28/12/2025: Excellent experience. Meticulous attention to detail, with a beautiful open kitchen. Warm welcome and impeccable service. All the dishes, starting with the fried polenta cubes offered at the start of the meal, were delicious (fried meatballs and fava bean puree with fried octopus were top notch). The dishes were beautifully presented, without unnecessary frills or decorations. The price was perfectly in line with the quality offered.

27/12/2025: One of the most incredible food experiences I've ever had in my life. Fantastic service, cozy atmosphere and the food, can't really describe how good it was. A must visit if you're around, you won't be disappointed.

19/05/2026: Me and my friends walked to this beautiful restaurant by accident and were pleasantly surprised by quality of service and food we got delivered there! Every dish we had there was so delicious!!we are back home and now dreaming on coming back to Italy and visit this restaurant again! Thank you!

10/04/2026: We had very good cocktails here today, a Negroni and an Americano. It was self-service at the counter in the early afternoon, the friendly, passionate bartender was great. We sat outside in the little square, lots of seating at simple tables.

05/07/2026: A rare gem hidden in the heart of Puglia. Bespoke Puglia Bistrot is an absolute must if you're visiting Locorotondo. And if you weren't planning to go... well, now you have a pretty good reason. The food is absolutely delicious, made with fresh local ingredients and giving you the real Italian experience. And when I say "real Italian experience", I'm not talking about fancy, expensive food served with tiny portions. I'm talking about the kind of meal you'd happily have at your Nonna's house: fresh, incredibly tasty, healthy, generous, and made with love. You can taste the simplicity, the passion, and the respect for the region in every single bite. The same goes for the drinks. Everything feels carefully chosen to give you an authentic taste of Italy. And then there's the service. From the moment you walk in, the team makes you feel like you're at home. Warm, genuine, and welcoming, they're the kind of people who make you want to stay for just one more drink... and then another. Honestly, what more could you ask for?

26/06/2026: Anyone in the Locorotondo area needs to visit this bistro. The service is super nice, very charming, and the food is surprisingly incredible. It's the kind of place you don't want to leave. I highly recommend the pasta with bresaola and pistachio.

09/07/2026: Good pizza, but rather expensive by Italian standards. The staff was friendly. Long wait. The alley was very crowded with tourists, so people were constantly squeezing past our table while we ate.

06/07/2026: I had dinner at ai tre Santi on Friday evening. The food was excellent, just like two years ago! A culinary journey through Puglia with traditional products, without manipulating them with smoke or geometric shapes. The one-star deduction is for the lack of dessert on Friday evening (with an average group of about 25 people, this is a real shame).

05/07/2026: Ai Tre Santi, how can I describe it?... the name says it all, the people who work there are culinary saints. A small restaurant nestled in the alleys of Locorotondo. We stumbled upon it by chance and left crying and hugging the owner over the delicious food. The menu features traditional cuisine, with a few twists that make it unique and exciting. I was in the area on vacation with my family, but I'd love to return specifically to eat at this magical place. See you soon

To simplify your experience, please note that the lady who served us, wonderfully by the way, is not very comfortable with English. Use a translation app, like DeepL, and you'll be all set to make communication easier. You won't be disappointed, I promise!

10/05/2026: A pleasant surprise and stop, exiting the highway. The products are excellent, the place is small and familiar. It obviously doesn't handle large numbers, but the products are high-quality and very well prepared, and the service is pleasant and always accompanied by a smile. Thank you.

10/07/2026: During our stay in Ostuni, my boyfriend and I decided to head inland for one of our dinners. We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant's extensive selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses, both fish and meat! To start, we ordered a surprisingly rich raw seafood dish and a mind-blowing mussel sauté! To continue, we ordered perfectly cooked salt-baked prawns and an octopus catalana, both incredibly fresh! The owner kindly left the bottle in the middle of the table for us, even though we'd only ordered one glass. This restaurant's location is very commercial, but the quality of the dishes exceeds all expectations.

12/04/2026: Went here for dinner, and we had some delicious food. We ordered the pork shanks and the picanha skewer, and they both came served with potatoes. They were amazing, melt-in-your-mouth delicious and so well done. The service was also very good, the waiters were super friendly and nice. If you are in Locorotondo and would like something different than a typical Italian pizza/pasta dish - please do yourself a favor and go here!

15/03/2026: Always the best in the area. Friendly, highly professional staff, the owner and his wife are wonderful people. But above all, they always pay attention to their customers. Quality meat with premium cuts. Wide selection on the menu, a nice wine list. I recommend it to everyone.

21/02/2026: We were greeted with warmth and kindness by a husband and wife team who do their job with such passion. We ordered the bombette, and in addition to those, we tried the taralli, the salamella, and the patate alla cenere… everything was delicious, including the house red wine! 04/07/2026: We dined there several times. It's a popular spot with locals. We felt comfortable. The owner is friendly and does his best to please the customers. We spoke English. The portions were generous and the food was good.
