20/01/2026: I ordered an excellent vegan pizza, loaded with seasonal vegetables and truly flavorful, which is not at all a given. The same can be said for the vegan confetti I ate at the end of the meal. The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. My compliments, truly.

18/01/2026: A gem in the historic center of Putignano. The smell of perfectly cooked tomatoes and good ingredients already lingers as soon as you enter. Welcoming staff and a beautiful location. The pizza is more than excellent: thick and tasty, thin in the center, which, with good ingredients, becomes spectacular.

07/01/2026: I've been here more than a couple of times, and each visit confirms just how special this place is. Located in Piazza Ferrarese, Matiti is a simple yet charming place, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at ease. The real star is undoubtedly the pasta, which in my opinion is among the best in all of Bari: flavorful, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients. The appetizers are also truly delicious and carefully selected, perfect for a satisfying start to a meal. The staff is friendly and professional, never intrusive, always ready to offer advice without being overbearing, and the prices are fair and proportionate to the quality of the dishes. As soon as I have the chance, I will definitely return: a place like this, where Italian tradition meets simplicity and flavor, deserves to be visited again and again. 🍝✨

03/10/2025: Last night, my son, Christian, and I visited this wonderful place, "MASSERIA SPINA RESTAURANT." Everything was perfect: delicious food, impeccable service, and a friendly atmosphere. Fresh tuna and cod tartare with creamed turnip greens as an appetizer (all excellent). For starters, amberjack-filled ravioli with creamed zucchini and herb breadcrumbs, and fusillone pasta with creamed roasted eggplant with caciotta cheese and pine nuts, and for the main course, a truly fresh, light, and crispy fried fish platter. All washed down with an excellent "Minutolo" (a variety of aromatic grape, grown since 1200 in Southern Italy), recommended by the knowledgeable staff. We'll definitely be back again and enjoy your fabulous, well-stocked wine cellar.

28/01/2026: We celebrated our wedding at Casale Pontrelli. We and our guests (a mix of Apulians, Sicilians, and French) loved everything about it: the even more beautiful masseria with its carefully designed decorations, the smooth, precise, and extremely kind service, the excellent and refined touch of chef Angela D'Errico, who sublimed our local cuisine, and the desserts and cake, truly remarkable. A sincere thank you to the trio Giancarlo, Luca, and Simona who assisted us throughout the planning, despite our distance (we live in France! Yes, it can be done!). We chose Casale Pontrelli for its authenticity, its connection to the local area (their vegetable garden is right there, just steps from the masseria!), and its professionalism at every level, perfectly complementing the celebration at the Basilica of San Nicola. On our most beautiful day, they gave us the most beautiful party.

20/01/2026: My graduation party. Casale Pontrelli had nothing but positives: from the location to the food, the staff (impeccable), and of course Luca, who was there for me from signing the contract to the end of the party. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

06/01/2026: After a couple of meat-based evenings, we returned to Vignale for Sunday lunch, and it lived up to expectations. I share my experience. They also resolved the dog issue, as I had booked but forgot to inform them of his presence. They explained that they usually check to make sure no one has allergies or "incompatibilities" with animals. Aside from the delicious ash-fried potatoes, which we had already tried in the past, we ordered caramelized onions and French fries, before focusing on the meat we had ordered from the butcher upon arrival. We shared among five people the various classic bombettes, breaded, with pistachio and speck, livers, zampina wheels, and finally a tagliata, medium rare, very tender. Meanwhile, a heifer steak on hot lava stone passed before us, destined for the next table, which we looked at with regret. I'll be back for it! Excellent value, I recommend it, it won't disappoint with its excellent, no-frills quality. We also found friendliness, but evidently it also depends on how one relates to others.

28/12/2025: We had lunch here today and couldn't have chosen better. The food was excellent. The potatoes under the ashes were simply delicious; they took us back to when our grandparents used to prepare them this way. The meat was delicious and of high quality. Thank you.

We couldn't have made a better choice: beyond the beauty and tranquility of the location, we were struck by the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who went out of their way to fulfill our every request. Our guests were impressed by the abundance and quality of the food and enjoyed a truly memorable day. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to plan an unforgettable reception. I thank all the staff, especially Dino, who, with his expertise and empathy, assisted us throughout every phase of the event organization, always making us feel welcomed like dear friends. We hope to return soon for other events in the future.
