31/07/2025: Un vero paradiso, in ogni stagione! Siamo stati a cena con amici in questo splendido ristorante di Fiumicino, e ormai è diventato un nostro punto di riferimento. It.restaurant, all’interno dell’elegante Hotel Isola Sacra, è un luogo che sorprende per la cura dei dettagli, la qualità del cibo e l’ospitalità del personale. Non è solo l’ideale per chi ha bisogno di una sosta comoda vicino all’aeroporto, ma merita assolutamente di essere vissuto anche solo per una cenetta! In estate è un’oasi: cenare a bordo piscina, immersi in un’atmosfera suggestiva, rilassante e allo stesso tempo conviviale, è un’esperienza davvero speciale. Ma anche d’inverno il locale mantiene intatta la sua magia: gli interni sono caldi, accoglienti e curati in ogni particolare, rendendo ogni pasto un momento piacevole da vivere con amici, famiglia o in coppia. Super consigliato in ogni periodo dell’anno, sia per fuggire dalle calde serate estive sia per godersi l’intimità di un ambiente raffinato e confortevole. Un posto dove ci si sente davvero a casa, coccolati e sempre ben accolti.

21/07/2025: Desafortunadamente es solo comida promedio y servicio lento. El lugar es precioso y si te alojas en el hotel, no tienes otra opción que comer aquí, ya que no hay mucho alrededor. Las pizzas están en lo que parece bastante hecho bases. Luego, las salsas de pasta son espesas y sombrías y saben como si hubieran salido de una lata. Teníamos una carbonara y los trozos de tocino eran solo trozos de grasa. El servicio es muy lento y desorganizado. Esperamos más de 40 minutos para nuestras bebidas. Hay algunos restaurantes cercanos en Trip Advisor que parecen valer la pena. Sugiero probarlos.

10/11/2025: You can't eat a piadina while sitting at a table, with the girl in charge of the piadina area pushing a chair over my friend's head and her food. My friend wanted to get up because there was no room. Behind her was another person with a stroller, and she didn't get any response from the girl with her hasty and annoyed manner. The space was deserted at the time; I think only three tables were occupied. She could have easily waited for us to finish our food; after we got up, she would have had plenty of time to clean up; the world would have gone on anyway. Common sense and professionalism were lacking. This attitude makes me think of poorly trained staff, but it doesn't justify such actions. We must always work professionally; staff problems shouldn't burden the customers who support the company and its employees. I'm overlooking the quality of the piadina itself and the salad.

08/11/2025: Hot water at 1.4 Euros for half a litre is absurd... The price is generally high, and unjustified given that you do the work yourself, bringing and clearing the table... a shame.

10/09/2025: Typical Fraschetta in the center of Frascati, very charming, and the little square is full of people. You can only eat platters and starters. First courses are served at the restaurant next door, and I love the collaboration between colleagues. We ate okay, but some of the cured meats, like Mortadella, weren't top-notch. Overall, we had a good time, and the service was fast.

06/09/2025: The owners are always smiling and welcoming. They always have a solution to find you a table, whether there are two of you or ten of you. The small square is a lovely setting where you can enjoy the platter and other specialties. The other night, for example, in addition to the platter, we had an eggplant parmigiana. Very good. Definitely worth a try.

27/07/2025: Brutta esperienza Sode di cozze acqua calda non c'era ne aglio prezzemolo e olio erano cozze a mollo. Spaghetti alle vongole salati Risotto alla pescatora sembra che avessero ripulito i piatti vecchi tutto ammucchiato insipido Frittura di moscardini fritta e frullata Forse è meglio riguardare la cucina Veramente dire delusa e poco senza parlare del conto 😱

07/06/2025: Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno con la mia famiglia in questo ristorante. La location è carina, alcuni piatti sono buoni, ma il servizio confusionario. Ho chiesto due volte un'altra focaccia, mai arrivata. Un secondo cestino di pane l'ho dovuto chiedere tre volte. Antipasto zi rocco meritevole, anche se per i miei standard un po' esiguo nella quantità. Mi ha colpito in negativo la grigliata di pesce. Un pezzetto di pesce, uno scampo, due gamberi. Non tornerò

14/04/2025: Después del partido de rugby de Irlanda, todos los bares irlandeses fueron jammers - por lo que terminó aquí para una experiencia un poco menos embestida. Ver al personal del bar servir Guinness fue doloroso, alguien realmente necesita mostrarles cómo hacerlo. Algunos de los empleados del bar sabían lo que estaban haciendo, ¡algunos ni siquiera podían servir una pinta de cerveza! ¡Y el peor personal pidió propinas! Es un bar de buen tamaño, con una buena pantalla grande para ver deporte. Y después de que los partidos terminaron, tuvieron una sesión de karaoke, que a veces fue insoportable y a veces brillante.

16/03/2025: Decidió probar este pub en Roma. Al entrar me pareció un ambiente bastante agradable. Estuvo en el bar durante 10 minutos sin reconocimiento del personal del bar que consideró más importante abastecerse de rodajas de limón y hielo en lugar de servirnos. Se fue muy decepcionado y pasó al bar Finnagins, que era mucho más amable y agradable.

21/08/2025: The review is from a while back. Perhaps one of the best carbonaras I've ever seen. The appetizers were very good, and the list of #1 fried artichokes in milk was exceptional. See you soon.

26/04/2025: Locale pulito e proprietari bravissime persone, abbiamo fatto un aperitivo da loro e sono stati molto attenti nel servire.Lo consiglio!

16/06/2025: Abbiano mangiato sudando e usando i ventagli, rischiando il collasso per il caldo. Aria condizionata insufficiente, cibi sciolti dal calore. A nulla sono servite le richieste di aiuto al personale che ha sempre risposto:"Non possiamo fare nulla.

04/10/2025: It is clean, there is a refrigerator in the room, and it works even when the card is not inserted, the breakfast is mediocre, it is far from the center, the view is very good, the air is clean.

22/06/2025: If you are a tourist and young, avoid. We sat in this bar for a quick aperitif. The owner, who seemed almost annoyed by our presence, brings us 2 spritz without even something to nibble on, which was something that was available at other tables. Moral of the story, 18 euros for two spritz and a lot of arrogance

30/08/2025: ​Dear La Fonte del Torrato Management, ​I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my visit to your restaurant on the 23/08/25 between 13:00hrs and 15:00hrs. I was with a friend and we were both taken aback by the behavior of one of your waiters. ​I came inside to pay for our order (an Americano and a Coke) after using the restroom. As I approached the cashier, the waiter from our table came inside and loudly stated, "10 euros, 10 euros," even though he hadn't provided a receipt. ​When I returned to my friend, she told me that while I was inside, she had asked the waiter for the bill. He refused to give it to her, saying, "No, no, don't pay. Your friend will do so; she is very rich!" ​I was extremely upset by this comment. It is incredibly unprofessional and rude for an employee to make such a personal and baseless judgment about a customer, especially to a friend of that customer. This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. ​I hope you will address this with your staff to ensure that no one else has to experience this kind of treatment.
