04/07/2026: Food was amazing. Ordered the steak with salt and rosemary with the potatoes and the house red wine. 12 year old son loved the grilled pork and ate it faster than anything else he's eaten on our trip. My husband ordered the tagliatelle with ragu and said it's the best he's tried by far. He also ordered the steak with mushrooms which was incredibly delicious. Highly recommend!

30/07/2026: It was my first time there because I saw online that Pella was open for dinner on Wednesdays. It was a pleasant surprise. It's a cute place, a little different from the usual restaurants. The inside dining room isn't too big, but that's better. You can also have lunch or dinner outside. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend booking if you're in a group of more than four people. The food is very good, like the paella, which is abundant with seafood. There's a good selection of wines and beers, and of course, there's also sangria. I highly recommend it. A curious and nice thing I found when ordering coffee at the end of dinner was a small white saucer on top. I think it was meant to keep the coffee from getting cold. Very original, well done. I'll be back with pleasure.

09/07/2026: The bar is perhaps a bit chaotic, but it's the hub of the town, where everyone seems to know each other and drop by for a drink or a quick hello. There's also a mini newsstand on one side, stocked with weekly and monthly magazines and crossword puzzles. Entering the next rooms, you'll find a large dining room, which is often packed at midday, thanks in part to the set menu featuring excellent traditional dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the owner is worth getting to know.

14/06/2026: A quaint place with a typically family atmosphere. The professionalism and culinary secrets have been passed down through three generations: Mrs. Pina, the founder, then her children Stefano and Mara, and daughter-in-law Ilaria, and now also her grandchildren. What about the dishes? I'm biased; I've tried them all, but I struggle to find a favorite. If it's your first time, I recommend the fresh pasta (tortelli and tagliatelle), which has a unique flavor and texture. Main courses and side dishes vary according to season and availability, but the roast beef, pork loin, chicken with Gorgonzola, and roast guinea fowl remain unmissable. During the week, they offer a business lunch at a reasonable price (but with a variety of dishes that are always amazing). In the evening, there's the pizzeria—nevertheless, of the highest quality. In short, tradition, substance, and the quality of the ingredients are what distinguish this place from another era.

08/05/2026: An excellent Chinese restaurant with fair prices! After being traumatized at a well-known and historic Chinese restaurant in Bologna, where I spent as much as I would at a typical Bolognese restaurant, I stumbled upon this Chinese restaurant, where the quality is decidedly better and the prices are much lower. Clean (even the bathroom), well-decorated, and the service was excellent and very friendly. This is my experience compared to that of another disappointing and overpriced Chinese restaurant in Bologna: The spring rolls were flavorful, rather than simply tasting of boiled cabbage. The grilled meat dumplings were large, perfectly cooked, and had a great filling, rather than being small and bland. The fresh Chinese noodles with shrimp were excellent, with distinctive aromas and flavors. The duck with mushrooms and bamboo shoots was very tasty and carefully prepared. The Chinese beer was reasonably priced, not like a bottle of wine. I will definitely be back!

11/07/2026: ⭐⭐ (2 out of 5 stars) — A never-ending dinner. Great company, terrible service. We sat down for dinner with friends, and the experience was unfortunately ruined by unacceptable time management. The critical points of the evening: Snail appetizers: An hour's wait for cold mixed platters. No bread: The cured meats arrived without any accompaniments. We were offered tigelle, but, unaware of the kitchen's slow pace, we waited another 20 minutes for them, almost finishing the cured meats in the meantime. Was serving simple bread right away too complicated? Disastrous main courses: Another hour's wait. The dishes arrived staggered, one every 5 minutes. The last person to arrive received their order with an incalculable delay, after everyone else had already finished eating. Lack of communication: None of the staff apologized or notified us in advance of the serious inconvenience in the kitchen. In conclusion: We went in for dinner and left at midnight after a coffee. Three hours for a dinner, without even dessert, is excessive. It's a shame, because the quality of some dishes deserves a mention, but the only truly positive aspect of the evening was the company of my friends. It would have been good taste to offer a discount for the inconvenience or a free liqueur. I'm convinced we were unlucky, as I'd heard great things about it. However, I most likely won't be returning.

08/12/2025: If you want to eat an amazing pizza, you're in the right place! In addition to the traditional pizza, the gluten-free one is also truly excellent and you can't tell the difference! The staff is very kind and professional, always ready to accommodate customers' requests! Stepping into Parfin gives you that feeling of being part of a big family. I recommend it to everyone.

12/05/2026: We arrived at this hotel during the Rhine Treasures Trail. We had amazing pizza, excellent first courses, and the owner entertained us with his passion, puzzles, and a few magic tricks. We had a truly wonderful evening! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back!

06/05/2026: A nice bar for college students and everyone! The Aperol Spritz is very good! Served with chips, savory croissants, and mini pizzas. Nice view of Piazza San Francesco. I recommend booking in advance if you're a large group.

04/01/2026: A lovely place in the city center, on Via Garibaldi, quiet and well-kept, with the temperature inside a little cool for my taste. Excellent pizza, with quality ingredients and several original options, including local products. A truly delicious pizza, with options that are a little different from the usual pizzerias. Highly recommended.

31/12/2025: One of the best Pizzerias in Bologna and the best I found so far. Pizzas come with drink pairings for wine and beer. Very friendly place.

21/05/2026: A very friendly welcome at the counter, finding a seat was no problem, and the selection was excellent and fresh – we ordered the Black Angus carpaccio and the Pignioletto Bianco and enjoyed it in the rustic atmosphere. Thank you!

05/07/2026: We had a great time. This time we had octopus tentacles (delicious), larded shrimp (delicious), and tuna steak with chicory (perfectly cooked). Highly recommended, and with a quality-price ratio that's practically impossible to find in the city center.

01/07/2026: The food was excellent, the service truly wonderful; the young man and woman who served us were both friendly, nice, and very welcoming. My only suggestion would be to improve the ventilation; a single fan for a relatively large space with several diners isn't enough. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. Here are some photos :)
