The masseria is a haven of tranquility, ideally located for exploring the Itria Valley. The welcome was very warm, and we highly recommend the restaurant – excellent value for money and a friendly atmosphere. A truly wonderful memory!

28/06/2026: A truly unforgettable experience. The staff is incredibly arrogant. The bald waiter with glasses even dared to touch me and scold me simply because I left through the glass doors with my 5-month-old son crying because the music was too loud. If you have any issues and can't work in public, stay home.

06/05/2026: Frankly, a terrible experience at Masseria Vecchia Mastro Marco. After a decent start with the appetizers, lunch quickly went downhill. The first courses were embarrassing: the fresh pasta millefeuille "chef-style" was completely bland, without the slightest hint of salt (something noted by several tables), while the cavatellucci were at the opposite extreme, excessively salty and practically inedible, despite their unbalanced quality. The second course only made matters worse: pork fillet mignon served in a ridiculously small portion, completely inadequate and light years away from what the menu suggested. What's striking is the complete lack of attention to the fundamentals: dishes lacking in flavor and proportion, a sign of careless and superficial cooking. The presentation and high-sounding menu descriptions have no basis in fact. A disappointing experience from every perspective. I wouldn't return, nor would I recommend it.

13/01/2026: Average quality food, varied appetizers, ranging from meat to fish, losing their identity, good service, poorly heated environment, a bit cold; opaque price... 30 euros for a dinner consisting of an appetizer and two main courses for 5 people is inexcusable (fried fish, soft and moist with rubbery calamari and a few small fish; 300g sliced ​​steak, slick/burnt on the outside and medium cooked, with the center being dark). Too many different things, done in a questionable manner.

When a place maintains such high standards over time, it means there's passion and great care for the ingredients behind it. The highlight? Without a doubt, their carpaccio pizza. I believe it's truly unique in the entire area: the meat is incredibly fresh, tender, and pairs perfectly with the light and digestible dough. It's the kind of dish that makes you want to return again and again. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff friendly, which never hurts. If you're looking for a pizza that's out of the ordinary and want to play it safe, Oliver's is the place to go.

03/08/2026: I sent a WhatsApp message at 8:12 PM today (Monday) and received a reply stating that the restaurant was open (every evening from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 PM, closed on Sundays). When I arrived, the restaurant was closed. I tried calling the number to no avail. My trip was wasted!!!
