPINA RESTAURANT." Everything was perfect: delicious food, impeccable service, and a friendly atmosphere. Fresh tuna and cod tartare with creamed turnip greens as an appetizer (all excellent). For starters, amberjack-filled ravioli with creamed zucchini and herb breadcrumbs, and fusillone pasta with creamed roasted eggplant with caciotta cheese and pine nuts, and for the main course, a truly fresh, light, and crispy fried fish platter. All washed down with an excellent "Minutolo" (a variety of aromatic grape, grown since 1200 in Southern Italy), recommended by the knowledgeable staff. We'll definitely be back again and enjoy your fabulous, well-stocked wine cellar.

The service is warm and genuine, thanks to the wonderful gentleman who runs the place, and the atmosphere feels both unique and welcoming. The focaccia is absolutely delicious (and no, it’s not pizza! 😁), making the whole experience feel special, authentic, and pleasantly affordable. A real hidden treasure that I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a genuine local taste.

24/10/2025: An excellent place in the heart of Giovinazzo's historic center, located on a side street off Piazza Benedettine. The owner is professional, friendly, and always available to meet customers' needs, as are the entire dedicated staff. You can enjoy bottled and draft beers, appetizers, antipasti, various salads, and sandwiches, piadinas, and pucce filled with a variety of traditional cured meats and cheeses. They also offer excellent scottona burgers, either plated or in a classic sandwich. Highly recommended for the whole family!

12/10/2025: I had lunch with my family at this restaurant in Polignano, located just steps from the town square, on the recommendation of a local friend. As soon as I left, I called to thank him for the recommendation. The restaurant is welcoming and clean, the owner, who is also a handyman, is friendly, unpretentious, and never intrusive. Above all, the portions are generous and of the highest quality! The seafood cavatelli, in particular, prepared by the owner's mother, were spectacular! I know for sure that when we return to beautiful Polignano, we'll have no doubts, despite the fierce competition, about where to have lunch! Oh, and I almost forgot...the prices are fair, which further enhance the overall impression, which is overwhelmingly positive! Congratulations!
