15/03/2024: Dopo una passeggiata nelle campagne intorno la masseria, campagne ormai pronte a vestirsi dei colori della primavera, siamo andati a pranzo alla masseria Spartaglio. Buono e veloce il servizio, abbiamo scelto il menù fisso dall’antipasto all’ ammazzacaffè e non ce ne siamo pentiti. Antipasti vari e ricchi tra cui ci sono piaciuti le verdure pastellate e fritte, i salumi e i formaggi di cui in particolare la provola e un formaggio stagionato, un capocollo (credo), gli involtini di cime di rape avvolti da pancetta ( un po' oleosi ovviamente), le polpette di pane. Consigliate le orecchiette con ragù d’asino che a me personalmente sono piaciute molto insieme alle braciole che poi ci han servito ( mi sembra dentro mancassero di aglio e prezzemolo o se c’erano in quantità minima…ma ognuno ha ovviamente la propria ricetta). Buoni gli strozzapreti con funghi e salsiccia…un po' scotti. Buona la carne alla griglia…uscendo nel cortile si può assistere alla cottura e l’odore che sprigiona fa venire l’acquolina in bocca. Non si aspetta altro che mangiare la carne arrostita! E’ possibile in una bottega dentro la masseria comprare prodotti loro. Il posto per la bellezza della location, perché immerso nella natura,perché ci si affaccia dalla finestra e si vede a due passi le mucche al pascolo ,per il cibo offerto è consigliato assolutamente.

28/02/2024: I was in this reception room in the summer period last year, I must say that the location is very beautiful and characteristic, even when cutting the cake we passed by a small path where there were cherry trees and you could eat them, the staff kind, but unfortunately I found some things that left me disappointed like the aperitif in the garden among the vineyards, the appetizers pl after the arrival of 80 people out of 120 130 guests had already finished only the welcome drink remained but without appetizers afterwards having asked the waiters who told us the heat is coming, I was expecting who knows what goodness, but only the battered vegetables arrived, it seems really poor to me for a wedding, furthermore the dishes for the buffet were very small to taste everything you had to make many small plates dessert and many people had difficulty bringing it to the table, no waiter helped the elderly, in the end there was also a buffet of sweets and fruit, but the bride and groom hadn't even been served the cake because the waiters had brought in everything, because the bride and groom were to deliver the wedding favors it was in the evening, then not to mention that there was no possibility for those who don't eat raw fish to have it cooked, I was told it can't be cooked only raw it is there, so in conclusion I didn't eat it, the the food was still good and delicious, the bread at the table was scarce, very farmhouse style and not like a reception room then the mise en place at the tables was not elegant, rustic I would say, certainly characteristic but not elegant, plus it was a bit cramped at these long tables, very small internal bar service, and if I remember correctly the coffee was in pods like at home or on a farm. It's a shame because the place is large and has good car parking

30/03/2024: Optimal! What they write is all true. Traditional recipes and genuine, seasonal ingredients blend with the experience and a touch of originality of the chef-farmer. An example above all: the choice of spelled as a basic cereal is brilliant. A special thank you to all the staff.

01/04/2024: I am really sorry for having brought a large family group to this location, which I had heard good things about, as the Easter lunch was a real bluff: poor service, poor and inedible food, poor presentation of the dishes, from the appetizers to the fruit, nothing was saved, thank goodness we brought the cake. In short, it seemed like they had cooked discount products: absurd value for money, it wasn't even worth half of what we paid. What a shame!!!!!!

01/04/2024: Great place, excellent traditional starters, very good first and second courses although even more traditional. Quick and professional service. Good choice of some unconventional labels from the wine list Only note if I may. As kindly discussed with the chef/patron, I mistakenly entered two reservations and only honored the second, as I was unaware that I had another one the previous day. As per the booking policy they charged me 80 euros for the unused dinner. The restaurant tried to contact me, I was in another restaurant without telephone coverage. I apologized but it can happen. Then, if as the chef told me "on a Saturday night we had a queue outside" I am pleased that they will certainly have replaced my table and happy not to have caused any damage. Personally it will be the last time in this place, sorry because it is valid. I'm the customer who doesn't come back, not the one who complains (mostly because of my mistake). In the future I will try to avoid restaurants that adopt this type of policy.

01/04/2024: Thanks to the advice of a friend I tried this beautiful osteria in the heart of old Putignano. What can I say, top advice, everything is truly impeccable from the service to the food prepared with care and passion by the chef and the assistant chef (a splinter in the preparation of the dishes). What can you say, we will certainly return with pleasure.

30/01/2024: Il mio fidanzato Matteo mi ha parlato così bene di questo locale che ho deciso di provarlo. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta e con piacere ci ritorneremo insieme ogni volta che visiteremo Putignano. I proprietari sono brave persone: alla mano, disponibili, gentilissimi, cordiali, pronti a soddisfare le aspettative dei clienti e con tanta esperienza nel settore della ristorazione. I piatti sono stati eccezionali non solo per il palato poiché gustosi e sfiziosi, ma anche per gli occhi: bellissimo l'impiattamento. I prodotti erano freschi e di qualità, in porzioni abbondanti e preparati con perizia e passione. I piatti sono stati portati con una tempistica più che ottimale e con un buon savoir-faire. Impeccabile la pulizia del locale, la piacevole atmosfera e la gentilezza del personale di sala. Questa è la meta sicura per chi vuole mangiare bene, salutare e ad un giusto prezzo. Provare per credere! Alla prossima.
