20/01/2026: Historic pizzeria in Bari but which has remained in the past. Unfortunately, the place is small, narrow and cramped, the pizza is nothing exceptional, given the neighborhood and the alternatives it offers, there are better ones.

The service is warm and genuine, thanks to the wonderful gentleman who runs the place, and the atmosphere feels both unique and welcoming. The focaccia is absolutely delicious (and no, it’s not pizza! 😁), making the whole experience feel special, authentic, and pleasantly affordable. A real hidden treasure that I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a genuine local taste.

09/02/2026: I ate at La Muraya with my group and we were all very happy and satisfied with the experience. I personally had a delicious, high-quality first course. I also tried the fried fish afterwards: truly exceptional, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, not at all heavy. Overall, all the food we ate was top-notch, carefully prepared, and tasty. Kudos to the kitchen staff. We'll definitely be back!

04/02/2026: I HAD DINNER AT THIS RESTAURANT, STARTING WITH THE SEAFOOD, FRESH, EXCELLENT, BUT EMPTY URCHINS, MUSSELS, DItto, A SEA NUT AND AN OYSTER, PRICE 18 EUROS. FIRST COURSE: 3 CLAMS ON A COMPLETELY LOOSE PLATE, WITH A PESTO THAT LOOKED LIKE EVERYTHING BUT NOT HOMEMADE, THEN THEY PUT 4 CLAMS IN A NUMBER WITHOUT HEADS OR TAILS. COMPLETELY LOOSE PLATE. 15 EUROS. FRIED FRIED SQUID WAS NOT ONLY RUBBERY BUT FLASKED IN YOUR MOUTH, I FOUND IT TERRIBLE. 15 EUROS. ANONYMOUS SWEETS, JUST PUT ON A PLATE LIKE THEY MIGHT BE SERVED IN ANY OLD GUY. I APPRECIATE THE DISCOUNT. MAYBE I UNDERSTOOD THE OWNERS, I THINK. THE BREAD IS GOOD, AND THERE'S A BEAUTIFUL CHANDELIER. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.

13/03/2026: Fantastic pizzeria, so far I've only had delivery, but whatever I've ordered (star pizzas, make-your-own pizzas, various fried foods) has been delicious and of excellent quality.

21/12/2025: Amidst the alleys of Locorotondo's historic center, decked out for Christmas, lies the "Ai Tre Santi" restaurant. Appetizers, first courses, and second courses... absolutely delicious. The photos demonstrate the meticulous presentation of the dishes and the excellent ingredients. The result is simply superb!

08/12/2025: Very nice place. The PINSA was very good, the manager did a great job selling... The bill was perhaps a little disproportionate. We went in for a SPRITZ, which was advertised at €5.00, with olives (€2.50), taralli (€2.50), and a cover charge of €2 per person... it's a pub, who knows! The bill was €30 for 2. We weren't expecting it, but it's understandable! Everything was very good and high-quality (including the taralli and olives)!!

It's a rustic structure made of **natural stone** that immediately conveys a sense of warmth and history. Dining or lunch surrounded by these walls creates an intimate and timeless atmosphere. * **The Cuisine:** The food is decidedly good. The flavors are bold and authentic, typical of the Murgia: local ingredients, traditional dishes cooked with care, and generous portions. You can taste the quality of the locally sourced ingredients. * **The Service:** A special mention goes to the staff.
