12/05/2025: Volevamo assaggiare i popolari piatti tipici di Roma e abbiamo mangiato un'ottima carbonara ed una fantastica amatriciana. Il personale era estremamente cortese, tanto da metterci a nostro agio parlando con noi di vari argomenti. Il prezzo era ottimo, considerando la posizione e la convenzione con il B&b nel quale alloggiavamo. Ci torneremo sicuramente

25/04/2025: Siamo venuti in una cinquantina per il giubileo degli adolescenti. Ci hanno accolto nonostante fossimo arrivati lì di sorpresa e hanno gestito molto bene la situazione precaria con anche l’altra clientela (è umana la tensione in questi momenti). Complimenti perché hanno dimostrato molto coraggio (e la carbonara era assolutamente perfetta). Grazie!

11/05/2025: Siamo andati con grandi aspettative. Il posto è ottimo, su via andrea Doria ma sopraelevato rispetto alla strada. Ci siamo seduti alle 19,50 e abbiamo ordinato quasi subito. La pizza è arrivata alle 21,10. Fredda e mal cotta. 50 minuti dopo aver ordinato mi dicono che la burrata è finita e se non mi dispiace la sostituiscono con mozzarella di bufala, dico che non c'è problema. È arrivata la pizza con sopra delle ciliegine tagliate a metà che non erano affatto di bufala....insomma una vera bufala....mai più.

11/05/2025: Tutto buonissimo, qualità ottima, però non si può aspettare più di un'ora fra antipasti e pizze, mentre i cartoni del delivero uscivano a ripetizione. Senza contare le dimenticanze sulle comande (mancava una pizza, acqua che non arriva). Peccato.

09/06/2025: Neither good nor bad. The supplì are as big as 3 Ascoli olives. The pizza dough is good but the toppings are bland. At least the prices are fair...

08/06/2025: The place is pleasant, as is the town of Frascati in general, especially on summer evenings. The quality of the food is just sufficient, as is the service offered at the tables. The place is crowded, even if it is possible to converse without particular difficulty with friends sitting at the same table. The location of the outdoor tables is quite suggestive, and they basically occupy a good part of Via Piave.

27/05/2025: the old management was a whole different story, when there was Martial in the pastry shop the quality was very high. now, leaving aside the poor quality, the owner is uniquely arrogant. I'm not surprised that she doesn't pay her employees (as is evident from the latest reviews...)

23/06/2025: They clearly have a problem with foreigners; even when they make the effort to speak Italian, they don't even smile and throw the tray at us when we ask them nicely. Aside from one of the salespeople (tall, short hair), the other two (the one with the bun and the one with the tattoo) are unfriendly. Move on; there are plenty of other places where people are respectful. Don't work in tourist areas if you can't make the effort to be at least minimally pleasant.

20/06/2025: A very nice place, the waitress who served us was very friendly. The price also seemed reasonable compared to the surrounding area, and everything was delicious. We'll be back.

07/07/2025: Although there are many bad comments, if I talk about the room I stayed in: The cleaning was good. We stayed for 3 days, the cleaning staff came and cleaned the room for 2 days. Since we had already left on the 3rd day, they came and cleaned it again. It is a 3-star hotel anyway. You should rent a room knowing this. There is no water heater or refrigerator in the rooms. The air conditioning worked well, we did not feel the heat of Rome. The breakfast is weak, but all hotels of this type are like that anyway, expectations should not be high. Breakfast culture changes from country to country, unfortunately Italy has a weak breakfast culture and this is reflected in the hotels. It is not close to the center of Rome, but there is a bus stop 5 minutes away, it takes you to the Rebibia metro. The metro goes to the center of Rome anyway. The bus ticket is 1.5 euros and the hotel sells it. You can get on both the bus and the metro with that ticket.

21/06/2025: one of the worst hotels i have been to. rooms smell like cigarettes and the bathrooms are very moldy. the breakfast is just bread cheese and two disgusting juices. and its very far away from the town square. dont recommend to anyone

06/05/2025: Gran ambiente, buena comida y vino. Siempre visitamos este lugar cuando en Roma, Alex es tan servicial y conocedor de qué pedir y la señora en la tienda de vinos Esta noche lo mismo (martes) no puede recomendar lo suficientemente!

15/04/2025: Credevo che fosse un locale per turisti, visto che si trova in una zona centralissima di Roma, invece ottima cucina e servizio molto professionale. Consigliatissimo!

