Amazing! This little-known place ended up here by chance. Both the starter and the main course were fantastic. Without a doubt, the best carbonara in all of Rome—perfectly balanced, neither too salty nor too bland, and the guanciale melts in your mouth.

We came on a Saturday for lunch and were greeted by Rebeca, who immediately showed us to our table, brought us the menus, took our orders, and the food was WONDERFUL. And to top it off, we even received a complimentary digestif. Don't forget to order the AMATRICIANA!
