23/03/2026: There are places that aren't just restaurants, but true refuges. This bistro is exactly that for me: my safe haven.
I always know I'll find something good here, whatever my cravings. But what really makes the difference is the atmosphere: welcoming, relaxed, almost like being at home... but with someone who cooks much better 😄
It's one of those places you return to not just for the food, but for how it makes you feel.
Highly recommended for those looking for a place where you can feel good, even before eating well.

03/06/2026: Nothing to complain about about the food, all delicious and high-quality, including the draft beer.
The service was TERRIBLE.
The wait was incredibly long, and when we asked for an explanation, they told us that the second appetizer we ordered slowed things down, and that if we hadn't ordered it, we would have moved faster.
But will I be able to eat as much and as much as I want at a restaurant?
And then the icing on the cake was this.
Two men who had just arrived and ordered pizza received it even before us, who had been there for an hour.
This type of organization is unthinkable to me.
The prices are relatively good, above average, but still, for the quality/price ratio, it's more than adequate.

19/04/2026: We had lunch this Sunday with friends, including Mr. Mino, a regular customer and the one who recommended this agriturismo to us.
It's strategically located, offering a breathtaking view of the Itria Valley. The cuisine is simple and excellent, with tasty dishes. Finally, the staff were friendly and always helpful, despite our children running around in this family-friendly setting.

Lunch with friends with a set menu at this restaurant...
Quality needs updating, good service.
We asked for seconds on some dishes, such as the raw vegetables, but they refused, which was absurd!!!
We also didn't expect to find fish dishes at a farmhouse restaurant!!!
In Puglia, everyone is becoming a restaurateur these days, but there's still a long way to go...

12/04/2026: The best dairy in the area. Excellent stracciatella, burrata, and nodini—there's truly so much to choose from. The staff is fast, friendly, and helpful. Whenever I return to Puglia, they're a regular stop and a safe haven for excellent dairy products. They also prepare packages for travel—excellent service.

23/05/2026: Although outdone by a tiny restaurant in Castellana, they reward you with a thin-crust pizza from the Bari school...very good and made with top-quality ingredients. Be prepared for a wait...because even with reservations, table management is a bit slow...but it's worth the wait.

27/06/2026: We had pizza at this historic restaurant in Castellana Grotte, and it's always a pleasure to go there. Everything was very good.
07/06/2026: Evening with friends, nice table, but...
Requested pizza with lactose-free mozzarella. When the pizza arrives at the table, the waiter asks, "Who's the lactose-free pizza for?"... Lactose-free, I say.... "Yes, yes, lactose-free," he corrects himself....
In short, I was sick all night and the next day....
I don't know if it was a mistake or if they simply didn't have lactose-free mozzarella and they used regular mozzarella.... But you don't joke about these requests.... If I had been allergic, I would have ended up in the hospital at worst.
They could have said so, and I would have ordered something else if they didn't have lactose-free mozzarella. As the news tells us, these superficialities sometimes cost the customer and the restaurant owner dearly.
Get informed and educated.

03/07/2026: We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The restaurant is huge but was empty (at 9pm on a Saturday night) save for 2 tables other than our own. Despite a long conversation assuring us that the gluten free pizza was safe for celiacs we were served what was undeniably a non-gluten free pizza leading to a very severe reaction for a member of the group.

High-quality cuisine prepared with care and passion.
Pizzas baked in a real wood-fired pizza oven.
The chef's spaghetti (COVO recipe) is to die for, perfectly al dente, with a delicious and perfectly balanced sauce.
The pizza dough is excellent and the toppings are very well proportioned.
I will definitely be back.
