16/04/2025: Trattoria molto semplice dove però predomina l'attenzione per il cliente. Abbiamo preso il piatto del giorno; pasta con i carciofi e guanciale, ottima cottura della pasta, sapore delicato, veramente buono. Avevamo chiesto una tagliata di frutta con fragole non condite e la cosa sorprendente è stato che per accontentarci sono andati a comprare un cestino di fragole. Talvolta si è alla ricerca della novità ma qui si apprezza la bontà dei sapori semplici. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo

23/02/2025: Wonderful experience last Saturday evening by booking! The place is very cute, full of special things even from the past, one of which is an ancient cage with a parrot that is not a bird 😅! The very kind owner who explains all the dishes that you always find and that you only find in that period. The food was excellent. I tried the menu with the Tuscan second course that they have in this period. I think the second course was called "pepato dell'impruneta", a piece of beef that fell apart when eaten and became overcooked. This menu which included winter panzanella (not recommended for my taste) and a glass of wine cost 29 per person. Only the second one that I tried to describe to you without being able to tell you how good it was 18 euros (to give you an idea of ​​the prices) served with hot bread that deserves to be soaked in the remaining liquid!

23/04/2025: I went to this place with my colleagues for an aperitif. The formula presented included €20/25 each for 1 drink, platters and other things to tickle. Quantity of food not suitable for the number of people present at the tables (a cutting board with THREE slices of cheese that must be divided into 8, for example), disorganization in taking orders. In the end we had to order other things which the owner insisted were extra compared to the formula initially presented. They added a few slices of ham and lots and lots of white focaccia (what's the point if I can't accompany it with anything?) and then charged us €40 each! For an aperitif!!! Furthermore, they had placed us on the front veranda where there is not the slightest space of shade and we had to insist quite a bit to be moved, perhaps they were hoping for rottenness there.

05/05/2025: I don't usually write bad reviews but last night we were treated terribly by a waitress with glasses. The bartender who initially forgot to put tequila in the paloma very kindly admitted his mistake and added the tequila by eye. I tasted the paloma and asked to add a little tequila since the cocktail only tasted of grapefruit soda, the aforementioned waitress turned around and in a snarky and rude manner said "we measure our alcohol" I told her about the bartender's mistake and he also admitted his mistake but she, not happy, insulted me saying that my behavior was "smart". I really hope that this waitress takes a course on how to approach a customer. Very rude!!

11/01/2025: An inn! Delicious pizza, rolled out with a rolling pin, thin and crunchy! The fried foods are good, the first courses are good, and the meat dishes are good, the straccetti are my favourites! If you are looking for a place to watch "La Maggica" matches this is the right place!

14/02/2025: Caratteristica osteria dei Castelli Romani, atmosfera intima e accogliente allo stesso momento. Marco, il proprietario, è una persona eccezionale così come lo staff, personale educato, gentile e disponibile. Dagli antipasti ai primi, secondi e dolci è stato tutto squisito. La carbonara, la cacio e pepe sono una delizia, anche con soluzioni senza glutine di alto livello (mia moglie è celiaca). Ho mangiato una porchetta che, a mio avviso, supera i brand più rinomati della vicina Ariccia. C'è anche la possibilità di acquistare del buon vino locale di produzione propria. Consigliatissimo!!
