A restaurant located in the historic center, well-decorated and well-maintained. The service is kind and attentive. The menu features traditional dishes with a slightly reinterpreted twist, which won me over, especially the beautifully cooked and flavorful rabbit—this alone is worth the trip. All the dishes were thoroughly enjoyed by my table (6 people). The prices are fair for what they offer. Recommended

Everything was incredibly delicious, the terrace was quaint, and the service was impeccable. We shared all the dishes between two people, and they were very kind and served them separately. We'll be back soon.

An intimate atmosphere pervades this chic little restaurant. Our server was incredibly attentive and offered excellent recommendations. We enjoyed delicious dishes and a delightful wine. We would be delighted to return for this wonderful experience, which made our evening truly enjoyable.

Excellent dinner and excellent service (a very kind waitress with an exotic name) were partially ruined by the restaurant manager who, at 9:24 PM (6 minutes before the shift change for the 7:30 PM and later diners), refused to bring us a glass of amaro… A rudeness to our host that embarrassed us; we were shocked, but it must be the house style. A gesture that—considering the minute and a half it takes to pour the amaro and the remaining two to drink it—would have made an evening enjoyable, but instead left us… with a bitter taste in our mouths.

Not your average restaurant in the city center, Vicolo Colombina definitely has something special: a romantic and quiet place. Every dish is carefully prepared, down to the smallest detail, and the food was truly exceptional. Very welcoming and super friendly staff! Highly recommended, we had a great time. 😊

I was lucky enough to be passing by and that they were kind enough to let me in without a reservation on a beautiful Monday evening. What can I say about this restaurant? Super friendly, food of a high culinary standard. Amazing! Very tasty and highly recommended. Try it yourself and don't make the mistake of not making a reservation. One of the top spots in the city.

Superb experience! My partner and I were looking for a quiet, elegant place to enjoy typical Bolognese dishes. The service is truly excellent, and the waiters pamper you from start to finish. The ambiance is impeccable, and there's a great selection of wines, especially amari. Compliments to the staff.

13/05/2026: Excellent and plentiful food! The first courses were truly excellent; I recommend the wild boar ragu. (It's a shame the tigelle and gnocco fritto contain milk, and I unfortunately didn't get to try them, but my companions were very satisfied.) The staff were helpful and friendly!!
12/04/2026: I found the place very welcoming and well-maintained. The location is strategic and undoubtedly a great place for a Sunday lunch or just a casual meal. The tigelle and crescentine were delicious. We shared an appetizer with excellent cold cuts, then moved on to the first courses. Both the tagliatelle with ragù and the green tagliatelle with mushrooms were exquisite. The portions were generous and well-made. For the second courses, we chose the beef tagliata and the pork fillet with mushrooms. It's a shame that the beef fillet we had chosen was unfortunately unavailable. The second courses were inviting and tasty, and we chose to accompany them with grilled vegetables, baked potatoes, and froggione. Everything was delicious, and the portions were so generous that we couldn't finish them all. The wines were excellent for the courses we chose. The service was friendly and pleasant. Very quick and helpful. Recommended.
