25/08/2025: Excellent! The spaghetti is perfectly executed! We ordered 4 different dishes and everything was perfect! The quality of the products and the friendliness of the staff make this restaurant a perfect place to eat around a good bottle of wine (negroamaro), go for it!!

After all the food I've had, I honestly expected better. The food overall was good; the idea of ​​cooking the meat right at the table is nice, but the appetizers and mixed grill were average; I didn't find anything exceptional. I wouldn't go back if I had to go specifically to try excellent meat; not because it wasn't good, but because I've had better.

It has a menu that changes according to the season, with dishes studied in the smallest details with flavors that are not at all obvious. Paolo Miscioscia, the director, guided us from the very beginning with discretion, kindness, and professionalism, advising and being available throughout the event. The lunch was excellent, using only the finest and highest-quality ingredients, much appreciated by all our guests. Proposta gastronomica con vasto assortimento di antipasti, pizze, primi, secondi ed eccellente carta di carni e carpacci. Buona carta vini. Ottima la qualità, servizio pronto e cortese. 02/07/2025: Locale carino, personale di sala e proprietari molto gentili ed accoglienti. Abbiamo iniziato la cena con degli ottimi arrosticini di falda, mentre gli arrosticini di picanha sono risultati più duretti. Buone le pizze con varie farciture, ed ottimo il ciccio. Il ristorante offre la possibilità di assaggiare vari tipi di carni, buone. Ottimo anche il carpaccio misto di carni. Questo locale è un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole mangiare pizza o carne. Complimenti ai proprietari ed alla signorina Martina che ci ha veramente trattato come dei familiari. Prezzi ottimi, materie prime anche.

31/08/2025: To celebrate my birthday, I chose Il Bel Paese in Mola, a restaurant I already knew for its excellent seafood, and I wanted to introduce my family to it, having come all the way from Matera. My expectations were not disappointed: generous portions, high-quality ingredients, and dishes with attention to detail, from the table setting to the plating. Thanks to chef Vito, always attentive to the customer's needs, and to Mariangela, a kind and helpful waitress who looked after us with professionalism. Everyone was satisfied, and even though we're a bit far away, we'll definitely be back. If you want fresh, expertly prepared seafood, this is truly the place to be!

The fish is simply delicious, incredibly fresh, and perfectly cooked—a true pleasure. The service is attentive and impeccable. 07/07/2025: Un luogo magico dove degustare piatti tipici pugliesi e della tradizione culinaria italiana, buono l'antipasto, buoni i primi ed ottimo anche il menu adattato ai bambini. Il ristorante rappresenta una vera e propria perla all'interno di una masseria che racchiude storia, archeologia ed aspetti architettonici dal rupestre all' 800. Il tutto fa da cornice ad un esperienza unica che esalta in un insolito equilibrio sapori antichi e cultura. L'unico neo: troppo spazio agli avventori fumatori che rovinano la degustazione a tutti gli altri che loro malgrado devono mangiare fumando passivamente... peccato!
