I Primi di Puglia - Pasta Experience

23/04/2026: Excellent experience at this restaurant. Everything was perfect: Vincenzo's warm welcome, Lucia's pasta-making demonstrations, and the chef's talent (attentive and generous, thank you again), all in a stylish setting with a direct view into the kitchen.
And above all, it was the taste buds that were delighted by the succulent ingredients and the fresh pasta made right before your eyes, which truly lived up to the Pasta Experience promise.
And finally, the little gift at the end of the meal, chocolates in keeping with the previous offerings, was perfect.
In conclusion, a highly recommended establishment.

Special mention to the cook, Luccia, very sweet and charming, who taught me how to make pasta.

04/05/2026: I ate gluten-free and the sandwiches were exceptional. They also have the gluten-free puccia, which is delicious. Highly recommended! My only complaint is the platter; perhaps the price was a bit high for what was on offer.

26/12/2025: Really nice place and very friendly staff. We shared a platter of cured meats between four of us (all delicious), then we moved on to the first course: the orecchiette with turnip tops were delicious! The dishes were really generous. Highly recommended.

I found this place and trusted the reviews as well as the photos, which were truly inviting.
A very quaint trattoria, friendly staff, and excellent food.
I would definitely return to try other dishes.
There are several specials of the day off the menu (I would perhaps suggest a digital menu with a dynamic QR code for the more tech-savvy).
Prices are absolutely average.
I recommend it.

Unfortunately, I was seated in a dead corner because I was there alone. And the waiters stubbornly stuck to English, while I stuck to Italian :)

It lacks generosity.
Spartan cuisine that doesn't bring joy at all, especially after the hefty bill... it's outrageous!

Alessandro, the owner, is always available to offer advice on pairings and makes you feel at home.

02/05/2026: We went to this little restaurant and ordered two first courses of orecchiette with tomato sauce, requesting a larger one. They charged us 3 times the price, considering a dish costs 16 euros. The taste wasn't exceptional. The prices were very high. We don't recommend it and won't be returning.
02/05/2026: The atmosphere is very nice, but small. The service is excellent, the wine list is sophisticated, and the food is mediocre in terms of both quality and presentation. The quality and price are definitely not worth the high price.
