If you are looking for authentic and food made for local people, then you have to visit this place. Carbonara was the best I've had. Staff is friendly and explained everything (even the menu were Italian only) 😆.

The meats are incredibly tender and flavorful, always accompanied by savory sauces that seem tailor-made to be mopped up with the last piece of bread at the end of the meal. We arrived at 2 pm and got a table right away. Service was prompt, the pasta was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Coffee was made with a homemade moka pot!

Everything was perfect. The food, the location, and the friendly service. Alinari's photos of Rome were the perfect setting!

The restaurant's strength is the kindness of the staff. The food is also good. I recommend traditional Roman dishes, such as the "elephant ear" cutlet (huge) and chicken cacciatore.

Amatriciana made to perfection, if I really (purely for personal taste) had to find a quibble, I would add a little pepper. The sauce was wonderful, the guanciale cooked perfectly as well as the cooking of the pasta commendable. The tiramisu needs no comment, it was excellent. I saved the pearl for last: the courgette flowers... we could have eaten them endlessly, a white and light batter, the flavour was perfect since it came mainly from the anchovy inside and the mozzarella was not bland as is the case 90% of the time. Kudos also to the staff, helpful and sociable, able to welcome their customers with a smile (no small feat). Excellent quality/price ratio.

A family-run trattoria with exquisite dishes and excellent service. The tonnarello with artichokes, pecorino cheese, and guanciale was fantastic—truly exceptional. To finish, we tried the various desserts (all homemade). I must say, they were all delicious. My only suggestion is to bring the desserts' prices in line with the rest of the menu, lowering them slightly. I found all the other prices to be truly fair and typical of a trattoria, which is not a given these days. Highly recommended!

In its genre, it seems impeccable. A typical Roman trattoria, the food is good, and the price is fair. The desserts are excellent.