01/05/2025: La prima volta che si cena in questo locale si rimane un po' spaesati dall'approccio atipico del servizio: per l'acqua, il pane e le salse ci si serve da soli, e quasi tutte le pietanze (dolce compreso) sono servite su piatti compostabili. La prima ordinazione avviene al bancone, ma per il resto abbiamo sempre chiesto ai camerieri. Io ero alla mia terza esperienza, perciò sapevo bene cosa aspettarmi. Perché ci sono ritornato nonostante queste stranezze? Beh, ovviamente per la qualità del cibo che soddisfa me e, soprattutto, i miei amici più esigenti. Nonostante la presentazione un po' arrangiata, la carne è ottima e i prezzi sono ragionevolissimi. L'altra sera ho ordinato nuovamente i fantastici tacos e ho provato per la prima volta l'arancino alla carbonara (favoloso). Abbiamo provato anche tutti i tipi di spade (vi consiglio la "sfizio") e le bombette messinesi (buone ma decisamente pesanti). Ottime anche le patate dolci fritte e gli anelli di cipolla. Il crumble alle mandorle con crema al mascarpone è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: gustosissimo e abbondante. Con 40 euro a testa (birre incluse) abbiamo provato tante pietanze diverse e placato una fame esagerata. Complice una sala semivuota, il servizio è stato rapido e abbastanza attento. Tornerò di sicuro.

01/04/2025: Locale un po' spartano con tavoli a dir poco "appiccicati". Caratteristica del posto è un mezzo servizio che non esalta le potenzialità del locale. Non ti senti a tuo agio, si mangia scomodi, le portate arrivano tutte insieme, forse c'è il modo di farle arrivare in tempi diversi ma è tutto un capire come si fa. Uno stress insomma. Un format da rivedere. Carni buone a prezzi quasi bassi! Non so se ci tornerei!

13/07/2025: Alla buona....anche un po' troppo. Ambiente rustico , servizio molto carente. Cibo abbondante ma non è questo che conta. Nel complesso struttura vecchia e mal tenuta.

30/06/2025: To celebrate my party, I took a tray of red pizzas and one of vegetarian sandwiches. Unfortunately, the pizzas weren't that great, they didn't have much flavor and were a little dry. The sandwiches were even more of a disappointment... there were only 2 choices: with mushrooms and cheese and eggs with tomato and rocket. Ok, you couldn't use cold cuts but I remember, when my sister ordered them once for me and my boyfriend, that the choice was much wider (I think they also had zucchini, aubergines and maybe even artichokes) and above all they were tastier, which is why I decided to have them at my party... and instead, unfortunately, they were a disappointment. The one with mushrooms had a very strange flavor and I didn't really like them. It's a shame because we often get along well with De Quintili.

26/06/2025: I have been going there for many years with the same pleasure as always but lately it has been disappointing me due to the quality of the products which are increasingly industrial and in flavour.

09/07/2025: It's a place to dive right out of St. Peter's Basilica. The Frappacino was delicious, the Nagroni was also a hit, and they serve chips on the side. The prices are a bit higher than market prices, but it's both a very touristy place and a haven from the heat, so that's about it.

02/06/2025: Visited this place as four American tourists randomly. The bald man behind the counter took our orders and bade us to sit down and enjoy our food. He didn’t ask for money until we were comfortable and done eating. Granted, he was also quite busy with customers coming in for lunch and other tourists so he wasn’t really in a position to Settle the bill anyways. We ended up buying three Panini‘s and one plate of cured meat with pecorino. The price was very fair, at least compared to what I could get back home in Seattle (€75 for three paninis, a caprese pack, a plate of prosciutto & salumi & pecorino, five peach teas, and a whole salumi for me to take home to Seattle). As an American tourist with a very weak grasp of Italian, I did not get the feeling that the man behind the counter was rude at all. Reading the reviews of other patrons before posting my own, it feels that people can mistake a Stoic disposition as rudeness when in reality it’s just a man a work. Not a lot of bullshit and hustle, just a man taking my order, serving me, and smiling at the end. Hell, compared to the attitude people in Seattle can have towards me with a tip and a smile, I would welcome this man’s attitude any day of the week. I would recommend this place to anyone in my family and friends group, and I invite anybody reading this review to do the same. I like this place, and I think I’ll bring my family here when I come back to Rome.

08/06/2025: Perfecto hotel limpio a un precio razonable para alojarse antes de un vuelo temprano. Está en el medio en ninguna parte pero el transbordador funciona bien.

02/06/2025: Que pensez vous de trouver une bête de lit qd vous payez 340 euros la nuit dans un Viel hôtel sale ( poils dans la douche en prime ) et au à la réception on vous dit que tout est très propre ?!!

10/04/2025: The food is delicious, but the service is so slow that one wonders if it was forgotten. Oh~ I really forgot. The roasted vegetables I ordered were completely forgotten. The main dish was not served until the table was cleared.
